Victoria sighed as she glanced out the window. It was raining hard outside. She could hear the rain pouding against the foggy window. She sat on top of one of the empty desk. Most people knew that not as many people came to the seventh floor. This is exactly the reason why Victoria had come here; the be alone. She slowly laid back. She stared up at the ceiling of the empty classroom. All was silent except for the sound of the rain and her breathing. She fiddled with the ends of her sleeves.
Victoria closed her eyes and lightly hummed. Not a particular song, just random humming. She wasn't expecting anyone else to be up here, other than her, so she wasn't worried about anyong wandering in on her.

A loud scraping sound was heard in the hallway, ten times louder and just as irritating as fingernails on a chalkboard. The cause of the sound was soon evident as Drew backed his way into the room, guiding a rather large work table as if he were a runway worker bringing in a 747 at the airport. When he had reached the center of the room, he put both palms up, signaling a stop. As the wooden table obeyed, the room fell silent again and Drew smiled at his work.

Victoria sat up abruptly as she heard a noise. She could no longer hear her humming. She wirled her heard around to see a Ravenclaw boy pushing a table. She watched curiously. She had no idea what he could be doing. Suddenly the noise stopped.
"What are you doing?" Victoria asked without thinking. She blushed slightly and hopped off the desk. She walked towards him, staring at the table he had loudly moved across the space between them.

Drew whirled around, not expecting the room to already be occupied. He blinked stupidly at the girl, not sure how to answer. Of course, she had wanted to know why he had dragged the table into the room, but that hadn't been what she had asked now, was it?
"Dragging a work table in here," he answered, smiling at her innocently. She looked younger than he was, but she could still be one of those tattles that thought it was their business to let the professors know everything.

Victoria gave a weak smile at the boys answer.
"Well....I mean...why?" Victoria asked hesitantly. She wasn't sure what he could possibly be doing. She tried to think, but nothing came to mind. She stared blankly at the table, then at the boy. She hadn't seen him around before, so she had no idea of his name.

"To work on?" Drew answered, giving the obvious answer. There was no need to point out the nearly identical table in the back of the room. The fact that the two tables were so similar was the main reason Drew had brought them together in the first place.

"Okay then." Victoria said. He didn't seem to want to give her the answer she wanted to hear.
"And what would you be working on?" She walked closer to him, trying to get a better look at who he was, since she had no idea. She hoped this time he would actually give her an answer that might tell her something. She watched patienly, as she waited to hear his response.

"On the table!" Drew answered with a wide and enthusiastic grin, throwing his palms out with a flourish to indicate the very piece of furniture he had just pulled into the room.
Man, was he enjoying this.

Victoria couldn't help but smile at his little game.
"Hm...well...what type of work will you be doing on this table in front of us?" Victoria wasn't sure if he would be able to get out of this one. Yet, she thought he would answer the last question, but that didn't happen.
She smiled anticipating his response. She didn't want him to see she was enjoying this as well. She tried her best to hide her feelings for the situation.

"Table work," Drew answered with a small sigh, speaking seriously this time and nodding his head knowingly. He was kind of impressed with the girl. Usually by this point he had bugged them enough to make them throw something.

Victoria didn't know how to respond at this point, so she figured she would play along with the game.
"Hm...table work...that sounds really interesting." Victoria walked towards the table. She pulled herself up and sat onto of the table he had just moved.
"Anyway I can help with this so called table work?" Victoria said with a small smirk on her face. She wondered how the boy would respond to this, now that she wasn't trying to get such a serious answer out of him.

"It is interesting," Drew answered, finishing with a small shrug. "But you can't help because I can't do it anymore." He still wasn't positive he could trust her, but he wasn't getting a strong teacher-pet vibe off of her, so she was probably safe.

"What?!" Victoria didn't understand why he couldn't do what he had planned.
"Why can't you do it anymore? Come on, I'll help you." Victoria said without thinking. She blushed as she realized she was probably being a bit forward. She shifted her wait on the table. Hoping he would give a different response. She wanted him to change his mind. She didn't understand his reasoning at all. She sighed lightly. She had hoped his plan would be exciting, now she wasn't sure if anything would be happening. He had said it was interesting, which made her want to know even more.

"Because your butt is on the table," Drew said simply, a hint of a smile touching his eyes. It was true. What he had planned was rather complicated and definitely could not be done with her on the table.
That might be dangerous.

"oh..." Victoria said a bit dumb struck.
"Well then..." Victoria hopped off the table and stood next to the boy. Now that she was off the table she was ready to see what he had in mind.
"Okay, so what now?" She asked him. She looked at him. She was a taller than her, but Victoria didn't mind.
He's kinda cute Victoria thought.
What am I thinking Victoria thought a moment later. She had just met the boy. She pulled her attention back to the table in front of them.
