oooh I wish I could have visited that school before I decided to apply. I have relatively small motivation for it other than it has its film school, but I don't even know if they might even be my type. Is it nice there? Or bleh? |

the film school is amazing. One of the best from what I've heard. I know that they get really big names from the studios to do stuff for them.
The campus is beautiful, but it's smack dab in the middle of the crappiest part of LA. Campus security is really good though. The student body is very ecclectic and the campus is relatively small compared to some of the UC schools. It's right across the street from the main LA museums and a short bus ride to the beach. My cousins went there and loved it.

hmmm I feel better, hearing it from a Californian. That sounds pretty good. And I like that it'd be diverse. What I wouldn't be into is the football culture.... I'm kinda over that now. out of my four schools I'm applying to, NYU doesn't have that xD

yeah, the football thing kind of takes over, especially against UCLA. I wore red this weekend and got chewed out by all of my UCLA graduate friends The paper is one I have to write. I'm not looking forward to it. |
