"I'll be all right, don't worry about me, I'll be fine" Seanna could be heard telling her parents near the barrier on Platforms Nine and Three Quarters. "I'll have Percy with me, so if anything happens, he'll be there to help me" Seanna said, nodding her head to the duck that was comfortably sitting inside a cage on the trolley that also held Seanna's trunk.
"Dear, we know Percy will be there, but he can't be relied upon all the time, just be careful and keep away from any wizards that may look suspicious" Serena Marcellus told her only daughter, referring to the wanted wizard that was Robert Shaw. "Mama, I'll be fine, don't worry about me" Seanna replied, giving her mother a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
Seanna then turned to her Father, Carlo Marcellus and gave him a hug a kiss on the cheek also. "Don't worry about me, okay?" Seanna repeated, giving them one last wave before she walked through the barrier and into where the Hogwarts Express was.
Coming through the barrier, the first person Seanna spotted was her best friend Krissy... who was talking to her ex boyfriend, Mike. Seanna pushed her trolley over to where Krissy and Mike were and Seanna gave Krissy a smile and chose to ignore Mike for the time being. "Ahhh!, you got head girl! congratulation's!" Seanna said, noticing Krissy's badge and giving her best friend a quick hug, now wondering who got head boy. "Who got head boy?, did Drew get head boy?" Seanna asked Krissy, knowing that the offer of head girl and head boy only went up from year six and onwards.

And here came one of those firsties now! Alhana looked down at him and grinned, unable to help herself. They were just so darn cute when they were that size! They seemed to be growing less and less every year, it seemed. Or perhaps she was just getting taller.
Alhana lifted her finger in the direction of one of the many open doors that led into the train's main corridor. "Just go through there with your things and put them into one of the compartments. When we arrive the elves will take care of ti from there," she informed the boy. "Do you want any help carrying your luggage aboard?" she offered.

What was predicted to be forever took less than a minute. Mike, Charlie's brother, had escorted Charlotte to King's Cross Station so that she could get going to the platform. She had been insufferable the whole way through from New York. Insufferable and manipulative. But Charlotte did it just to get him out of her hair. She had had enough of him for the last month, and it made her want to quit out early, but they had made it to this day before she could consider it again.
Mike had said nothing-- except shoving a few papers at her and telling her not screw things up-- before leaving without a goodbye. He was a rude boy, she concluded, but with reason. Charlotte only made his life hell.
As she looked back at the platform nine and three quarters, she shivered a little. There was no sympathy in the changing of warm Albany weather to the rough rains and winds of the UK. She should have been used to it, but she wasn't really ready for it. "Bloody weather... bloody mud--" she muttered as she and Charlie's belongings hastly went through the wall without any concern of the Muggles taking a peak at her.
Charlotte had expected the platform to be slightly lush, thinking that Hogwarts liked to paint dreams as well as sympathize half-bloods and muggle borns. Instead, it was as boring as ever with little first year brats running around with their mummies and daddies. This trip alone would give her a screaming headache if she walked around, trying to talk to people. It seemed to be a rather obvious fact to her as she immediately put her things to be stowed away. She knew Mike said to make connections, but she didn't have to now. Maybe when all of her "subjects" came together. Instead, her plan of detour would be to sit back on the nearby bench, relax, and enjoy the show...

Mike sneered when Seanna had turned up and went straight to Krissy, and then the first things to come out of her lips were to do with whom the head boy was. Mike could of thrown up right then and there when she asked if it was Drew.
"Why don't you go find your lover boy and find out?"
Mike muttered under his breath to the girl, yes there was no love lost between Seanna and himself. He didn't know what he would do if Drew had somehow gotten Head Boy in front of him, but then again Krissy could keep him in check.

“Thanks and…Elves? Like the short guys with curly toes who ‘live at the north pole and make toys’ or the tall freckly forest dudes with pointy ears like from the Lord of The Rings?” The idea of either was amusing to him. As he slung a duffle over one shoulder and picked up the other to by the straps with one hand and pulled out the handle of the suitcase ( its the kind on wheels). “I got it.”
He smiled at the older girl and shifted his grip on the duffels so he could hold onto the handle with a pinky and then extended his now free hand up towards the older girls. “I’m Shane by the way…but everybody calls me Wolf. What year are you, if you don’t mind telling me?”

