Annemarie scowled at Jedynak for his comments but only was more furious by Piper’s response to him. At least he wasn’t foolish enough to fall for the man’s words as she figured some were. “Mr. Jedynak, your time here has expired. Leave me with the boy,” she said to him her tone as stern and serious as she could make it. She pointed at the door again. “I’m sure you’ll find your way. Our business here…is….done,”
“As for you, Mr. Piper…I know your transition from Durmstrang has been difficult…” she paused to take a breath, and sat in her chair. “Sit, Piper…or you will do more than just a detention. Don’t think I favor those whom disrespect me.” Again she paused as she glared at the boy. “Even from my house…” And yet Jedynak did not leave…Annemarie only grew more irritated with his intrusion.
Both....of their intrusions...

Alfonz wasn’t about to leave, and as the boy spat back in his face questions of who he was, the older man could only scoff. Who was he? He was someone wearing nice robes and not having to deal with any young snaky rebels. That was who. No, to press the fact more…Alfonz was someone. Who the hell did this kid think he was?
As van Aller was heard in the background, Alfonz completely ignored her. “I am someone your parents only wish you were…” Alfonz said sternly, looking at the boy with a sort of amused look on his face. “Alfonz Jedynak, Mr. Piper.” As van Aller continued and spoke about what school this Piper kid had come from he could hardly contain his snort and snicker. Both of which escaped at the same time, and both of which made Alfonz move a bit to look at the van Aller woman.
Was she serious? This kid had come from Durmstrang?! HA! Looking back at the snake child, Alfonz shook his head, still a bit in disbelief. “From Drumstrung, she says?…somehow,” he paused looking the kid up and down, still in awe of the ungrateful immigrant from Durmstrang. “Somehow your presence here in front of both, van Aller and myself, doesn’t surprise me one bit.”
Alfonz walked toward the doorway a bit, and looked at the Piper lad. “Durmstrang never was one for stragglers and big talkers who couldn’t walk any of what they laid out.” He let out a sound that sounded like a fake laugh and nodded at van Aller. “It’s too bad….for a minute there you looked like you had potential for a chore. But now, I see I am still in search for a real wizard…” He rolled his eyes and looked at van Aller.
Pausing and standing still in the door ways he turned back to van Aller thinking that she needed an apology of sorts, but fully meaning for the boy to hear his every word. Associating himself with a muggle born was not what he wanted to be known for, by anyone, especially by someone who could possibly help him. Alfonz didn’t have any other choices. He was running out of time. “Excuse me for asking your assistance in my matter. I should have known that you, of all people, would not have known anyone who could help me.”

“I am someone your parents only wish you were…Alfonz Jedynak, Mr. Piper.”
Someone his parents wished he was? Was that really what this man was supposed to be? Did he really think himself to be some wizarding idle or role model? Tch, in the end the best he might be able to pull would be the model part...but even that was pushing it a rather big step. Besides, he didn't seem like the one to tolerate much of anything of the female gender yet alone be interested int hem. No, this man was nothing like what his family envisioned Damian to be (this was completely true since he doubted his family actually envisioned anything of him). He was a man with an abnormally large ego -- even for a man of some class -- and he was nothing more than such.
"As for you, Mr. Piper…I know your transition from Durmstrung has been difficult... Sit, Piper…or you will do more than just a detention. Don’t think I favor those whom disrespect me.” Again she paused as she glared at the boy. Even from my house…”
"From Durmstrang, she says?…somehow, somehow your presence here in front of both, van Aller and myself, doesn’t surprise me one bit. Durmstrang never was one for stragglers and big talkers who couldn’t walk any of what they laid out."
And now as van Aller brought up has origins this man dared to laugh at him? His blood was not patiently simmering, no, now it was boiling. To mock him was fine, to disrespect him, that annoyed him alittle but to outright insult himself and assume that he knew anything of the only truly welcoming home Damian knew? He didn't want to be here, that hadn't been his choice, what to say and do before this man however was soley his choice and his alone. He thought he knew Damian, thought he knew his family and his upbringing? He was sorely mistaken. The boy did not take a seat but rather chose to glare arrows into the man's...into Jednyak's sneering and over-egoed face.
"It’s too bad….for a minute there you looked like you had potential for a chore. But now, I see I am still in search for a real wizard...Excuse me for asking your assistance in my matter. I should have known that you, of all people, would not have known anyone who could help me."
And just what was that supposed to mean? He wanted to use him for a...chore? Chores were beneath him, chores were why one hired housekeepers, used elven creatures or slightly-tamed imps. And why would any real wizard berate themself and their dignity so as much as to stoop to a meager chore? First the man had insulted him, and then he insulted his kind? Only muggleborns sought real witches and wizards and they sought them for knowledge, to attempt to learn to play a role and fit into a society that should never have opened its doors to them. Was that what this man was? A sham, a facade, nothing more than a man who could talk?
"I believe...I shall stand Instructor..." The boy began, allowing his grop on the robe hangers to slacken so they should fall again to the office floor. "If you thought that I would voluntarily lower my status to that of a servant boy you are far more lax with your brain then I thought. You talk, and you apparantly plot, but you don't think, do you? No chore comes free of charge when it is to be done by my hand." A pause before turning toward his Head of House. "My agenda was not, and is not with you, and yours was not with me. If your business is as concluded as you claim, you might be wise to leave."
The boy allowed a smirk to come to his face, one that only van Aller could see and probably would not be as bemused by the approaching comment as he was. "You see, you're a right rather obvious -not to mention ugly- fly and I don't think she's buying your product much as a salesman either..."

