Leaning against a dark wooden door, Arianna stared across the corridor at the most curious tapestry. A Barmy teaching trolls to dance? And ballet no less.
"Someone must have had a little too much befuddlement draught when they made that," Arianna concurred with herself, adding in a shake of the head and a slight eye roll. She certainly wouldn't ever think of even drawing such a thing.

Reina laughed at the girl's words.
"Maybe you don't have enough imagination to come up with such a clever little painting. I personally think it tells us something about ourselves."
Reina leaned against the wall smiling at her favorite person in the world.

Brittany rounded the corner and stumbled upon the sight of the two girls. She looked from the tapestry the two were talking about to Ari then to Reina. Having heard what Reina said she couldn't resist commenting.
"What? That some people try to force things upon others that is totally unappreciated. Since when have you ever objected to that?" Brittany smirked, shifting her weight to one leg and tilting her head to the side.

Reina groaned. Great Brittany is here.
"No, I just thought it was comical. Tells who's funny and who can't make a joke to save their life."
Reina stared pointedly at Brittany.

Brittany couldn't help but grin when she heard the Slytherin girl groan. It was actually quite funny and was exactly the reason why she had said something. Raising one eyebrow, she shook her head at Reina.
"You're right. And it's an even trade off since some people don't know how to handle their sarcasm..." Brittany snapped back.

Reina knew Ari didn't like her, which is why she stopped to chat, but Brittany too. It was too much. Reina could take Ari, heck she could even hold her own with Brittany, but Brittany and Ari! That was another story. Act Cool!
"Yeah, they are some."
Reina looked at Ari as though Brittany was talking about her.

Brittany raised an eyebrow as Reina kind of indicated that she was talking about her. However, this was of course not the case. She knew Ari had her own ways of sarcasm and had always liked the girl for that and her vivid imagination. It didn't seem as if Reina really wanted Brittany there though. Giving her more reason to stay put and chat a bit longer. Walking a bit closer she sighed.
"Well, now that we've gotten through our cheerful greetings." Brittany said, moving on from the now dead subject.

Reina laughed.
"Is that what we call it now? 'Cheerful'?"
Reina didn't like how Brittany was advancing on her. Though she gave no indication of her unease she just continued to smile at the girl.
"How's Sora? Still claiming to be faithful?"

"Sora's superior. Hope you snakes haven't been missing him too much." Brittany said off-handedly.
She liked this new stream of confidence that seemed to be developing. This was new and it was shining through, allowing her to gleam. It was interesting how Reina had brought up Sora. She wondered what the girl's motives were, knowing the girl had liked Sora at one time. That's why they hadn't been okay with each other ever since.

Arianna had been about to answer Reina, but Brittany had arrived just in time, saving the girl from an argument she was sure would come. The Ravenclaw still didn't like the way Reina had humiliated her and made her appologize for having her books taken by the snake. She still didn't understand why she had been the one who had to appologize instead of it being the other way around.
"I'm sure Reina doesn't miss him much," Arianna replied. "She's already got someone to take care of her needs."

Reina whipped her head around to stare at Ari. Reina honestly had no idea what Ari was talking about. She hated looking confused so she quickly wiped the look off her face. She thought for a brief second and replaced the look on her face with utter glee.
"Always. Always! So brings you two witches out on a nice day?"

Brittany glanced to Ari as the girl spoke. Then, turning her attention back to Reina she noticed the brief look of befuddlement on her face. She smiled and flipped the hair that had fallen back down into her eyes away for the moment.
"Just looking for something to do. You?" Brittany replied a bit boredly. Looking back to Ari, she waited to see what the Ravenclaw girl would say.

"Hmm?" Arianna was trying to think up other ways to tell the Slytherin what she had meant, but was quite content to see the confusion and wondered if she should leave it there. It certainly was funny.
"Oh, I was just taking a breather," she replied with a small shrug.

Brittany nodded at Ari's response. She noticed that the Raven, from the look on her face, had also noticed the look of confusion on Reina's face. Giving the girl a smirk, she had to cover her laugh by clearing her throat. Looking down at her white painted nails, she began to chip off the polish on her pinky nail. Not looking up she spoke up again.
"And you Reina? What are you up to this fine winter day?" She asked.

Reina didn't like the looks being passed between the two girls. They had something on her, but Reina wasn't sure what. Reina decided to play it cool like she didn't care.
"Me? Same ole same ole. Seeing my Bestfriends which just so happens to be you two girls."
Reina inwardly laugh at her ludicrous statement.
