It was a risky move. A very very risky move, but Reina had to do it. She had been planning this for ages. Reina looked around, but she knew everyone would be sleeping. The students from partying all night from the parties their houses had for it being the first day back to school to the staff and those darned ministry workers doing the same. Reina looked around making sure the coast was clear before pulling out eight different wands. Two wands from each house except from her own and three from the ravenclaws. Reina thought back to how she received each one and she gave a small chuckle. It was so easy if one truly thought about it . So easy and yet so very satisfying.
Reina got two wands from two stupid Gryffindor firsties who let her find them rolling in the hall. She told them she couldn't give them back before she knew if this was really their wands. They were upset, but hey she still had the wands. One wand was lying around in the library a few feet from an Hufflepuff. Reina couldn't believe she was able to swipe that one without the owner's knowledge. She took the second hufflepuff wand from a firstie just last night. Reina almost laughed loudly thinking how she told the stupid firstie that she was a wand inspector and the girl just handed over her wand! Reina couldn't believe it. Reina did have to thank Daniel for getting the three other wands from the Ravenclaw house. He got some girl to actually sneak into the boy's dorm and steal not only Drew and Charon, but Hiro's wand as well. Reina couldn't believe her good luck when she saw those three wands. Lastly Reina just swiped Nico's wand when he was talking to Lauren in the commonroom. Those two were so engross in conversation they didn't even realize she was there. Reina couldn't believe her good luck, all these wands and no evidence pointing to the culprit or the house of the culprit. It was good strategic planning.
Reina closed her eyes making her other senses sharp so that if anyone did approach she could disappear in the shadows. She held the wands in her hand concentrating very hard. Slowly every wand tip started to glow. Reina could feel a bead of sweat pop upon her forehead as she mouth the words to the encantation she had studied over the break.
Slowly the whole first floor started to fill with smelly green water. Reina could smell the putrid order and though she wanted to gag she had to keep concentrating. Reina could feel herself start to sink slowly as the hard floor turned into mushy mud. She was positive that if anyone tried to cross it they would sink. Though that thought made Reina want to smile she couldn't and kept concentrating even when she felt something slimy slide against her thigh. Snakes! Again Reina wanted to break her concentration, but this swamp wouldn't be complete without a few alligators and flies too. Reina released her concentration. As soon as she did the ordor got to her and she emptied her night's meal into the swamp.
Reina glanced around and had to force her foot up through the mud almost losing her precious shoe. For 15 minutes Reina struggled to take three steps to the stairs. Standing at the first stair Reina turned and surveyed her handiwork. Smiling she tossed the 5 wands in different directions into the swamp and hurried up the stairs using her own wand to clean the tell tell signs of her mud footprints as she made her way to her own commonroom to change.
No more than an hour later Reina and a few other people had set up shop. She had a nice boat that could fit 2 students, or 1 staff and one student, or 2 staff members and herself at the same time. She was planning on having some fun, making some money, to get students to be able to cross the swamp.
{Okay that should be everyone's wands who I stole... am I missing any PM me}

Krissy came casually strolling down the hallway on the second floor with Pat. They were on their way down to the great hall for some lunch. She was starving. Her hand grasped his gently, as they made their way down the hall. Krissy stoppped for a moment and smelt the air. There was a funny smell coming from somewhere. "Can you smell that?" she asked Pat as she began walking once more.
She turned to go down the stairs, but as she did a very unusual site met her eyes. Instead of seeing a floor below her she saw a swamp, or a marsh. It was huge and smelly and was filled with mud and green water. Krissy took a step backwards stairing at the mess that lay in fornt of her. "Is it just me" she said to Pat "Or was this not here last year?" Krissy grinned. "But I must admit, it is a good addition to the castle, AND I've finally found something messier then my room" She was one of a kind, could always make a joke about anything, even when confronted with something such as a giant swamp.

