As Anna was flying she saw Cameron and Dan come running to the pitch. "Well, it looks like almost the whole team is here!" she thought. Good thing that Dan showed up to. Since he was her fellow beater she didn't want to go flying around hittin the bludgers by herself. Finally she finished her laps and flew right to her position.

((Dan, sweetie, unless you can float then I didn't hear you. I'm in the air if you read the last sentence of my post. No prob. though.))
Brittany spotted Dan who had just run on to the field. Holding up one finger to Keagan and Cameron who had just arrived from their two laps, she motioned for them to hold on one moment. Flying down to where the boy was she gave him a quick briefing on what was going on.
"No problem, I was just getting tired of waiting. Alright, get up in the air with Anna. You're going to be having some target practice hence the floating things in the air. Take those two beater bats and you can't use the bludgers since they won't stay still. So just use those two balls near that chest there. After a while I'll make it a bit tougher. Now get up there." Brittany smiled and pulled up on her own broom.
She took this time to fly over to Beni who was just standing on the sidelines, "Now what is your problem with the whole quidditch thing. Are you afraid of heights? Or what?"

"Oh, no such thing. I used to live in tall buildings as a young lass. My problem is that I get broom-sick easily. Odd, really, because I've never been sea or plane-sick, but I've got this little problem nagging me," Beni explained to Brittany, "The only thing I can do with a less chance of razzing is keeper." She shrugged. At least she went out there to support her team.

Cameron stopped where she was and waited for Brit's signal to go. She looked down at the ground, and watched for a couple of seconds. Cameron sighed. She started to hum a little song to herself, waiting for something. Looking over at Beni, she smiled, and turned back, to looked straight foward.

Anna was hovering infront of the targets. She was waiting for instructions on what they were suppost to do and if they were going to use the bludgers or not. Then she saw Dan flying over to her holding the beater clubs. "Oy Dan! Over here!" she said. "So you finally decided to join us?" she said with a smile. "So what did Britt tell you?"

"Right. Well, that's kinda a bad problem. You get broom-sick, you're an alternate for the quidditch team, quidditch is nothing without brooms. Heh, so this is what I'm thinking of doing, if it's alright with you. There's a couple of spare brooms in that locker room over there. You can start out really slowly just hovering and what not, then if you get comfortable you can go up there with us chasers and Corey. You can help Corey out in the goals. Whatever you want to do it totally up to you." Brittany explained.
It was a bit complicated to think from the girl's point of view. She could barely even imagine getting broom-sick. But she figured if the girl took it at her own pase and could get to where she could fill-in for Corey if he was out, then it would be really good. Though she would have no one to fill-in for the other positions but that she would have to pray would never have to be thought of.

Beni nodded. Despite her sickness, she wasn't one to be left out on things. The most she could do was try. "Sure, I'll help out Corey. But I'll try to hover low. We wouldn't any acid rain, if you know what I mean." Giving a thumbs-up to the official keeper, she added, "I'll go get that broom right now."

( My bad. )
Dan nodded as Britt was done telling him what he should do now and mounted his broom. He then joined Anna up in the air. " Yeah, I knew you lot couldn't go on without me. " He teased her before going on, " She said we should just practice with the targets. " Dan said as he pointed them out to her. " I'm going to go finish my laps before we get started. " He told her.

"Alright. Just take it at what ever speed you need to." Brittany smiled. She was so relieved that the girl wouldn't have to just be standing there watching them. That she could actually do something.
Now that everyone had gotten settled and were well instructed on what they were supposed to be doing, she could get to her own practice. Flying back by the crate to get the quaffle, she soared upwards to her waiting fellow chasers and the keeper. She had absolutely no idea what she was doing now. How was she supposed to teach these two girls the manuevers and tricks in this short amount of time? This was going to be even tougher then getting Beni to stay in the air.
"Okay. So we're going to start off with basic passes then move on to flying formations. Sorry Corey but you're going to have to practice that fun part of watching the chasers for right now. Keagan get over there and Cam over there so that we make a triangle. Then, we're gonna toss the ball around a bit." Brittany instructed. She just needed to get an idea of what they knew how to do and what they were capable of doing. So she tossed the ball to Cameron first and they began tossing it around the three of them.

