Oi, ya welcome. I wish I had some cookies too... I might ask my mum to make some for me. I suck at baking * more pretend cookies * There you go. Indeed, Gail We're currently reading Romeo and Juliet and we have to re-enact a scene from the play. Tis going to be fun

What ho! Then my apologies, fair sir, for I have quoted the wrong play. Would you permit me to attempt again and rectify this grave error, and in so doing, restore mine honor? "Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name..." And so on and so forth. I don't think I remember that whole speech anymore, but I learned it when I had to help a friend memorize it the first time I ever read that play. Personally, I always liked "And palm to palm is holy palmers' kiss" from Act I, Scene 5, when they're first meeting at the Capulets' party. And Mercutio's 'Queen Mab' speech is creepy, trippy, and really long, but also very cool. Enjoy! Ooooh...cookies!

Cookies, you say ? We watched that movie in seventh grade English. I can still remember it, because that was last year I just the movie, full stop! ;D It was funny though, because all the boys wouldn't shut up, but all the girls were like, 'awww...' and we all had out full attention on the movie.

Ah, we have to do one or two scene from act I, so we're thinking about doing one and five, because one sets the scene and five is when they meet... It's trippy, but in an amazing way Tianne - which version did you watch?

Matty--Nice with the banner. Very cool. On the R&J movies, I always liked the Franco Zeffirelli one better. Much more faithful to the play and to what would have happened in the 13th (ish) century, when the play took place. The new one with DiCaprio is very trippy. And they cut some stuff out, which disappointed me. The idea of putting it modern times is very cool, though, because in Shakespearean times, the plays were always done in 'current' clothing, even though none of his plays took place during that era. Takes that idea and kinda brings it home.