Finally, it was time. Surprisingly, the summer hadn't taken very long to get through, but the excitement she'd felt the entirety of the summer made the time pass much more slowly than it actually had. The night before had been filled with well-wishes and advice from her six siblings, their children, her aunts and uncle, her cousins, and of course her mum and dad. It'd been decided by her mum that the goodbyes would be easier to handle if they'd all said them the night before Felicity's departure; especially that of her dad's. Meadow Rose knew Ib would be unlikely to let their daughter leave if he were to see the amount of people that was predicted to be found at Platform 9 3/4, and if he'd caught word of any bit of news from the wizarding world she'd kept from her husband. No, she wouldn't let anyone stand in the way of her youngest child going to Hogwarts.
Therefore, the morning had gone smoothly. Trunk packed, everything needed stored inside her mum's old case, she'd been walked to Kings Cross by her mum and dad, both of which said another teary goodbye just before the girl had run at the barrier. Felicity had arrived a bit early, merely because her mum had wanted her to make sure her trunk would be stored safely and so Felicity would be on time. The light brown eyes surveyed those outside, until they landed on a pair of students she'd met previously; the young girl jumped from the compartment and found her way to both Hufflepuffs, standing with another girl she had yet to meet. The conversation she arrived to didn't seem a very kind one, but at the moment, she didn't care. The blond was too excited to care about the problems others had with one another.
Instead, she walked up behind the boy and poked him in the side with a soft "Hello Michael." Turning to the girl with the duck, she smiled: "It's nice to see you again Seanna. And hello to you too," she added to the other girl she had yet to know.

Mike felt a poke in his side and then a familiar voice calling him by his full name and turned around and saw Felicity. A grin forming on his lips but then slightly wavered as he heard that she knew Seanna as well.
"Heya Felicity"
He said giving her a quick hug before stepping back as Blitz started to climb up his leg, so he reached down and helped the little tike up into his arms.
"Bit restless today ain't ya?"
He said with a laugh as Blitz tried to lick his nose as he got close enough.

Felicity caught the slight change in Michael's smile, but didn't ponder it for she'd been taken by suprise at his greeting. Of course, she hugged the boy back quickly, and released him when he did her. Michael's attention turned to his cat, Felicity took the opportunity to greet Percy, though she smiled as Blitz tried to lick the boy's nose. Unfortunately, Felicity wasn't fond of cats, and Seanna's duck was a much more welcome pet to her, but she didn't shun it as she reached over to scratch its ears.
"Hello little guy," she added. If one pet was to be greeted, she might as well greet the other too.

"I'm Braxton," Brax said with a smile to the other boy. He knew Ryan would know his name, but he might as well introduce himself to the other boy as well. He was already having a good time and it was nice to see that all of the animals were getting along pretty well with each other. He knew that his cat and owl got along with Ryan's, after all they had spent several days together, but he was still glad to see that they were tolerating Adrian's as well. He could just imagine what a ruckess it would be if they hadn't gotten along.
"Well from what one of my friends that I met in Diagon Alley said I'll probably get Ravenclaw since both of my parents were in there. But we'll just have to wait and see. How about you? Do you know which house you'll be in?" Braxton said with a smile. He couldn't wait for the sorting feast to get underway and to know his exact house for sure.

Jynx made his way to the platform, running a little late do to the fact that he had forgotten to grab his owl cage. He had been so preoccuppied making sure everything else was in packed in the car and ready to go that he had totally forgotten about Chip until they were four blocks away. It was a good thing that they had started out plenty early, because even with the set back he would probably get there in plenty of time.
Once they arrive Jynx made his way onto the platform and looked around. Spotting Jack he made his way over to him and set his trunk down. His dad hadn't bothered accompanying him in. He had just dropped him off on his way to work, which was perfectally fine with Jynx. After all he had done this plenty of times before. "Hey Jack," Jynx said with a smile. "Have you seen Matty or Ty anywhere? They were suppose to be meeting us here as well so we can all share a compartment."

