Alright now it was time for Ty to laugh. I mean who wouldn't with the look that Fyona had just given Jack over the whole snake thing? Still laughing and smiling slightly he watched as she rounded Jack and headed over in his direction. He knew she wasn't going to take to kindly to him tormenting her all morning, but that wasn't really concerning him at the moment. Actually it made him laugh even harder. He wasn't sure what she was going to do when she reached him, but he found out seconds later. "Hey," he said a with a smirk plastered across his face, "You could have asked first you know so my head wasn't in the way or anything as you ripped my helmet off," Okay so his head hadn't been in the way, but if it had it would have hurt like a mother. "But I suppose you were to far into shock and fear to remember that bit of manners," Ty added with a laugh, his smirk still remaining firmly on his face. "Although you did put on one hell of a show."

Fyona was not quite sure what to do about the laughing, but she did know that a quick punch in the mouth would remedy that. She could remember in Grade Two when she had gotten into a fight with this one girl over....A juice box? Right, it had been a juice box that the girl had taken from Fyona. From there it had been the usual petty argument between little kids, and then the girl had hit Fyona in the shoulder. From there it was on and they just started whaling on each other. There was no winner, only two losers who had been forced to sit in opposite corners of the room until the end of the day. Neither of them ended up with the juice box either. Too bad...it had been apple.
When Fyona took of the helmet, and he laughed at her. Making her want to punch him, but she did not. Instead she let the helmet crash to floor as he started to speak to her. After he chased her wordlessly through the corridors, then let the older boy think her crazy or something, and then there was the mace too, he decided to speak. When he was done the feeling to punch him again came to her hands. "You call chasing a young girl down the halls with a mace manners?" He had to be kidding. "Well whatever show I put on I hope you enjoyed it, because my manners are about to get a lot worse." She dropped her bag and started to roll up her sleeves so they would not get in the way. She was trying to decide between a slap or two to the face, or using her wand. Should she chance her wand she could win or lose. After all there was an older boy behind her who may, or may not, know this boy and would help him out. However, if she got physical --not too physical mind you-- then she could be quick and get it over with before either boy knew what happened. The boy was short, and young too. He could have been in her year, but she cared not. All she cared about was giving the boy something by which to remember her by.

Ty just smirked. It was obvious this one couldn’t take a joke. I mean who wouldn’t be laughing at someone who thought a possessed set of armor was out to kill her? Why couldn’t she just see the humor in it? Maybe she didn’t have a sense of humor, yeah that was probably it. Although when she said her last bit and tossed aside her bag he had to laugh yet again. I mean it was pretty funny to see someone that upset over a stupid and harmless little prank. “Calm down,” he said with a small laugh, “It was just a harmless little joke. Besides do you really think you can hurt me with all of this armor I have on. You’ll just injure yourself more.” It was true Ty didn’t think that she could get one blow on him without causing more injury to herself than him. After all if she shot a spell it would ricochet off the metal armor. If she punched him it was likely to hurt her hand a hell of a lot more then it was going to hurt where ever she aimed. His head was of course still uncovered, so she might get a good swing in there, but after her initial contact he would take a shot of his own, which was sure to hurt twice as bad being metal plated and all.

In a matter of seconds, Jack was stunned to see a once frightened and scared girl all of the sudden become bold and daring. He wasn't sure what had gotten into her. She just went ahead and ripped the helmet right off of Ty's head and then it went down hill from there with both of them having a vebal exchange. It was Ty so what could he expect. A little bit of manners? No. For him to care about someones feelings? Nope. To pick at someone until they were past infureated? Yup. Ty never did seem to know when to keep his mouth shut and when not to. Deciding that it would be best to cut the conversation and near brawl off at the pass he slide inbetween the two to prevent any physical fighting or exchange. "Come on. We can settle this without it turning into a fight." he said looking particularly at Ty. He knew that if she threw a punch than Ty wouldn't hold back either, even if she was a girl and a year younger than him.

"Calm down. You want me to calm down after I was made fool of by-by-by you?" Was she really so angry that she was stuttering? No, she couldn't keep her mind right was all. She was caught between hitting him now or later. Or hitting him at all. She could just walk away, but that would make her look even more stupid. "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't pop you? And don't say anything about that armor you're wearing. I can get you now or later since I know what your face looks like." She had actually seen his face before. In the common room and walking around the school campus at times. He was just one of those faces that mixed into the crowd and you never really bothered to turn and look at. There was nothing special about him anyway, not that she noticed. The only thing that made his face memorable to her was that she had seen it in the common room and at her table when she ate. She had even managed to catch his name. Now if only she could remember it. Did it start with an A? Possibly, he looked like he would have a name that started with an A. Like Allan or something. Did it start with an F? Uh, no. What about P? Negative. Hmmm. T? That sounded about right. She knew it was real short too, but at the moment still no name came to mind.
Before she could do anything the other boy stepped in between them. Keeping FYona from making a mistake that at the current moment she wanted to make, but later on would regret. As he did so she could not help but hear that small laugh again. "What's so funny? I don't see anything funny here." If she had been the boy then yes, she would have found something funny about the whole thing. However, she was not the boy, and thus she did not find anything funny at all. With the other boy now in front of her keeping from smacking "the kid whose name starts with an A or a T" she then just looked evily at him. If he wasn't wearing that armor then I may have already hit him by now.

