I'm assuming that the two (three) my group took out during the rescue would also be captured?
Sienna in Azkaban but not knowing why...interesting...
And yeah about Sectusempre. I'm not sure that's one just anyone would know about, much less be able to do.

the question is, given that it was invented by Snape and probably not in any other book aside from his old potions text, how did she learn it?

But that was in Harry's day. I'm assuming that someone's found it since then, or even mentioned it in a book about Harry and the Second War.

found what? The book that he hid in the RoR with all the junk that was later destroyed?
And no, I doubt that they would be mentioning specific spells used in a book. the only one I can see them mentioning would be that Harry had an affinity for disarming his opponents.
