Reina laughed at the younger girl while she slowly lifted her wand out of her pocket.
"Ari, seriously I don't have anything of yours. Honest. Why would I lie? Come on Ari, I thought we were friends."
Reina tried to look sympathetic and innocent.

He had been watching the whole thing silently and saw Reina reach for her wand. Very carefully, Drew made sure his wand was within easy reach. If the Slytherin was going to try anything on Ari, he'd be ready to stop it.

{What?! What about me. She's attacking me!}
Reina watched Drew out the corner of her eye. She wasn't sure if Drew would back her up or Ari. Reina assumed Ari since they were bestfriend and though she hated to admit the 4th year was equal if not a bit better at dueling than she was.
"Seriously Ari. I swear I don't have anything with your name on it. Honest."

Arianna raised an eyebrow at Reina, unable to believe most of what escaped the girl's mouth.
"FRIENDS?" she scoffed, her head shaking slightly. "Since when have we ever hung out together? I don't know a blasted thing about you except that you've been using something that was MY idea."

Reina searched her mind.
"Well, whenever I'm hanging with Drew you're there right? So I think that counts. And you do two know somthing about me. What year am I in? What house? Am I prefect?"
Reina nodded her head smiling at her gleaming badge.
"See you know all kinds of things about me."

Arianna rolled her eyes at the girl. She still trembled with anger, still wanted to hex Reina into oblvian, but, somehow, kept herself from doing so. Yet.
"Oh, wow. The whole school knows that much about you, Reina. Tell me where the notebooks are and you won't get hurt."

Reina had to admit the girl had cahunas. Huge cahunas. Reina was liking Ari more and more the further along this conversation went.
"Arianna it pains me that you think so low of me. I promise on my life that I do not have a single thing with your name on it. I have nothing that belongs to you."

Drew listed to Reina's words carefully. From what she was saying, he figured she probably found Ari's stuff and ripped all of the pages out that had the Raven's name on them.
"Ari... it is possible that someone else could have come up with the same idea with out using your stuff, right?" Drew knew she had to agree that it was and while he didn't actualy believe Reina, he knew the Slytherin well enough to know she wouldn't back down from this.

Arianna turned her eyes on the boy and gave him a long, hard glare. Perhaps if she actually knew anything about the Slytherin than just heresay, she might agree with him. But as it was, Arianna felt as though she was the one he didn't believe. No, her name wasn't plastered all over the notebook, but if there were any drawings still left in it, they'd have a discreet signature hidden carefully along the hem of a dress or across the trunk of a tree. Oh, if Reina dared to do anything to her art....Ooh, that was a crime far worse than stealing her inventions.
"She has my stuff," Arianna growled, turning her attention back on Reina. The expression on her face became threatening, blood-thirsty. The Slytherin didn't know what she was dealing with. The Ravenclaw's small frame could do much more than she probably even dared to imagine. "I know she does. And I will find out where she's hiding it."

Reina sighed with annoyance that barely masked her amusement. She watched as Ari argued with Drew and she relaxed her hand on her wand then moaned loudly.
"Ahh! I'm turning blue! Ari I don't have your stuff. Honest, this spell came to me one day as I was sitting thinking about how to get at the Raven...Gryffindor house. Those Lions!"
Reina walked over to the only paintcan that seemed to have water in it and dipped her brush in the liquid and brushed her hand and arm. Immediately the pain started to retreat. She gave a small apologetic smile to Dan and Drew.
"I would have told you both I had the counter...eventually."

"Just water?" Drew asked, looking at Reina and wrinkling his lip. "It comes off with plain water?"
Well that was boring...

Reina wrinkled her brow trying to figure out what Drew was talking about.
"Water, what's water? Oh you mean this can here. Uh, yeah it's water?"
The spell was rather complex and if she said what it really was and if the book of spells she found was Ari than it would be a dead giveaway that Reina had taken Ari's book.

Arianna's eyes narrowed further when they fell upon the other can. If she had clenched her mouth even harder, her teeth would have broken in pieces.
"If that's..." she couldn't finish her sentence. All she wanted to do was tear Reina into chunks of meat and toss her to the owls.
Taking a few careful steps toward the pail, Arianna lifted it and took a deep breath. Her eyes blazed as she recognized the smell.
"Great! You were going to let Drew use this?" she asked, carefully setting it back down. "You could have killed him! This isn't water and...I can't believe you would do this!"

Reina looked at Ari with confusion. She was enjoying the accusations without proof, but this - this was too much. Ari had gone too far.
"What are you talking about? This is the counter to the paint. I made it myself. I just wiped this all over my hand and arm. It isn't going to kill anyone, because I wouldn't kill anyone. Espeically Drew I like Drew. Unlike us Drew is my friend so I would take two steps back and think about myself before I tell you about yourself."
Reina didn't need her wand. She was going to beat Ari the old fashioned way.

"Well, obviously you aren't very good friends with him, either," Arianna grumbled, though her eyes shifted between the boy and Reina, wondering if the girl was right. "If you knew anything, you wouldn't let him near the anti-paint."
