"Competition for her? Good luck with that," Penelope said actually being serious now. she had seen and heard the girl in action and it was not someone to underestimate. No, baby got brains and a sharp tongue to match 'em.
With her left hand she simply pointed at the archway that was on the wall to the left of the stairs and where they were currently sitting. Just by looking at it you could tell that it was yet another stair, only smaller and completely made of stone, which led to the underground of the school.
"That way would be the dungeons," she added with a wide grin. It was funny to have seen the boy looking all around to find the way to them when it was practical in front of his nose. Or did he actually expect to find big labels with the name of where each place led on top of doors and the like?

Dragos shook his head, feeling rather stupid that it was so obvious where the dungeons were. He just shrugged it off and laughed at himself again. When in doubt, laugh at yourself. That was one thing Dragos lived by. "Vladislus was so much easier to find your way around..." Dragos muttered, to no one in particular except perhaps himself. That school had been rather small, only being three floors. It was easier than a huge castle like this, but Dragos figured he'd like it here better than in Croatia. He already did like it more, from just being in the doorway and having someone to talk to. He had been rather lonely lately, living by himself in Wales. At least he had his account in Gringotts now. There was enough money in there to last him a lifetime, but he didn't like the idea of spending it all by himself. He wished he had someone to spend it with. Some kind of friend or family member, but most of his family didn't even want to talk to him, and his friends were Muggles. So he was alone.
Dragos came back to reality quickly, and spoke again. He yawned slightly, and realized how tired he was from the long trek. He motioned to the archway and spoke. "Should we maybe head on down?" he asked, yawning still.

Vladislus... Where was that and exactly what was it? That was one name of a school, if it actually was a school, which the Argentinean girl had never heard of before.
Penelope uncrossed her legs and stood up in a rather energetic way. Obviously, the girl was more filled with energy than he was. At least it was something you would assume considering he had just yawned, that tended to be a sign of tiredness.
"Can't think of a reason why we shouldn't," she stated chirpily as she once more tucked her wand out.
With all the stairs, and their steps, they had to take down she wasn't going to endure him dragging the trunk along. On wheels or not, though they would be of much use if stairs were involved, the trunk was going to levitate it's way down to the dungeons with them.

Dragos yawned again, but jumped up off the stairs too. He trudged back over to his trunk and dragged it across the floor of the hall, making the sound echo off the walls. "Whoops," Dragos said smiling, although he didn't really care about making noise. He look at his watch and saw the time. It was about half-past 7, although it seemed much much later. It was already almost dark out and Dragos was just plain tired.
Hitching his backpack up, Dragos grabbed the end of his trunk and started to pull it along, scratching the floor in the process. He pushed his foot down on one end of his skateboard and popped it up so he could catch it. "Shall we?" he asked, waiting for Penelope to lead the way.

"Yes, but I refuse to hear the constant noise of you dragging that along the whole way," she stated as a fact as the trunk already begun to lift itself, her wand pointing directly at it.
He could maintain his hand on the handle of the trunk for all she cared, if that made him feel any better, yet levitate it would.
"Now we are ready to go," she said in a self-acomplished and satisfied way. Not loosing any more precious seconds by standing there, she began to walk towards the dungeons entrance, glancing over her shoulder once to make sure that both the boy and the trunk were following her directions.

"Here, hold that, will ya?" he said to the trunk, throwing his backpack on top of it too, but keeping his board with him. He put it on the ground and rolled along a little until he had caught up with Penelope. He turned back to see his trunk and bag floating behind them and he picked up his board again. "Ladies first," he said, stepping out of the way of the door and motioning for Penelope to go first. Technically, she had to anyway, as she was leading. Even if she wasn't, Dragos would have let her go first anyway.

"As if you had a choice," she said grinningly. "I'm leading the way, remember? I have to go first."
This said she kept grinning for the fraction of a second before she stuck her tongue out at him. Obvious sign that she wasn't being a smart a**. Ok, she was being one, but not in a bad way. A playful way would be more adequate to describe it.
Without further ado, she turned back to face the entrance to the dungeons and begun to descend. It was somehow funny how the air seemed different even after only descending two steps and, at the same time, let the Slytherin's know that they were entering their own domain.