Ty just smirked as his fellow snake stuttered at him. He wasn’t intimidated in the slightest, I mean why would he be? She was just a girl, and a smaller one at that. Nope he was perfectly fine with her thinking she had a shot at hitting him. All that meant was that he would be able to take a shot of his own in self defense. “I don’t give a damn what you do,” Ty said with a smirk, “I was just merely pointing out that you will be on the losing end of things.” He knew he could win if it came down to it. His magical ability was probably higher then hers, well by the looks of her anyways, and he knew that his muggle fist fighting was definitely better.
“And you're what’s funny,” Ty said with a laugh, “I mean just look in the mirror and I am sure you’ll see what everyone is laughing about.”

Okay. He means nothing. Absolutely nothing. Calm down like he said. Eck! Like he said. She knew that the boy had a lot going for him. He was taller and covered in a metal. Not to mention that he would know more magic than sh-- She smiled. There was no way that he would be able to pull out his wand when he was covered from the shoulders down in armor. It would have been highly stupid of him to leave the room without it too. So whatever clothes he had on underneath --she sure hoped he had on clothes-- would hold his wand. Unfortunately for him his metal covered hands could not dig into metal covered pockets. If he left his wand back at the dorms, then by the time he conjured it and it managed to find its way here, she would have already hit him in the face with something. Anything. She couldn't physically harm him now that she thought about it either. For one, there was the suit, and two he might hit back. She didn't know any boys that did, but this one had also found it extremely funny to be cruel so who knew. Armed with this knowledge Fyona did not here a thing he said. her mind had been working while he had been talking away. So all the things that he said last were lost on her. It was seeing that smirk, that irritating smirk, still on his face that made a name come to mind. Ty. No last name. Just Ty.
"You may have some advantages, but that doesn't mean you should take me lightly," she said with her smile still on her face. She was content with this moment, and because she knew what she could do her anger was slowly bubbling down to a low simmer. Rather than a raging fire that was. Hmmm, but so long as the older boy stood in between neither of them could do anything. Was that good or bad?

Ty just laughed. He wasn't taking her lightly......he wasn't taking her at all actually. He knew she didn't stand a chance so she really wasn't bothering him in the slightest. Besides she, so far, had yet to show him that she was more then just a package of weak words. Her words weren't even that great, so why on earth would he think that her actions would be any better? He didn't and it was evident that he thought this way. All someone would have to do is look at the smirk that was still plastered across his face.

Jack was rather sick of listening to both of them go back and forth. He was already running late to class and was losing humor with the entire situation the longer that it went on. "That is enough Ty." Jack said without a trace of a smile this time, "If you to would like to keep at each other, please do it some other time. Right now i am in a hurry and am losing patients babysitting the both of you." Picking up Ty's helmet he shoved it into his chest and said, "Lets go." he was going to make sure that he took Ty with him so that the two snakes couldn't get into a physical altercation, well at least not at the moment. They would have to wait for some other time to get into it if the wished. Jack wasn't going to let it happen now, not when he was involved in the situation in any way.

She felt that simmer pot start to boil again as he laughed. She knew that she didn't look too intimidating to him. What with her being a cute little freckle faced girl, with reddish hair. Not just that but moments before she has been running mindlessly to class trying not to be late. He has surprised her and instead of running to get to class she was just running to stay away from him. So even she knew how silly she must have looked at the moment, but she was the one caught in the situation. Ty was not the one who had been made fool of, and found pleasure in someone else's frantic gestures. The older kid had not been the one running down the hall from a "possessed suit of armor" only to find that it had only been filled with this greasy scum she was to call a Housemate. No, it had all been her. She thought she was doing pretty well considering. Though she threatened to hurt him, she had yet to do so. Though she had her wand in her pocket, she had yet to take it out. She had been moments from slapping the boy, and she was moments away still.
"That is enough Ty. If you to would like to keep at each other, please do it some other time. Right now I am in a hurry and am losing patients babysitting the both of you." As far as she was concerned he never had to "babysit" them in the first place. He had been nice enough in the beginning, but that did not mean he had to stay. Now that she knew her "hero" knew Ty --she had gotten the name right, yay!-- she considered the possibility that he may have been on it. Then dismissed it. He was too nice. "Let’s go." She giggled to herself. Yeah Ty go. The sooner you leave, the sooner I can track you down again.

Ty just smirked when Jack came off with that. What is he going to miss a bit of class time, oh dear that must set him back a whole days worth of studying Ty thought sarcastically as he felt a thunk on his chest plate. Well at least he had his helmet back now, although he doubted he would put it on. Well maybe he should, that way if any professors were walking by he could always freeze and they wouldn't be the wiser. "Alright lets," Ty said with a smile, "I really need to get this all off it's hotter than hell in here at the moment."
With that he put on his helmet and started heading back to the armor gallery so that he could return the suit where he had gotten it from. At least he was nice enough to put it back, he could have just left it a heap on the floor somewhere and let the little house elves take care of it.
