Unlike Ty and Krissy Reina was laughing as Prof. Raynor approached. Inside she felt cold and dread creep into her stomache and she was sure the Deputy Headmistress was going to order them to cease and desist. Reina did, however, look at the Prof. with a curious expression across her face.
"Outside? But it's coooooold."
Reina smiled at Ty and looked at Krissy just remembering the girl should have a pink sleeping bag. Reina hastily conjured one it landing atop of Krissy's crossed legs.
"Besides it's just a slightly quiet demonstrations with only small bursts of what we want...which is pumpkin juice at every meal. Espeically breakfast!"

Gaze settling on Ty, Raynor concurred towards the conclusion that he had been sincere is comments and had, in fact, not been mocking her. Such concepts were new to her as is, as very few had attempted any such thing in quite some time. Nevertheless, she was not going to let it go completely without some say.
"Indeed, Mr. Calister. Though if an actual fire is set inside the school, it is more than just marshmallows that will roast." And there was that. Yes, the Deputy did understand some muggle concepts. After all, her husband was muggle born and between his continuous coaching and what she could recall from muggle studies (she failed that class miserably) she could piece together some things.
"And yes, it is cold outside," she agreed with the two girls, a slight smirk playing across her lips. "Just as long as you know that this is usually an outdoor activity."
An eyebrow arched in question as a rather hideously bright pink sleeping bag appeared across Krissy's legs. Dear Merlin, they were not planning to sleep out here hopefully. That much the Deputy could not allow. As, one, that would mean being out after curfew, and two, the common rooms were safer and right now she was not willing to risk a single hair on the students heads. Especially if what the Daily Prophet was ranting about lately was true.
"Pumpkin juice at every meal, hmm?" She responded thoughtfully, inwardly sighing. But by now... well.. Reina was Reina. Though she did chuckle slightly. "And especially at Breakfast? I'm not sure that can be arranged. How long are you willing to protest?"

“I know we could roast all kinds of things not just marshmallows but even hotdogs, and a chicken.” Ty said with an evil grin spreading across his face. “They could all be done over a nice open flame. We just need to decide where to put it.” he continued, looking around the entrance hall, trying to hold a straight face. He had understood what she was getting at perfectly, but chose to ignore it and just continue on like he didn’t get what she had meant, after all she had taken his earlier comments pretty well. He knew though that he might be pressing his luck, but it didn’t really phase him at the moment.

Raynors eye brow wasn't the only one raised as the hideous pink sleeping bag dropped upon Krissy's lap. Krissy picked it up with the tips of her fingers, holding it away from her as it it was something poisenous, moving it off her lap and towards Reina. "I uhh wont be needing that, my beds much comfier... And less ugly" Yeah she did not like pink, had it been yellow she 'may' have considered using it. But sleeping in a coridor about pumpkin juice was something that today she just was not willing to do.
Krissy had to laugh at Ty's comments though. He was really a crazy Slytherin. Krissy had to wonder what Reina had been feeding him, and definately where she got it from. She believed Raynor however was hadneling the situation pretty well. The last time Krissy had seen Raynor, outside of classes and meal times, had not exactly been on the best of terms, in fact, Krissy hadn't been wearing a shirt at the time, nor did she smell very good. Faling in swamps tended to do that. Amazingly enough though, Reina had been with Krissy then too. She kept quiet for the moment wondering what Raynors reply to what the youngester was saying would be.

Reina nodded at Ty actually thankful and grateful he was there. Hopefully causing a great distraction for the Deputy Headmistress. Reina smiled though when it seemed Prof. Raynor was joking with them.
"The whole school year if we have to. Pumpkin juice should be served with every meal. Every SINGLE meal! It's important."
Why? Reina didn't know but she could make up some. Reina just hoped that Deputy understood herself and Ty especially since every breath Ty took Reina spoke. It was just a bit jumbled.

If not for Ty's persistent insolence, she might have laughed at Krissy's expressive nature about the color pink. Ignore it once, give an unspoken warning once, and then act on the twice. No, it did not exactly follow a three strike system, but no one ever said that Raynor gave anyone three chances. The already arched eyebrow threatened to disappear into her hair entirely. The stress on chicken had the Professor baffled for the briefest of moments. Then she recalled a rather gleeful Fiona and a very edgy Thomas... and a rather amusing story. Though she made a note to have a firm talking with the Slytherin HoH. He obviously let this boy get away with too much to talk so to his Professors.
"Make sure your bags are packed before you set that fire, Mr. Calister. You'll be on a train before you can say 'expulsion'. As it is, fifteen points from Slytherin and some personal time with me this Friday, I do not take well to cheeks."
If the boy continued to press his luck, no doubt Miss Diablo would have his head. Slytherin was suffering enough in points as if and Raynor did have a fine line between tolerant joking and disrespect. But, she continued on as if the confrontation with the boy just then had never happened.
"The whole school year? Very persistent. I'm afraid you might cause an inconvenience to those trying to access the Great Hall. Its important? Do you wish to support your case?"

