"Understandable." Fiona replied with a small nod. The girl had ambition, that was what mattered. "Ah, yes, well, we will discuss that problem later on in the year. But for now, keep your grades up and I will look around for anything that you might be able to do around the castle first. Then when those run out I will search for openings in the shops around Hogsmeade on the next trip we take there." she informed Shay.

"Thank you!" Shay said, overwhelmed with the help she was receiving. Remembering how her mother said that she had enough trust in the school to put her only daughter in her hands, Shay was finally getting the meaning. "I'll definitely try to do well and please owl me or something if you get any news. Thank you so much, headmistress!"

"You're quite welcome, dearie." Fiona replied, a smile spreading over her features at the girl's excitement. She chuckled and clucked her tongue. She had several matters that irgently needed her attention before dinner time that night. While she didn't want to shoo the girl away rudely, she definetely wanted to at least hurry her along. "Is that all you needed, Miss Loire?" she asked.

Shay shook her head. She tried to cap her gratefullness and avoided saying her thanks. Again. "No, this is all I need," she stood up and went to shake the headmistress's hand. "I'll be waiting for your owl, Professor Ticloon."