Finn had practically thrown himself out of the car the moment it had stopped at the station and he raced around to the back, pulling out his trunk and dragging it up to the front. His dad was a few steps behind him still, but Finn didn't bother waiting. He had everything he needed and all he wanted to do was get on the train and get back to the castle as fast as he could. There was one person Finn wanted to see more than anything, and getting back to the castle meant he'd be seeing a lot more of them, too; Keagan. Finn had tried his hardest to not let her take over his thoughts all summer, but that attempt had been futile, and he actually gave up weeks ago. But now, it was time for school again and Finn was practically bouncing off the walls.
Ignoring his father yelling for him to wait, Finn raced into the station and was already on the platform before his dad had even entered the station. Finn didn't care, nor did he even think of this as his eyes searched around the crowd for the familiar face he longed to see. So far, no such luck.

The platform had sure picked up since he had arrived. Almost time to go...
"If everyone put their luggage in their compartments there wouldn't be enough room for all the students." Hiro pointed out. "The station has people who load the train with the big luggage, I just like to make sure that my stuff gets on. I'm just bringing my small bag into the compartment. And of course Flicker." He turned his shoulder down a little so that Hannah could see what he was talking about.

"Alhana Starbreeze," she laughed, taking the boys hand in her own and giving it a firm shake. "Well, the elves are short, but have no curly toes and don't make any toys, nor are they freckly," she told the young boy, recalling the LotR. It was that Muggle movie with the gorgeous blond Elf that she fancied.
Either Shane had come from a Muggle family, or his parents didn't spoil him with creatures such as the elves. "The school employs these elves, though they don't much fancy being paid at all, and they cook the meals every day and clean the castle and do your laundry. Things like that." Alhana told him.

Being a prefect and a seventh year, Keagan had figured it her duty to arrive at Platform 9 3/4 well in advance of the train's departure. And so she had. In fact, she had had her things on the train and her uniform on at least five minutes before the platform had started to fill. Now, the Gryffindor sat on the steps leading into one of the frontmost cars of the train, watching the mullling groups of students and waiting for an opportunity to help a confused student, all the while watching for one particular face she knew she would see eventually on the platform.
To be perfectly honest, the thought of seeing him now scared the girl half to death. She had an image in her head of how this interaction would go, but Keagan knew quite well that those images never came to fruition quite the way you wanted or expected them to.
At about ten minutes to departure, she spotted the boy looking about him anxiously. She jumped up as it registered, but she lingered on the step, biting at her lip, a moment before stepping down into the camoflage of the crowd. Keag had envisioned herself running across the platform toward him, but this was obviously not something that would happen with the crowds. Instead, she slinked through the crowd toward Finn, her lips slowly turning up into a smirk.
Finally stepping into the open about six feet from the Ravenclaw, Keagan grinned as she made eye contact with him. Without another thought, she ran toward him and leaped off the ground, wrapping her arms around his neck in the biggest hug she could ever remember giving anyone.

Krissy had been going to respond to Mike but the appearance of her best friend distracted her. "Hey girl" Krissy said returning the hug. Krissy gave Mike a sharp look at his comment. He really needed to learn to control his temper, especially when concerning Seanna. She was Krissy's best friend and he would need to learn Krissy would always defend her, even against him. Girls always stuck together. Krissy was friends with Mike still. But now, seeing as another girl had come up to talk to Mike. "Hello nice to meet you I'm Krissy" she responded to the girl "Nice to mett you".
Krissy decided it would be a good idea to get Seanna and Mike as dfar away from each other as possible so she grabbed Percy's cage off the top of Seanna's trunk. "Here lets get these onto the train. Krissy fed Blitz a couple more kitty treats and gave him a small pat on his head. "I'll catch you later Mike" Krissy said to him. "It was nice meeting you" she said to Felicity with a small smile. "I'm sure I'll see you later this year"
Krissy the nodded her head towards the train, encouraging Seanna to follow her. Yup this year was going to be interesting. "I don't know who the head boy is yet" Krissy said to Seanna once they were a short distance from Mike "Its not him though"
