Luce loved talking about Hogwarts. She wasn't sure why, maybe it was the fact that she still thought of it as her second home, maybe she loved feeling so grown up having left the place. Luce didn't know. She had only attended for three years, her fifth, sixth and seventh, but she had grown attached to the place nevertheless. She remembered her first day, when there was the debate of which house she would be placed in. She had the niceties of a Hufflepuff, the courage of a gryffindor, the slyness of a Slytherin, but the trait that stood out the most was her intelligence and commitment, and the decision to put her in Ravenclaw was made.
Blushing slightly as she smiled at the boys comments, Luce shook her head. "Oui, oui. You're forgiven." She said with a light chuckle, before listening to the boys next comment. "I only went for my last three years. Before that I went to Beauxbatons. I was a Ravenclaw."

Guy was glad that Hogwarts could be their common ground to talk about, as when it generally came up in discussion it led to other topics of conversation, old teachers, new ones, old friends and former students. It was always a topic of interest in the wizarding world. Guy flashed another grin, " Why thank you, " he chuckled lightly, wondering if he was being too forward. What if Luce had a boyfriend? Or found him completely stalkerish? He shrugged mentally, thinking that if he was being a creep she would say something or other.
He listened to the girl's words with interest, " A Ravenclaw, huh? You must be rather bright. Book worm? " He said the term with a small smile, showing that he meant the name nicely. " I actually went to Beauxbatons for a couple of years before I went to Hogwarts as well. We moved around a lot when I was younger, though. "

Drinking the remainder of her coffee, Luce smiled as the warm liquid ran down her throat. Luce wasn't always timid and coy, but there was something about this boy that made her want to keep her foot out of her mouth. She was scared that she was going to say something that the boy was going to hate her for, and knowing her trackrecord, it was more than likely that she was going to say something stupid. Smiling as the boy asked if she were a bookworm, Luce looked down to the pile of books that sat on the ground next to her. It was common to see her with her reading glasses on, Luce was quite the bookworm.
"You could say that." She grinned, leaning forward onto her elbows, to get comfortable. "I'm surprised I don't know you." She said, her head tilting on the side. "I wasn't the shyest person back at 'ogwarts, I liked to think that I knew most of the people."

Guy, too, glanced over at the books he had knocked over, wanting to give himself a good mental shaking for such an obvious question, but instead smiled over to the blonde woman instead. " Oh yeah? How about sports, you into that much? " He didn't know why he cared, but he was curious if she played quidditch or any of the other wizarding sports. He was also curious if she liked muggle sports as well, but as he didn't know if she had been raised with a semi-muggle background he wasn't too sure.
" At Beauxbatons I didn't know much of anyone. " He lifted his shoulders up into a partial shrug, his smile still in place, " Although at Hogwarts I was kindof known to be that awkward Gryffindor lad with the skateboard and drumsticks. " It was a pretty good thing to be labeled as, he had to admit. He was only awkward when necessary, and the skateboard bit was self explanatory. He loved to skate, almost as much as he loved to drum. It was a close call for him, but music definitely won out.
