"That seems like a really bad idea, Reina," Kellen observed, arms crossed and just a hint of a smirk on his face. "In fact, I really can't think of a stupider idea than that. Hexing an Auror. Good luck with that one." He held back a laugh as best he could.

Reina blinked.
"That old man cannot possibly be an auror. He's too old. Way too old."
Reina thought back to the older, slightly overweight, balding guy.
"Nope, he's probably some pompous arse."

Corey couldn't keep his chuckling in. "I'd have to advise against it too. Unless you want to be expelled and then arrested." Corey claimed, his left eyebrow raising in question. Honestly, hexing an auror? Pointless, dumb, and serving no purpose but blackmarking your record.
This whole meeting, his question, his facial expression it was all still a front for him. His whole question implied that the lockdown still bugged him, and only Keagan knew the breakdown he'd gone through then. He just didn't know if he wanted out or not. He was at a fork in his Hogwarts life.

"I propose we let Reina try it," Drew announced, raising his hand importantly. Hey, if anyone was going to get busted, who better?
"Seriously, what do they think they're going to find? They sit in on classes like that's where the action is going to be." The most excitement he had ever seen in class was first year when Alhana let loose a whole jar of Pixies in class. That had been good, but hardly the work of Elevens.

"No one is going to hex anyone," Allegra announced, rolling her eyes. "And as much as we'd like to sometimes..." she paused just long enough to throw a pointed look at Drew, "We are the student leaders and need to try to set an example. Can we please try to remember that this year?" This time she included Hiro in her glare. The boy couldn't see it, but she would bet money he could feel it.

"What?" Drew cried out indignantly, not liking the way his sister looked at him. The worst he had done the previous year was to skateboard off of Davenport's classroom. He hadn't broken anything, but he had milked flobberworms for a month afterwards.

"And besides," Kellen mused. "I don't think, just in case Reina ever goes through with this stupid plan of hers, that we'd want it tracked back to us telling her to go ahead and do it. So, here and now: No, Reina. Just...don't." He managed to keep a lighthearted tone, but he was completely serious.

Alexis just sat there listening to whatever Allegra was saying. Yes, she heard the part about security around the school and the aurors, but she didn't really want to get into this conversation about whether or not to hex the aurors. Why in the world would Alexis want to do that who knows but she could see Reina doing it. Right now, it was just a very interesting conversation to listen too.

Reina huffed. She didn't expect any of them to agree with her. They were some of the weakest most pansiest students she ever met.
"Pixies."
Reina muttered under her breath to them. Reina uncrossed her arms and shifted her weight on the wall.
"Fine, must set an example for the school. No hexing, but pranking..."
Reina trailed off with a smile.
"I'm sorry Allegra, please continue is there anything else to this meeting that I should be aware of besides adults that are warranted entering my class and making me act like I'm paying attention."

"Hey Reina... speaking of which. Are we going to see you in fifth year Creatures again this year?" Drew asked having heard from a reliable source that the Slytherin had to repeat Davenport's class the previous year. He could give his sister hard time, but he wasn't too keen on anyone else doing it.

"Other than you ARE expected to do your duties, no," Allegra said, hoping to stop the argument before it got started. "That includes train duty today, getting your firsties to the common room after the feast, performing hall duty during the year, and attending all meetings." She said this last, looking over at Reina. For being a friend, sometimes she could be a royal pain. "Don't make me the bad guy just because you slacked off. If you aren't up to the duties, I'll talk to your head of house to find someone who is."

Reina looked at Drew with a shocked blanch look on her face. She thought she had come out of that class unscathed and unteased. What is up with Drew?
"Nope, I err..."
Reina suddenly looked scared. She hadn't asked Prof. Davenport if she passed which she should have, but now what was she going to do. She's a seventh year. She can't take a sixth year class and not graduate, because she didn't have all the classes. Maybe she could talk to Prof. Davenport and take Sixth and Seventh Year CoMC or ...!
"Shut up, Drew! I wasn't talking to you. I was asking Allegra if there was anymore important information we must know this year WHILE stating my hatred of the adults that are not supposed to be in my class. Can I do that please without you bringing up old stuff?"
Reina was going to say more, but Allegra had spoke up. Reina held up her hands stopping her. Reina smiled impishly at Allegra's words. She was right, which Reina could take from Allegra, she had slacked off a lot.
"Wait, we take firsties to the commonroom? Since when, I thought they all just sorta knew how to get there and wait, what? Head of house, what head of house? Are you kidding me. Prof. Doggerel left town months ago."

He grinned back, knowing had hit a nerve. "What? I was just curious," Drew asked innocently, all but ignoring Allegra as she tried to continue the meeting. Again, it was okay for him to do it, but Merlin help anyone else who tried. "I wanted to know if you wanted to start a study group or something."

Allegra pursed her lips together, neither commenting on her brother's interupstion nor the fact that Reina didn't know the basics of helping out the firsties. "You have a new Head of House. Professor Bloxam or something like that. I've never heard of him. Maybe this one will be more interested in actually teaching."

Kellen sort of giggle-snorted at that, before stopping himself and covering his mouth subtly with his hand. Doggeral's teaching style had been...interesting. Kellen had once gotten a paper back with the grade "Yellow" on it. What it was supposed to mean, the boy had no idea. Still, Doggeral had kept things amusing.
