As the whistle started the game, Drew got to work right away. He'd have to pass on some of the tricker moves he and Hiro had come up with, but he still had the basics. With a resounding SMACK he belted the first of the bludgers right in the path of the Hufflepuffs.

Once the whistle blew, Samuel jotted for the quaffle, but the Hufflepuff Chaser got it first. Samuel was gear-up and watched how Drew wack the bludger to the path of the Hufflepuffs. As soon as Drew did that, he flew to Alexis who had the quaffle. He was still new at a broom, but who of got the hang of it during the middle of the game.

Jason was about to say something to Tristan but then he realized that the game had started. Standing up to get a better look, he saw a mass of yellow and blue. He recognized one of the blue to be Tristan's brother. "Tristan, look it's Samuel!" After he said that, he noticed that he was going after someone in yellow, obvioulsy a Hufflepuff, but the person looked familiar. "Hey, isn't that Alexis?" he said to Tristan.

He cheered for Ravenclaw, and then Jason said something about Samuel, "Yeah, thats him. Little tyke, I hope he does good," he said to Jason. After that he sees the a Hufflepuff girl with a quaffle, and Jason said was that Alexis, "Bloody hell, thats her. You didn't tell me she was on the Hufflepuff Quidditch team," he told Jason.

Alexis was still flying toward the Ravenclaw end and was getting ready to pass the ball. Taking a glimps behind her, she saw a Ravenclaw following her. She had to shake him off, so she dived toward the ground and swerved up again hoping that that may have slowed the boy down a bit.

Samuel almost caught up with Alexis, but since he dived to the bottom, still Samuel was chasing her, but she went on ahead faster than him, but he still was flying toward her, only from a far angle. He saw that he was almost at the Ravenclaw end, he thought here was the first score.

Parker had flown to the Hufflepuff hoops as the whistle blew, just a bit behind the others. She shook in the air, not from cold; hot chocolate had solved that, but from the nerves telling her to hide since almost the whole school was watching. As she approached the hoops, she took her spot just under the middle hoop, watching as their chaser took the quaffle through the opposite end which was a relief to Parker.

Kellen was up at the Ravenclaw hoops in a matter of seconds, ready to defend them--the only costs were his freezing fingers. I should have grabbed another pair of gloves, he cursed himself silently. But there was no time for that--Hufflepuff had the Quaffle, and he was ready.

"Right behind you Sam!" Allegra called out to the younger boy. With any luck they could surround the Hufflepuff chaser and veer her off course before she made a shot.

"COME ON, BIRDBR-- I MEAN, EAGLES!!" "Tamis" shouted from the bleachers closest to the action. She was actually thrilled to see them play. It was a different thing to see them play than playing against them. She was never prejudiced to great games. "YOU CAN DO IT!!"

Alexis kept on flying the fastest she could. "If I don't shot know they could box me in." she thought. Looking around, she couldn't see any of the other chasers around. It was now or never. She approched the hoops but instead of throwing straight, she made a sharp right to get the keepers attention. She aimed and threw it and it went pelting toward the center hoop.

Once Alexis was at the hoops now, Samuel was almost to her. But seeing that she already shot at the center hoop. "Oh no, get it Kellen," he said to himself mumbling. Could this be the first score? He looking around didn't see the snitch or the seekers, but stopped himself and focused back on the quaffle to see if Kellen blocked it.

As soon as the whistle had blown Krissy was in the air she chased down the bludger Drew had smacked towards Alexis and pelted it straight towards Allegra. She knew Allegra would be one of the players to watch out for as she had much expirience and would know what to do to get the Quaffle off Alexis. So Krissy had hit it, she then flew off towards the next bludger, luckily this time she had another beater to help out with the bludgers but it didn't mean she wasn't going to play as hard. "Go Alexis!" Krissy screamed accross the pitch as she flew.

Roxy was in the air with the whistle. Alexis had shot off with the Quaffle and she had to rush to catch up. "Alexis I'm here!" Roxy called catching up to Alexis and putting herself in a diection where she could recive the Quaffle from Alexis. She was ready to play. She liked playing chaser and keeper so this was one of her good positions, she wasn't as keen on beater or seeker.

Kellen had been so rushed before the game that he hadn't had time to get into game mode. When the Huffle deked to the right, he fell for it and followed where he thought the Chaser was going, leaving the centre hoop open. He realized a second too late what he'd done, and missed the Quaffle by mere inches as it crossed through the hoop.
Swearing at himself, he dove down and caught up with the falling Quaffle, getting his hands on it and throwing it back to one of the Raven chasers, promising himself he wouldn't let that happen.
