The Transfiguration Classroom was bland, only furbished to the point where it was usable, and was practically empty. Well, empty save for the man fast asleep behind the desk that is. One could have said 'dead' asleep, but nothing dead would make that much noise.
His feet were thrown up on top of his desk, his hands folded comfortably in his lap, and his head, his head was thrown back over the edge of the top of the chair, craned backward. His mouth hung open as was admitting a small trickle of drool, but at such an angle it was surprising he wasn't choking on it. A deep rumble was also admitting from that wide, gapping mouth, so loud of a noise that it vibrated the brim of its opening. Dead to the world might be a better term, for he was at least that.
The snoring continued, broken hear or there as he muttered in his sleep and then continued at the same obnoxious tune. Dear with a number of little kiddies before moving onto the bigger kiddies and you would be exhausted too. Can't a guy catch a break? Probably not. Hopefully there wouldn't be some insane girl with glitter this time around. Though it had been amusing watching Thornton's expression constipate when he doted on the kid's girlfriend.

Pacing slowly down the hall Felicity could feel her mood drop into one of frustration, she wasn't looking forward to the particular class one way or another. Before entering the room, she heard the strangest sounds but curious enough as she was, she peered into the room and felt a smile tug at the corners of her lips. There, lounging into his chair, was whom she presumed to be her professor, looking absolutely adorable catching a few moments of sleep before the class began.
Noticing the uncomfortable position he seemed to be in, at least from her point of view, her eyes lit up as she remembered the object in her bag. One of the cushions from the Gryffindor common room she had yet to replace after her escapades of practicing with her wand. Slowly removing the object, without the slightest of noises, she crept up to the man's desk and reached out a hand to hopefully make the man a bit more comfortable in his slumbering state.
Lifting his feet just a little higher than they were, she slipped the cushion under them and began to release his feet onto the desk. Unfortunately, her delicate hands slipped, and her brown eyes went wide with horror as she gasped.

Nick raised his eyebrows in question as he entered the transfiguration room to the sound of what he could only presume had to be something in extremem agony. What a surprise it was to find the noise had in fact been emitting from their professor and that a girl was trying to make him feel more comfortable only to have her hands slip.
Unsure as to whether it would in fact wake their professor he couldn't help commenting to the girl he had yet to meet, "Darn i'd been hoping to maybe see how many things i could stick on him before he could wake up," Nico joked.

"Stick what on who?" Anna asked curiously entering during Nick's last statement. However it didn't take very long for her to realize who he was talking about. There on his desk, slept professor Bloxam on his desk or at least was still sleeping. Giggling, the Gryffindor went toward a desk and put her things down. And they tell us not to fall asleep in class "Anyone know how long he's been like that?" she asked.

"No idea I just walked in before you. When i'd heard all the noise i'd thought something was dying in here," Nick joked in reply to Anna. "Hmm.... do you think we could still get away with sticking things on him?" he asked with a faint smile as he looked over at her. Considering the fact that the other girl had been trying to make their professor more comfortable he doubted she'd be up to it.

He was rich, incredibly rich. He had just come back from the old prune's, Aunt Claydas', funeral and she had left him the Bloxam estate. No more flat overrun by squabbling Hogwarts Graduates. No more kiddies leaving tacks on his chair. He was rich with a lovely blond hanging on his arm, adoring his every word. He had become a world-renown wizard for his wandless abilities, living up the life of glory and -- his feet were falling.
It was a rather rude awakening from the imaginary paradise. For you see, with how reclined he had been the level of trajectory was not going to end well for him. His eyes snapped open, the image of mansion and adoring woman still fresh in his mind.
"No honey, don't go, I'll be good to you!" He cried to the vanishing image before arriving into complete consciousness.
Of course, by this time, the law of gravity applied to his legs -- unknown to the wizard in more ways than one -- was beginning to take effect. And with the before mentioned physics and given the fact that he was reclined at such an angle in a wheeled chair... the rest of him followed suit. He went flying forward, the chair went flying backwards, and he took something lumpy down with him.
Guess a guy just couldn't catch a break. At least there hadn't been glitter. It had taken months to get that stuff out with magic. He kept finding it in all sorts of places, some of which he rather not talk about in public.