Annemarie smiled widely and triumphantly as Mr. Piper told Alfonz Jedynak where he could keep his chores and favors. Her Snakes were as brilliant as any Ravenclaw and knew this man was anything but good. “Very well, Mr. Piper, you may stand if you wish.” She stood as well, this time wanting to close the door behind Jedynak as he left, not to mention telling him that he could never return.
The deal was off, and she wasn’t playing any more games of Satanic temptation.
Walking around her desk, she nodded her head still smirking her own smirk at the Piper child and then made her way to the older man. “And Jedynak…take everything you offer and leave. It is obvious the boy wants none of what you could give him for whatever services you want from him.” Annemarie smirked holding the door and pointing again with her finger for him to leave.
She had heard the plan, and she had heard his offer, and she had heard Piper refuse. All was going wonderfully. What Annemarie forgot was that even though she had heard Alfonz tell of things he was willing to trade for a volunteer’s services to help him with his sister, he hadn’t even mentioned them to Piper.
And now…she just had.
Alfonz Jedynak was a very powerful man, indeed. That much of him was certain, and that much of him made him even more demonic in her eyes. Her dark pupils narrowed and grew smaller as her smile grew malicious. “Now leave…” she hissed. “And take your money and contacts with you.” She knew he could get anything anyone desired, with just time being his only enemy.
In her mind, God had won this battle. Through her, God had defeat the demon. And now, she as His child of light, was sending the demon away.

As van Aller shot off her mouth after the boy had, Alfonz couldn’t help but laughed a little. It was true the boy had refused, and even more true that he had tried very hard to insult him, but everything van Aller spoke just killed any attempt Piper had at making Alfonz angry. Obviously, he was more like the muggle born than he thought.
Piper turned his back on him, defending his Head of House like a good little boy would defend his mother, and probably saved himself a good docking of house points at the same time. How….quaint? It was something he would have done when he was young for his mother…difference was, Piper stood as if he were a proud pureblood. How untrue that obviously was.
Alfonz continued to snicker as van Aller got in his face to shut the door behind him and just kept mouthing off. It was damn hilarious how she answered for him what he planned on telling Piper next. “As you wish, Ms van Aller. Whatever I could exchange, would be wasted here and you have shown me this. For that, I thank you.”
Alfonz turned to leave, but also stopped again. “Oh, and Piper. If mum here can’t help you with those expensive wools…I do know a person who can,” Alfonz glanced briefly over his shoulder and smirked. “Along with…many other people who could help you, as well.” And with that he walked out the door, leaving as both mother snake and son snake had demanded.
A malicious smirk matching the one on van Aller’s face also plastered on him…for he always wins.