Pat was walking down the corridor, hand-in-hand with Krissy, when they came upon something that Pat had never expected to see in a corridor: the swamp, completely blocking off the way through. He was brought from his momentary shock when Krissy commented on it. He smirked, still looking at the swamp in front of them. "Nope, didn't see it here last year," he said. "Think I'd've noticed a huge swamp in the middle of a hallway. I might've missed it somewhere down the line, though," he added jokingly.
Looking closer into the swamp, he saw that there seemed to be some swamp creatures in the water, like snakes and who-knew-what-else; that ruled out swimming across, although he probably wouldn't have actually considered it anyway. That's when Pat noticed that there was someone with a boat nearby, a little ways away. Looking closer, he thought he recognized her, from last year; he remembered her name was Reina. He waved at her, beckoning her over, then turned his head toward Krissy. "Maybe she'll help us cross this thing," he said. Maybe...

Krissy laughed sligtly at Pats reply. "Yeah your right, a giant swamp is pretty hard to miss" Krissy grinned. Her eyes moved to where Pat was looking, she then too noticed the boat which Reina was sitting in. Krissy grimaced. Of course. This plan could only come from someone with such an evil mind as Reina's. But then again... maybe Reina just found the swamp and decided to use a boat to get accross it, it would be a logical thing to do. "I'm hungry" Krissy complained looking at the swamp. "And this silly swamp is in my way" Krissy really wanted her food. The fact that there was a swamp in the hall way didn't exactly bother her one bit. She wasn't prefect, wasn't her job to deal with it, not that she would have anyway though.
Krissy walked down a couple steps until she got to the edge of the swamp. It was disguisting. she didn't let go of Pats hand though. She also hadn't entered into the mud as of yet. "Now how do ya spose I get accross?" she asked Pat, she knew his answer would be with Reina, but she knew that option would have a twist somewhere...

Reina turned and saw her first two victims, errr customers. Reina took out her paddle and pushed away from the edge of the first floor stairs and turned the boat around. Reina held out her wand and magically guided the boat towards Krissy and Pat, but still far enough away where they couldn't jump in.
"Hey, someone created this swamp here and ran off. I assume you both want to ride. If so that'll be 2 galleons, or we can do an exchange?"
Reina smiled. The money she could care less it was the information she wanted.

Krissy rolled her eyes. Of course. Reina was using the swamp as a means to get her own way. Krissy should have guessed. Krissy took another step downwards towards the swamp, this time releasing Pats hand. Her eyes were surveying the water. She was hungry and at that moment that thought of swimming through the muck didn't seem like that much of a bad idea. She knew not to do deals with Slytherins, exspecially not with Reina.
Krissy looked to Reina and then back to the swamp, she poked her shoe at the mud at the edge finding that it was going to sink a bit if she placed any pressure on it. Krissy retracted her foot. She looked back to Reina.
"There ain't no way I'm payin' ya nuttin'." Krissy said matter a factly to Reina. "Now I'm hungry. Take me to the other side" Yeah, she was pretty straight foreward when she wanted her food.

Reina laughed at Krissy. She could expect that from Krissy. The girl was cool even if they did fight from time to time. Reina gave Krissy a purely evil smile as she reached down in her cloak and pulled out a chocolate frog. Reina made a show of unwrapping it and just when she was going to eat it Reina let it hop away, wasting the food.
"Opps. Darn. That would have been delicious good thing I have another one."
Reina laughed.
"If you want to cross you must give me something of value. Like what information do you know about anything that you think I might like to know. That's not money. Come on Krissy. You're hungry and there's no other way to cross then down these stairs to the great hall. I'm not asking for much."
Reina pulled out another chocolate frog, but this time she ate it slowly watching Krissy's eyes.

It was a good thing Krissy didn't feel like chocolate or she might well have killed Reina to get the frog. Though she was strongly considering taking a leap towards the boat, hey even if she did miss and land in the swamp, she might make the water so rough it would knock Reina out of the boat. Now that, would be worth getting covered in slime for.
Krissy moved to take a step foreward, contemplating the mud once more. She really didn't feel like buying all new school clothes, or at least attempting to get the stink out of them. Maybe she could take all but her normal under clothes off and swim accross, least she wouldn't be that weight down either...
Krissy glanced back to Reina once more. The scheming aparent in her eyes. She really wanted her food. "What kind of information do you want?" she asked finally. "Ain't no way your getting the huffle password, so what other stuff would you find of value"

"Bribing students. Great example Reina," Allegra said, coming down just in time to hear the last bit of the conversation. "You're supposed to be setting an example, not using your position to get what you want."
After the speech, the stink got to her and she had to hold her nose, wrinkling her face into a distasteful grimace. "How did this all get here anyway. Raynor's going to throw a fit when she sees it."