"I'm sorry!" she exclaimed back. It hadn't even bothered her the man had called her honey or said he'd be good to her, she was more concerned about how much trouble she was going to be in. Ignoring the conversation from the other Gryffindor's, she was much more worried about the professor. Running around the other side of the desk to check on the man, she ran into the corner of the desk with her hip, cussed a bit loudly at the mishap and tripped over her shoelace that had mysteriously untied itself.
Landing hard on a rather solid object, she could feel the heat rise to her cheeks as she realized what, or rather who, she landed on. Brown eyes again wide, she looked over at the man who was to be the teacher of the class, wishing it hadn't happened. What a wonderful greeting.
"Hello," she managed through a weak smile.

Celina had just entered the room long enough to see Felicity running around the professor's desk and landing on the ground. She's not on top of him is she! Exclaimed Celina to herself. She quickly paced herself around the desk. Celina had never been one for butting into other's business but she couldn't help herself this time. If what was going through Celina's mind was true, then Felicity had a lot more nerve to her than she had thought the Gryffindor to have. Imagine, macking it to a professor and all!
Celina looked around the desk sheepishly. It's ok to see if everyone is all right, Celina assured herself.
Celina watched as Felicity's face started turning red as she was leaning over their transfigurations professor. Celina held her breath and waited for the house points to fall.

Verina hadn't expected all the commotion she'd recieved upon entering their transfiguration classroom. Her eyes widened slightly as she came to stop beside Nick who seemed like any moment now he would bust up in laughter. She really hoped the girl that had fallen on the professor's lap wouldn't get into too much trouble especially considering since she noted she was one of her fellow Gryffindor's.
"I hope she wont get into too much trouble," Verina said to Anna who also stood near them with a worried expression on her face.

Jack had yet managed to get to a class and be the first one there this year and his odds were not for him this time. He had had to double back for his wand that he had left in the dorm and was running later than he would have liked. Reaching the classroom he yanked open the door to see a bizzare sight. One of his fellow class mates was sitting on the Professor's lap. Now what the heck was going on in this class? Walking over to Verina he asked, "Umm...I missed something didn't I?"

Looking away from Nick and Anna as she heard Jack's voice beside her she looked at him, "You could say that. I just hope she doesn't get into trouble over this. You see it was an accident... or at least... I mean Yes! it was an accident," she said quietly to him. Or at least I hope it was, she thought to herself. She was happy to see Jack but then again when was their a time when she wasn't but at the moment she was worried about her fellow Gryffindor.

Derek upon entering raised his eyebrows in inquiry to the students already present. He could tell something was wrong but not what exactly. Since everyone seemed to be muttering to each other he moved farther into the classroom toward the small group the students who already were there had formed. Only to be shocked by the sight everyone seemed to be looking at which just so happened to be another student who just so happened to be currently location in the professor's lap.
"Can't say I was expecting this when i walked in here," he said to no one in particular. "But considering we should probably try not to pay too much attention might just make her more embarassed or something," he noted with a slight shrug.

Anna kept her hands over her mouth out of surprise at the sight of Felicity. "I hope so too." Anna replied to Verina. "I don't think Gryffindor should start out of Bloxam's bad side." However, she wasn't all too sure that this was enough to agrivate their Transfiguration teacher but Anna learned that all their teachers tempers were different. Well, hopefully the Gryffindors could regain points even it they lost a few. I hope nothing bad happens

Gail walked into the Transfiguration classroom, just as the professors chair went flying backward and him forward. She had a confused expression planted on her face but shrugged it off, and continued towards an empty seat. Sitting down, she removed all the things she would need from her bag and placed them on the table. Her gaze slowly drifted to where the professor was, getting up she walked towards the scene.
"Interesting."

"Too bad he didn't crack his head open," grumbled an angry should-be-sixth-year-but-was-still-fifth-year Slytherin as he entered the classroom. It wasn't really loud, but someone else had probably heard it. Daniel didn't care, he was still pissed off about being held back. He hadn't done anything to deserve this punishment, yet here he was, in another fifth year class, threatening on 16. This sucked.
Taking a seat near the back, Daniel lazily dropped his bag on the desk and flipped it open, taking out his notebook and flipping through it. Half-drawn pictures, half-finished songs...everything was just half-thought, half-done, half-assed. Whatever.
