Charon had slipped into the classroom unnoticed while Allegra and Kellen had been playing with the goggles. He'd groaned quietly to himself at the protective clothing, grabbed a smock and a pair of goggles, and found a seat. Then he'd promptly fallen asleep. He awoke when he heard Professor Shaw talking, though. Unfortunately, he was a bit groggy and missed everything before the word Syria. Shaking his head slightly to clear it, he hid a yawn behind his hand and did his best to look like he'd been paying attantion. A task that would be easier, though, if he'd brought along something to write on. Oh well, his hand would have to do for today.

Ivy found yet another reason to complain. "Ugh," she groaned and raised her hand. "Uh, Professor-- we're freaking seventh years now. I think we know how NOT to get stuff all over our eyes. Do we have to wear goggles? They give me goggle marks, and it messes up my make-up," she pouted annoyingly.

Kellen's eyes went wide in humoured disbelief as he had to stop himself from giggling at the girl's ridiculous comment. If she thought goggle marks and messed-up make-up were the worst things that could happen, he wondered what she'd think about a face full of stinksap.

Allegra bit back a giggle at Ivy's reaction. While the Ravenclaw agreed on the importance of looking nice and being clean, she also believed that one couldn't really appreciate the condition without geting good and dirty every once in a while.

"Miss Xin, the safety precautions are for your protection, not to make you look nice. However, if you choose not to wear them, that is soley your decision. However I would reccomend you do." Robert replied; rather amazed a student would put their looks over their personal safety. It would prove nothing in the long run, if she chose not to wear the protective wear she would more than likely get covered in stinksap. Lose. Lose.
"Professor Jamboreema needs the stinksap, and of course, you lot need the experience.so, lets hop to it shall we?"

Allegra replaced her goggles and struck another glamour pose as if she thought she pulled the look off quite well. Between looking like a dork and being covered in stinksap, she'd take looking like a dork anyday.

(*cough* One trip to the Hospital Wing, please?)
"Fine then," Ivy took off her goggles and placed them neatly next to her barely-used, dusty books. She re-fluffed up her hair and smiled. "Finally, Professor-- we're thinking along the same lines," she said, totally disregarding half of what Professor Shaw said. She rubbed her hands together eagerly, ready to get some "experience".
