Okay, so I'm watching the swimming relay semi-finals and the commentators are talking about how they have the "B-team" swimming the heats and then trade most, if not all of those guys out for the final. I understand the reasoning behind it, but I was thinking how much that sucks for the B-team. Here I am, swimming my butt off and if it wasn't for me winning my heat, Michael Phriggin Phelps wouldn't have so much bling hanging around his neck. I don't even get to have my own medal to commemerate my part in the whole thing? Dang.  I guess that's why I'm not on the Olympic swimming team, right?  |

And I'd love to see one of the other relay guys bitch-slap the next reporter that asks them about Phelps and his plethera of medals. But yeah, the guy is pretty awesome. |

I know! I'm watching Olympics coverage in Israel (which is in german at the moment so I'm understanding it!) and everyone is like "OMGZZZZ MICHAEL PHELPS." I do want to hear about the other gorgeous amazing swimmers......  |

I watched the last phelps race at work...thank goodness the microphones were not on or it would have been a live broadcast of me yelling for the anchor to get a move on, the Aussies were catching up!

ohhh! i listened to it on the radio :] me and my mum were like 'GO AUSSIES!' then 'GO PHELPS!' cause yeah ;D meanwhile all the traffic ahead seemed to slow down, so we assumed they were listening to the race as well it was mmeeeggga intense XD |
