It wasn't really bouncing so much as seeing how far he could get around the common room without touching the floor. Sure, it had started with bouncing. Trying to do a flip off of the furniture before realizing there was too much stuff in the room to make a decent landing.
So Drew was currently perched on a bookshelf, deciding whether to go for the end table or the chandelier next.

{Since no one else took the opportunity... ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) } Arianna yawned as she entered the common room, a book under her arm. She was already in her fuzzy light blue pajamas with slippers to match, but as it was barely after dinner, she felt it was too early to go to bed. The girl was already halfway to the couches, though, when she caught site of Drew, jumping from one piece of furniture to the next. "You should be careful," Arianna waited until Drew paused on the bookshelf before speaking. "What do you got? Like, two inches between your head and the rafters?"

"I'm okay... haven't hit yet," Drew answered, though he knew he had a bit more room than a couple of inches. Maybe three.

"Here's hoping the room doesn't shrink," Arianna joked, still watching Drew. She hadn't figured out what he was doing yet. Perhaps playing Monkey?

"Hilt's been gone for ages," Drew reminded her, not that that didn't mean someone else wouldn't try to shrink the room.

"So...which way will you go now?" seeing that Drew hadn't moved from his spot yet, Arianna decided she might help him out.
"The end table?" she pointed dramatically to the nearest piece of furniture. "Fairly easy to get to, but could possibly break should you decide to land on it with the force of a falling elephant."
"Or..." she now pointed to the chandelier over her head. "The glorious lighting fixture, which you see here. Slightly more difficult to get to, but with those long arms of yours, I think you have an advantage."

"I'll figure something out..." Drew assured her, looking over his options.

"While you do that, I'll be over here, waiting," Arianna claimed. She moved to the comfy chair and pulled her legs up, crossing one over the other, Indian style. "I bet you look like Superman when you jump."

"I do not..." Drew scoffed, but actually wondered if he did. He had a suspicion that he wouldn't since he didn't do the hands out in front of him thing.

"Well, maybe more so if you did it this way," Arianna stood up on the chair, placed her hands on her hips, stuck her chest out, and put her chin up. "Ooh, and wore a cape, too. Imagine it billowing about behind you."

Drew raised an eyebrow at her, but then copied her stance. "Like this?" he asked, setting his jaw to boot. "Truth, justice and the American way!"

"Where's your cape?" Arianna teased before sticking her tongue out. "Wait...You might not want one. I hear that superheros with capes are more likely to get sucked into a vortex."

"Not Superman," Drew insisted, still keeping up the pose. "He's stornger than any stupid vortex. All of those other guys were putzes and deserved to be sucked up."

"Poor superheros," Arianna shook her head sadly. "They tried so hard to be so good and help so many people...."

"Putzes! All putzes," Drew spat before resuming his super-pose again. "There's only one real super hero and I think it's clear who that is."
