"Where's my defense!?" Devlin called to the scrambling Slytherins as he was preparing for a two on one. If things didn't change he'd be getting a lot of action, and taking a lot of blame when they lost.

Reina saw Ari chasing the snitch and she followed behind her trying to catch up. Think think. Reach out and hit her broom. Make her fall. Anything, but don't let her get that snitch! Reina was slowly inching forward towards Ari ready to grab her broom and make her fall when she heard Devlin's yells. Reina looked up and saw it was two on one.
"Just don't think about the other one. Keep your eye on the quaffle!"
Reina looked back and she couldn't find Ari or the snitch.
"Dammit!"

Easy for you to say. Devlin thought.
There were hundreds of plays that could be enacted with these two especially if they went unopposed like right now.

"Just stay focus!"
Reina yelled at him while scanning everywhere for Ari. She was berating herself for losing Ari and possibly the snitch. If they loose it would be her fault.
"Just be quick. Don't stray too far from the left or the right. Where the heck is Ari?!"

Drew belted another bludger at Reina, making sure she kept away from Ari and the snitch. With all three girls aiming to get some points, he made sure the Slytherins didn't have a chance to stop them.

Daniel had been watching Drew's movements closely, and soon after he had belted the bludger towards Reina, he went off on the broom. He couldn't say he was the fastest flier, but he could cut through the air quite easily with his broom, a rather embarrassing broom, but he had befriended it. He hit yet another bludger full power in Lillian's direction, and he was only about ten feet away from her, thus it would probably hurt like hell if it hit her.

With the precission of a player who had been beating bludgers most of his life, Drew whacked the second ball, aiming it straight at the first. Drew's ball hit the first one, knocking it off course and away from Lily, giving her a clear shot at the goal which she was sure taking a long time to make.

And the quaffle which Lily shot last page and everyone ingnored went in! Lily was so excited. As soon as the quaffle was in play again she flew back. She wanted to let Allegra take this one, but she was prepared in case it didn't go to Allegra to step in and take it.

If Lily had shot the quaffle on the last page, then it was an extremely slow ball, taking that long to make it through the hoop. Drew contemplated this as he went after more bludgers. His task was to help Ari stay on the snitch.

Well, Lily did shoot it, it wasn't her fault no one could see the Quaffle going through the air. Go back and read it! She got the quaffle once it was back in play and headed towards the goal. This time she looked for Allegra. She didn't really want to score twice in a row.

Drew made a mental note to speak to the Quidditch ref about making sure the balls were up to standards. Really, they could not be expected to play with faulty balls that took that long to get through the hoop.
And while he made this mental note, he smacked another bludger off towards Reina. He wasn't aiming to hit her, just to deter her.

Allegra put an end to the silliness and took posession of the quaffle again. It was clear that Ari had spotted the snitch, but it didn't mean she would catch it. It was the best time to get in a few points, when everyone was focused on the seeker.

If Arianna wasn't so focused on the snitch, she probably would have noticed that not a single bludger had come her way. The Slytherins seemed to be too busy to send one her way and attempt to stop her from gaining that hundred and fifty points that would win them the game. And she was close. Boy, was she close. Arianna could feel the snitch's wings brush against her fingers before she put on a last burst of speed and clasped her hand around it.

Drew saw Ari's hand slip around the golden ball and he let out a whoop. As he took a victory lap around the pitch, he let out another yell, riling up the spectators that had been rooting for them and jeering those that hadn't.
Satisfied with himself, he landed, ready to make the traditional post game handshakes.

"Yes!" Lily cried out, pumping her fist into the air. "We won!" Lily was so happy they had won, and she felt like a part of it with her goal. She flew down onto the pitch after taking her victory lap, to land nextg to Drew. "Thanks Drew," she said. "We couldn't do it without you." Lily hadn't been totally oblivious to all the bludgers flying at her.
