Ash walked into the school library in what seemed like forever. The summer had been long and stressful on her fragile body and mind. She sighed as she glanced at the handful of books she was carrying. Brushing up on some studying was what she was planning to do for now. It seemed like she had lost some of her knowledge over the summer too. She couldn’t even remember how to perform the Avis spell and that was bad. Ash was always worrying about everything and that was something she hated about herself. It was like she could never take a break on anything.
She walked over to a large table in the center of the room. She waved to the librarian as she sat down. She didn’t really know her although the woman always smiled and waved at Ash whenever she arrived into the library, she wondered why, was it pity? Shaking the thought away, she opened up a large spell book. This was really just a review of her third year. Five long minutes passed and finally she couldn’t take it anymore. She slammed the cover closed and growled to herself. Why couldn’t she concentrate? For the time she was reading the book, she had read the same exact sentence seven times, not knowing that she was doing it. Ash pushed the book away from her and set her head on her hand, sulking.

Talia had been browsing the various book titles, wondering if she'd find anything of interest... when she heard a book slam. She looked over, and noticed a Raven girl... and she looked tired. "Guess they're finally going nuts for being so smart..." Talia thought, and grinned. Obviously that wasn't true, but it was still amusing to her.
With Talia being... well, Talia, she made her way over to where the girl was. She noticed that she had seen the girl in her other classes, and doubted she'd know Talia... But she took a seat across from her anyways... She looked to her book, which was third year, and grinned. What was she doing? Reviewing? As if she needed it... Talia didn't say anything, forgetting that she probably should have... the situation must've been awkward for the girl.

Ash looked up at the sudden shadow that appeared on the table. Her head left her hand immediately. She didn't expect anyone to be here besides herself and the strange librarian lady. " Oh hi, " she said quickly, more out of shock than anything else. The girl looked awefully familiar, she was sure she was in most of her classes, and Ash being all shy and stuff, didn't talk to her.

Drew saw the younger Ravengirl studying in the library and had to give her a hard time. After that stupid fit she threw on the first night, this would be a perfect comeback. As she slammed the book shut and started a conversation, he came up behind the two girls. "This is a library. You're going to have to be quiet," he growled, giving a slight smirk in Talia's direction. {and it's a librarian dude ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) }

"Indeed..." Talia said, giving a small smirk back. She looked in the girls direction, and smiled, obviously she was a bit surprised. "I see you're both in Ravenclaw?" The question had an obvious answer, but she decided to ask it anyway, there was no harm in it... She looked to Drew and wondered what he was up to... he seemed to be everywhere... there must've been two of him... She continued to smile, waiting for one of them to respond.

She huffed at the unpleasant arrival of the Ravenclaw boy, " It seems you're being louder than we are... prefect." she said, raising an eyebrow. Ash despised this boy more and more, each time she talked to him, it was like a growing fungus or something. She wasn't sure how to discribe it. The other night had been terrible, that noise he had made forced her to sleep in the bathroom.

Talia raised her eyebrows, it seemed as if the two of them had a conflict... but she was sure that Drew wasn't taking it that way... it didn't seem like him to fight... but just to be annoying... Talia kept quiet, unsure of what to say at the moment, so she decided to just let the two of them play it out, and see where it went... it might be interesting to watch. Talia liked observing when the time called for it... Then she'd find something to say eventually.

"I'm not the one slamming books," Drew pointed out as he slipped into a seat next to Talia. He knew he was irritating the younger girl, but felt she had it coming to her. He quietly opened one of the books on the table and started reading, a serene expression on his face.

Talia had to supress a laugh, "Interesting choice in literature Mr. Thornton..." She said, pointing to the book. She wondered if he had known he had opened a book titled, "Witches and Warts: Getting Rid Of The Buggers". She shook her head, with a mock disappointed look spread across her face. He obviously wasn't here to read, he was here to get into more mischeif. She crossed her arms, and waited to see what he would say.

Her face was blank although it was obvious that anger boiled beneath that skin. She sat stiffly as he read his book, not noticing how angry he made her, " Well, I think I'm going to the bathroom... to, um, whatever, I'll be back." she said trying to control her temper. Ash got up stiffly and walked as stiffly out of the Libary. Did he understand how much he irritated her?

{not at all ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) I'd say we're even after running you off in the lake thread ;D } "SHHHHH!" Drew answered, making a very big deal of shushing talia. He returned to his book as if it were actually interesting, scaning the words with his finger and mouthing along as he read. After a moment, he looked up apologetically at Ash. "Sorry... Am I being too loud?" he asked barely above a whisper. As she got up in a huff, Drew closed his book and followed, touching her lightly on her arm. "Come on. I'm messing around," he told her, genuinely apologetic this time. "You have to admit, you deserved it though."

(OOC: Lol, aight, let's call it even... for now)
Talia started wondering if maybe Drew was genuinely interested in reading such an absurd book, but then realized how stupid she was for even considering it... Drew was a doofus, of course he was just kidding.
Talia smiled, and watched as Drew attempted to apologize. Talia thought that it wouldn't work so well... but then again she wasn't sure of what all went down between both of the Ravens, and she decided to stay out of it for now.

You have to admit, you deserved it though.
Unbelievable! " Do you actually expect me to say, yeah, I deserved it, you know, all your tormenting and stuff." She glared at him, " I slept in the stinky bathroom and my bear fell in the toilet! Do you know how mad I'm supposed to be right now? " she asked swallowing. She didn't beleive people could be this insensible, although he seemed to be doing a pretty nice job of it.

"And how is that my fault that you slept in the bathroom?" Drew asked, finding this girl unbelievable. "The whole house is going nuts, yet you decide to throw a fit in the boys dorm because Kellen and I were talking? How is that tormenting you? How does that even make any sense at all?" Drew could handle a bit of stupidity, but senselessness was something totally different.

" Yes it does!" she screamed. He apologizes then he comes back with insults. She shook her head in anger and stomped out without her books.
