An even bigger smile crossed her features when he stuck his tongue out, it was actually something she did pretty often. Sometimes she thought someone might think she was childish for doing so, but she didn't usually care, why should she? What someone else thought didn't really matter, though she often thought things through too much and made her think that sometimes it did matter. But it didn't. What mattered was she was being herself, and that's who she was with people she liked, herself. Celina, Drew, Lucas, and Corey were the one's she was her most self around.
The boy moved closer to her, and she froze a little. There was nothing to be afraid of, nothing. He wasn't going to try to hurt her, and that was the difference, she was sure he wouldn't try. That man in January meant to do what he did, but this boy wouldn't try to hurt her, would he? Then again, she didn't actually know him. This was taking a big chance on her part and she could feel the shivers run up and down her spine as she waited. Nervous? Her? Yes, very.
Standing as still as humanly possible, Felicity waited for something to go wrong. Either she would be wrong about the boy, or the spell would go wrong...but nothing did. He cast the spell, but it was just water. Nothing more than water, clear, cool water. All right, so it was actually a little cold more than cool, but she could deal with that.
Why he started from the bottom up, she wasn't entirely sure, thinking if he started from her hair and went down there wouldn't be so many remnants left over as there would be from bottom up, but she wasn't going to say anything. He was concentrating, right? Why mess him up?
Though, the trickle of water sent tiny sensations through her clothes, making her giggle because she was so ticklish.