(I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with my posting real well :X)
Keagan merely nodded to Brittany's initial question and then proceeded to go with the flow of Brittany's imminent direction and the activity of her teammates. She had finished the two laps on her broom without a hitch, and then hovered near Anna until Britt was available to carry on with her instruction. When Dan entered the pitch at a quickened pace, Keag grinned at his tardiness, but then refocused her attention on the work at hand.
"Alrighty then, basic passes. Sure thing," Keagan muttered, trying to follow along with Brittany's direction, but struggling slightly through her nervousness about a permanent position. Getting into the position Britt directed her to, Keagan caught the ball when Cam tossed it to her and the tossing continued. Keagan smiled with a sigh of relief when she realized this wasn't going to be impossibly difficult.

"Alright." Anna said to Dan. "I'll wait here." As Dan took off, Anna just hovered there with her beater club in her hand. "Well, time to see how well I do." she thought to herself. Then she hovered there waiting for Dan to finish his laps so they could get started.

Watch the chasers, easy enough, very easy. Infact, too easy. This now worried him, perhaps there was a second phase, Weston hitting a bludger at him or something of the like. Keep him on his toes, yes, that had to be it! Or, perhaps, there was nothing and the Gryffindor was getting paranoid again, after having the boy seemingly try to kill you int he dorms with fireworks, you would be paranoid too.
Never the less he mounted his broom and gave it a good burst of speed before braking and coasting smaller circles aproximately 20 feet from the rings. (not sure about the english metre conversion)
This show needed to get started.

Taking one lap around the pitch first, she took a very low speed. She remembered how pleasant it was to fly. "Boy, this is pleasant," she said as she start to get higher and higher to the level of the hoops where Corey stood.
But by the first turn, her vision was still on the on the other direction. "Ooh," she groaned, focusing on her pace. It kept that way until she got the hoops. "I survived!" Beni said to the official keeper, waving her arms cautiously. But when she was taking shallow breaths, she recanted her hands and placed them firmly on the stick. "Give me a sec..." she breathed in and out, taking as much oxygen as she could. "Right, I'm alright. What do you have for me, keep?"

Dan nodded at Anna as he took off in the opposite direction. On his first lap he flew quickly and steadily, taking his time. He passed Cam and Keag and smiled slightly as he flew on. Once he had flown all of his four laps he came to a halt next to Anna. " Ready? " He asked her with a nod, indicating the targets.

Brittany watched the others start their practices as she tossed. She didn't even have to pay attention to where the ball was to know when it was coming at her, she already had the rhythm down. As Beni made it around the pitch slowly and made her way to where Corey was she couldn't help but smile. As she caught the quaffle, she didn't throw it to Cameron instead she started applauding for Beni and shouted, "Nice job!"
So encouragement wasn't exactly her thing but she could try and give some. Now that the chasers had gotten throw basic passing, she knew it was time to step it up a notch.
"Okay girls. Follow me. Keepers we're coming for ya!" Brittany instructed flying to mid-field above where Anna and Dan were practicing, "Now the key steps to being a good chaser is to never let the other team know where the quaffle is. Try and decieve them so that they follow the wrong one while the person that really has it is scoring. Now it's not a competetion to see who can score the most goals, if you have the opportunity and think you can make it, go for it. Both of you were here last year so you hopefully saw Ada, Shay, and me do some stunts either at practice or in the games. So let's start off with a simple one. We're not going to move forward yet, just stay stationary for now."
With that she slid her broom inbetween the two girls so that she was in the middle. Lowering her broom she passed under Cameron who was on her left and put the girl in the middle. Then, lifting her broom up she passed over both the girls and dropped the quaffle square into Keagan's hands, putting Keagan in the middle with the quaffle and Britt on her right with Cam on her left. She looked to see what their reaction to that was.