Apparently he had gone to far with his last comment. Expulsion wasn’t that a little harsh though, even if a fire was lit no one was likely to be injured by it, but no matter he hadn’t actually been planning on setting an actual fire. He was just bringing a little humor to the situation.
Grin faltering slightly when Raynor said that he cost Slytherin fifteen points and was now facing the prospect of spending Friday with her.
“Thats a little harsh,” he mumbled barely audible under his breath to himself more then anything. He didn’t think that a little joke was worth fifteen points from Slytherin and a detention, either or maybe, but not both.

Reina blanched. 15 points! I'll KILL him! Reina turned slowly towards Ty and if the boy was smart he would back away from her or better yet stay in sight of Prof. Raynor. Reina gave the child a look to kill. Everyone knew how she felt about house points and winning the cups BOTH cups especially since this was her last year and in the 6 years, Reina came here her second year, she's been here slytherin has only won the cup once.
"You better earn them back!"
Reina hissed at Ty before she realized Prof. Raynor was speaking to her.
"What, Prof. Raynor? Oh, yes very important. I think that pumpkin juice is not only very healthy for the body, soul, and mind, but it's magical properties would greatly influence all magick personnel for a long long time. I think it's high time we have pumpkin juice served at every meal. Though I guess if people HAVE to trudge through here we could ..."
Reina wanted to say make them walk around, but she wasn't going to lose anymore points for her house.
"... try to be a little more neat."

Ty watched as an expression of fury came over Reina. He knew that she wouldn’t like the whole fifteen point points being taken off of Slytherin, but he also knew that he could probably earn them back in a heartbeat and wasn’t all that worried by her glare she was sending him. After all what was she going to do to him when Raynor was right there, nothing right?
Turning his head in her direction he said in a low whispering hiss, matching that of Reina’s, “Not a problem.”

"Oh, it better not be or else I'll..."
Reina momentarily forgot Prof. Raynor was there and she pinched his arm.
"...do so much more worse than that. I'll hex you to siberia then hex you back home. Now you have to make up 15 points to reach 0 and another 15 points to put us up! Understand?!"
Reina didn't wait for her rhetorical question to be answered instead she glanced back at Prof. Raynor and stopped as though she had just realized she was still there.
"Aside from the pumpkin juice we need. How's the baby? I haven't seen ... err..."
Reina wasn't sure what the sex was.
"... it."

As he felt a pain go through his arm he realized that Reina was indeed pinching him. “What the hell,” he said turning slightly and simultaneously smacking her hand away from his arm eyebrows furrowing. There was no need in his mind for her to have even touched him. He could hear her perfectly and already understood her position.
Annoyed and arm still twinging a bit he completely forgot that there were others around. Turning his whole body around to face her he continued furiously in a slight undertone, “No why don’t you spell it out for me one more time, just to make sure I got it.”
He then turned back around to his normal position mumbling something rude underneath his breath to the tune of, 'Who the hell does she think she is' and 'Of course I understand, I am not stupid'. He noticed what Reina had noticed that they were indeed not alone and contented himself with moodily staring at the wall behind Raynor as Reina went off about pumpkin juice again.

{okay I was waiting for Krissy or Prof. Raynor but I'll respond}
Reina could still hear Ty and that was annoying her Reina turned back to Ty and wanted to tear his little hair out strand by strand.
"If you don't stop muttering. I mean seriously if you have words then spit them out. I'm a fair and nice prefect. I will listen to you all you want if you disagree with me."
Reina narrowed her eyes and she was being sweet because of the Deputy in the room, but Ty had better tread carefully.

Ty just stared blankly at the wall in front of him pretending not to here a word Reina was saying, but when she got to the part about being fair and what was that nice, his deafness faltered and he gave a small snort of laughter muttering, “Ya right, fair and nice my a....” Reina was anything but fair and nice, well she could be nice when she wanted to, but the past run in with her defiantly told him there wasn’t an inch of fairness in her. Normally he would have come off with some snappy retort but by now he was well aware of the fact that the Deputy was standing right there and decided to just be content in mumbling it underneath his breath.

For some unknown crazy reason Reina was offended and indignant. She actually jumped up and looked down at Ty.
"Wait, are you saying I'm not nice and fair. I mean sure I might be more on slytherin's side, but isn't that in your favor? Don't you think I'm a nice person within all reason of my being. I don't strike out for no reason. I don't kill, alot."
Reina laughed at that last bit, but continue on.
"I don't scream or yell ... again for no reason. I mean ... seriously!"

Ty just sat there looking up as the unstable Reina got to her feet. She really wasn’t serious was she? To start something like this in front of the Deputy Headmistress was a bit of a risk in his opinion, especially considering her current mood. After all she had already take fifteen points from Slytherin and handed out a detention. This probably more then anything kept him from jumping up and having a go at her.
Keeping his cool he looked up at her mildly, his gaze never faltering. “All reason of your being maybe, but on the whole no.” Ty said a smirk forming across his face, but still with a horrible air of calmness in his voice. Then continuing after she was said and done giving her little speech, “And what would the reason be at the moment?”
It was taking every ounce of self control he possessed to keep his temper under control. He would have liked it more then anything to jump up and start telling her exactly what he thought, but he wasn’t stupid and knew that if he did rise to her level it would be more then just a detention and fifteen points from Slytherin he would receive. However, if she kept this up he was pretty sure that his temper would get the better of him and he was bound to explode which wouldn’t bod well for either of them.