Cameron came inside. She wondered out to the lake, Forbidden Forest, and wherever place she could find. She got bored, so she just went inside. Cam went up the stairs. As she was walking, there was a very nasty smell. "Ugh! Gross!"Cam said as she covered her nose. She came upon Pat, Krissy, Allegra, and Reina. "Hey...what did Reina do? Or someone do? This stinks really really bad."Cameron said as she wrinkled her nose. She crossed her arms as she looked out at the swamp. "This is very clever. Kudos to whoever did it." She grinned. I so want to do this...I think I'm gonna come up with something good. I'm bored to death. Cameron thought.

Pat watched on as Reina tried to get a deal out of Krissy. He'd known she would probably pull something like this, but he'd hoped otherwise; probably too much to hope for. Reina seemed adamant on wanting some information as payment, but Pat had no idea what kind of information she'd want.
He heard one voice, and then another behind him; Pat turned to see Allegra and Cameron walking up. He smirked at what they'd said; both of them had good points. Raynor would most likely be hysterical when she saw this swamp blocking a major passageway; of course, Pat had to agree that this swamp was a pretty impressive piece of work.
Pat turned back toward Reina, taking a step closer to the water, with his hands in his pockets. The smell was starting to get to him, but he'd honestly smelt worse things before. He knew his question would probably be useless, but he asked anyway. "Can't ya just let us across?" Still smirking, he added, "Before lunch ends, please."

Reina laughed at Krissy, but before long other people had came across the swamp. Reina decided that the most important statment that was made was Allegra's, so she answered her.
"I'm setting a good example on being an entreprneur. I saw the swamp, knew I one of Weasley's Travleing Pocket Boats and made good use of it. I did nothing wrong, you can even check my wand if you like."
Reina gestured to her wand that was tied up in her hair keeping it off her shoulders. She smiled wickedly and turned to Pat hearing his question.
"Nope, and I just need good information. I don't want the hufflepuff password. I could scare a first year into giving it to me. Tell me," Reina turned to Krissy. "What is Pat's worst fear?"

Krissy heard the other two come. But her main focus was on food. She looked to Pat after hearing Reina's question. Krissy put on a fake expression. "I can't tell you that!" she said indignatly, "It wouldn't be right..." Krissy looked to Pat once more as if decided wether she should or not.
She made a movement like she was giving in. "Would it get us both accross this silly thing?" she asked Reina. "Cause there ain't no way I'll tell you if it only gets me accross..." Yeah so she was lying, she was pretty good at acting, to be a prankster you really needed to be, how else would you lie your way out of trouble. Krissy looked back to Pat was if saying sorry "...I'm really hungry..." she hoped he would play along.

Pat looked from Reina to Krissy, a slightly confused look in his eyes. Reina wanted to know his worst fear? He wouldn't fancy that information being in her hands; she might use it to her advantage someday. Then, Pat looked a little harder at Krissy, for a spilt second. He didn't remember ever telling her his worst fear; he honestly wasn't sure what it was himself.
Suddenly, comprehension dawned on him, although he didn't show it on his face, which took on a different look; one that made it seem as if Pat was thinking, weighing his options. He waited a few seconds, and then turned his head back toward Reina, trying to make it look like he wanted the subject as far as possible from his fear; he spoke, attempting to make his voice sound tentative, and somewhat defeated. "Yeah, will it get us both across?"

Reina shook her head no. It wouldn't get them both across. She decided to voice this.
"No, if you both want across I'll ask one favor from the house of huffelpuff. I don't know what it is or when it'll be or if I'll ever collect on it. All I ask is your word. Your dying word that if I ask for a favor from the house of hufflepuff you both will help me. Deal?"
Reina looked at both students with wide innocent eyes. She didn't want them to think she had anything up her sleeve, which she didn't. Though Reina cast a glance at Cameron and Allegra, before adding on to her deal.
"And no I want ask you to fail a class, or kill someone, or die, or anything like that. Honest."