(Let's talk revenge methods, shall we?)
"Very well, Mr. Piper, you may stand if you wish."
He would have stood even if she had ordered him to sit. She was angry, he was angry and it was quite probable that under his calm demeanor that Jednyak was angry. One did not sit in the midst of two rather angry people and provide an advantage to them, such was logic. But beyond that, one did not concede ground to someone who was not worthy of it being given to them. Neither of them were worthy of his concession and he certainly had no intention of bowing out to this...this...
"And Jedynak…take everything you offer and leave. It is obvious the boy wants none of what you could give him for whatever services you want from him."
And what was this? What offer was she speaking of? The man had offered nothing except what was probably only a second rate; two-bit tailor and another several snide comments. So just what was this supposed offer? He had to admit he was now quite curious about what he had so tastefully interrupted mere moments prior. Could it be that Jednyak was quite possibly more than the arroganance he had witnessed, could Jednyak actually be all that he talked, all that he impersonated? No...no impossible, even arrogance had it's limitations on who to reside within. Jedyak did not have arrogance, merely sophisticated stupidity...and it was quite possible this was worse than the former.
The man was gone now, and yet Damian was not about to pry from the woman as a impudent and prepubesecent first year. No, he could question the man later much more easier and much more directly. He had a name and more likely a residence within the castle walls, the only thing stopping him would be his door...and quite probably a wand as well. But alas however intrigued his mind may have become, he had a present image to maintain ... even if this image did make up the non-curious other half of his brain.
"Nothing more than a gigantic urchin..." Damian muttered before glancing back to the products that were his whole original reason for being there. "I do appoligize for the mess but as you can plainly see I have a rightly well reason to be ... furious ..." No, it wasn't much of an appology but the boy hadn't rightfully planned on offering one. It was merely called for out of respect --and the air of the room.
After all, why in the name of purity should he have to appologize for the adultered configuration of his garments? If she wanted an appology for the words, well, that she would have to pluck from his vocal cords ... just as Jednyak had plucked his curiosity from his brain.
He might have just set the stakes too high for her...

(Revenge you say? Intriguing, indeed.)
Annemarie watched as Jedynak took his leave, smirking and making his last comments as he did so. Did he really think any more words would lure her snakes into his clutches? Not a chance of that happening in van Aller’s mind. Her snakes were too smart for such foolishness, and no high paid, arrogant Quidditch player would be able to get to them. Not even with a plethora of contacts as he claimed to have so many of.
She closed the door, not wanting any one further do disrupt her while she had dealings with her students. Sighing, she left it and circled around the Piper boy, and then back to her desk.
Nothing….gigantic…urchin...
A few words muttered, and even fewer heard but what she did hear she agreed with. That was if they were focused at the man whose company had just graced the room with is exit. Yes, she agreed fully and briefly nodded her head. She didn’t want to seem as if she disliked or would disrespect anyone, but Annemarie found that some humans were not humans, rather they were less than that. Dark creatures sent to tempt their paths that they were set on by God…urchins that worked for the Devil.
I do appoligize for the mess but as you can plainly see I have a rightly well reason to be ... furious ...
“Apology accepted.” Annemarie nodded her head again, giving the boy a warm smile. She hadn’t expected any kind of apology, and she could see that he was furious and in her mind had reason to be. What was done here to him was outrageous and Annemarie did know how much clothing cost. Even the wizarding clothing he held. Annemarie might have been muggle born, but it didn’t mean that she was wizarding world ignorant.
“I agree, you do have the right and the reason, I just am sorry that you had to walk in at such a time you did. I do, however, thank you, Mr. Piper. His words were uncalled for,” as were Piper’s, but she would not penalize him for being encouraged by the wretched as Jedynak was. “and he had no reason to involve you in any of what he wanted. Not, in the slightest.”
Annemarie paused sitting down at her desk now and taking a quill and parchment from her desk. The next order of business was the children whom had accosted Piper. “And now for the robes. What has exactly been done to them, and do you by chance know who? If not, that is fine, I will find whoever did it and they will be punished for such acts. Unless of course, you have ideas of your own, Mr. Piper,” Annemarie smirked, her former Slytherin side coming forth more and more with the intensity of her temper. She had forgotten what it felt like to be her youth self…
