"Okay," Drew answered, feeling like he had to at least offer. He had suffered enough injuries that he was now pretty confident about his healing spells. All he really needed was a decent something to wash it out so he didn't accidentally close it up with fish guts or anything still inside. He had his own first aid kit in his tent, but he was sure there were some good Muggle potions in the kit Felicity carried.
And of course, in the end, it would all be up to Stephan, seeing as it was his hand. Drew knew how he felt about having someone pointing a wand at him and he could only imagine how a Muggle would feel about it.

Finding the first aid kit after a quick dig through of the vehicle, Felicity wondered if Stephan would try Drew's way. He seemed awfully interested in things, but she didn't know if he was that interested. Especially never before having experienced something of the sort. If she had to say, her cousin was much more of a theorist than a doer. But maybe, possibly, he'd be up for it, especially if they explained it fully to him. If not, Felicity would get to work though.
Taking Drew's hand again, she led him back toward the group, seeing her dad there once more looking at a loss. "You ask and I'll get the thread and needle started just in case?" she asked him quietly, squeezing his hand gently. She knew her family members might look at him a little strangely but they wouldn't exclaim about anything to draw her dad's attention, especially since she planned on getting him to help her get things ready. "I'll have dad help me and then you can ask and explain if he wants to know more?"

"Me ask?" Drew echoed, not sure if he would do it right. Though Mrs Hjort and Felicity were both witches, he was in the midst of what was technically a Muggle family. Drew assumed everyone knew that they had that Magical vein, but he wasn't sure how well it was recieved. At least she'd be keeping her dad occupied.
Taking a deep breath and giving her hand a squeeze, he figured he'd just mention it to Stephan. The worst that would happen would be he'd get some odd looks and a no. He seriously doubted the Hjorts would go so far as to burn him at the stake and even if they did, he was pretty good a flame-freezing charms.

While there was a statue of secrecy, Felicity's mum didn't feel the need to follow it knowing her own daughter was also a witch. She'd told her entire family long ago and hadn't kept it too hidden, only from the younger ones who'd be more likely to speak of things. Even the owl was considered strange as a pet, but she told her grandchildren the owl was soothing to hear at night in her old age, they just laughed at her for the most part. Freddy was the only one who was really incorporated into the wizarding world out of the younger children, and with good reason, he could keep quiet.
"You'll be fine, and I'll keep dad busy, don't worry," she told him with a soft smile as she let go of him and sat the first aid kit out and then found the thread and needle she would need and grabbed her dad as she walked closer to their water storage with the older man and they talked. The conversation wasn't bad, her dad commended Drew in a way, though not outright. However, the blonde could tell he was a little pleased her boyfriend had turned out well in helping out.

The Staute of Secrecy was harder to really enforce among mixed families and Drew was pretty sure the Magical governments knew that. Back home, it tended to come up during election years and while most people underestood it was just the Deva trying to push their views to the forefront, it seemed that more people were starting to be concerned with exactly how many Muggles knew about the Wizarding World. And added to that, how much did those Muggles let out to others? Drew still wasn't sure how his Uncle Mike and Aunt Janine explained things to Jeremy and Sarah's other grandparents.
Despite the fact that he knew Felicity's family knew a bit about Magical things, he was still nervous about approaching them with his offer. Felicity was keeping her dad busy and Drew went up to where Harold and Stephan were.
"Uh... I'm pretty good with healing spells," he mentioned, not sure how the others would take it. "I've had my share of... accidents... and, well... I could fix that. I mean... if you'd rather do it the other way, I get it. I just thought I'd offer, y'know?" He knew he sounded like an idiot, but he thought he got it out right.

Keeping her dad's back turned on the boys wasn't too hard, but it wasn't exactly easy either. They went to fill a pot with water so they could boil it and sterilize the thread and needle, she would apply alcohol to it afterwards but she wanted it to be as sterile as possible before completing the task, if Drew's help was taken on. It would be much less painful for him to heal Stephan than it would be for her to do so, but it was her older cousin's choice, not hers.
Harold was slightly crouched over his friend's hand, but he glanced up when Drew started talking to Stephan, a somewhat concerned look on his face. He knew of Felicity's and Drew's magic, but he didn't understand it, he thought they weren't allowed to use it on them. On those without magic.
"A what?" Stephan asked, lifting his head up suddenly, curiosity flooding his eyes.

"A... a healing spell?" Drew tried again, knowing it was best if he didn't draw too much attention to himself at that time. "I mean, I know Felicity and her mom could do a bang-up job fixing it the Muggle way, but if you want, I can do it. It'll be faster and aside from getting it cleaned out properly, it won't hurt as much."
"Like... if it was vital organs or something, I wouldn't even think of trying it, but I can do this," Drew assured him, continuing with just a hint of smirk. "My mom only hears about the worst of the scrapes I get into... or if I mess up my right hand."
