She was still looking at the letter in her lap as if it was some alien substance. It wasn't like she'd never gotten a letter before, just not often. Ash picked it up lightly, turning it over, and slowly removing the seal. How her mother finally remembered that she had a daughter? Perhaps-- or maybe the owl had just lost its navigation and had accidentally delivered the letter to Ash.
Slipping out the sheet of coffee stained paper, she had no doubt it was for her.
Ash stared at the letter with disbelief, and kept on reading the fourth line. Bath?! When did this happen? Oh, four weeks ago.. She didn't know what to say. That townhouse she lived in had been her home forever and now her mother decided to put it on her that they were moving. Ash knew how much she hated the house she lived in now and it wouldn't really matter much if they moved since she was still going to attend Hogwarts... but the feeling was just a little strange..

Abigail stared at Ash's face, watching her change of expressions as she read her letter. The Huffle knew better than to read over the girl's shoulder and so waited for the fourth year to say something. "Is something wrong?" she asked with concern in her voice after a silent minute had passed.
