The things Corrion did for a paycheck. Patrolling wasn't a problem, interrogating wasn't a problem, heck even undercover work was probably easier than this. This was analytically just plain cannibalistic. He had voiced both his concerns and personal distaste on the orders given to his own Head behind closed doors. But the man would not hear of it. Apparently removing a suspect in front of minors shows persistence.
All it showed was something inhumane and cruel. The man in question was neither an apparition risk or hazard to the school and had a perfectly clean record spar his own Hogwarts incidents from a student. But never the less Corrion looked the part, perched just inside and to his left (students right) of the doorway, wand un-drawn and his attention far more focused on the probably confused and slightly flustered student populace.
After all, he knew what a confused and angry minor could do. The last thing he wanted was a repeat of that on a grander scale. No, one definitely wanted a peaceful outcome of that, and so far, Shaw showed no signs of aggression, but rather preparedness. He was the exact opposite of Thorne's report.
The plot thickens indeed. But peace was to be short lived, as a male student, a Hufflepuff by dress questioned the scene. One questioned led to a sea, he had to quell this quickly.
"I'm certain its nothing major, Professor Shaw will quite probably be teaching tomorrow." Corrion stated, making distinct eye contact with the boy. In truth, he didn't know what tomorrow would bring, nor today. He'd been given a brief report of the incident in question, the charges being filed, but Professor Shaw's teaching, that was up to the dragon tempered woman mere feet away.
Definitely out of his jurisdiction.

A bunch of wide eyed little children was the last thing that Malanda wanted to deal with, if it had been, she would have gone into teaching rather than administration. Therefore, she was all the merrier when that Law Enforcement robot spoke up to the Hufflepuff cronnie, keeping her from having to.
Her orders from the Minister were to get Shaw out as quickly as possible. It had taken the Ministry a number of months to even get to this topic, then, all of a sudden they were hastily removing Shaw from the school. Which still held do grounds but for an old loony man's personal opinions. Shaw was being made an example of, and worse, there wasn't a damn thing Malanda could do to change that. She didn't like feeling powerless. It was too humble.
Hopefully most of the students had cleared the room by now, but even so, she lowered her voice. But never have been a very discreet woman, perhaps she had not lowered it very well. That, and considering the distance between them... whispering was not exactly an option.
"Mr. Shaw, that is not possible. You will come with us now. As of this moment you are suspended from the Hogwarts Staff, as decreed by the Minister of Magic. You are no longer authorized to teach these students and you're curriculum is forfeited until further investigation."
Oh, she did dislike this. Not that she had any real care for the man, she did not know this Robert Shaw personally. It was just the knowlege that Thorne was behind this all that irked her. Her words might have just contradicted Corrion's assurances, but Walmsley had not heard those.

Impossible. Impossible his foot. He knew who the woman was by reputation alone, the Head of the overall department he was serving under as though some muggle union worker. She waslucky he was even willing to work here so early after the school was reopened. Ohhh yes very lucky.
"Meaning no disrespect madame, unless you want these children to learn nothing, I need to at least have the lesosn plans layed it will only take a mere moment." Robert responded, his voice at its norm an not the loudness requeired to make himself heard int he entire greenhouse. As he turned his head toward the room he found most, spar Mr. Roarbitz, were still int heir seats.
In the process the word sus[ended sunk into both ears and brain, and for a second it visibly showed. What in the name of Merlin had he done tog et himself suspended from teaching?! Something needed to be done for the students sakes if anyone. He met each of them in turn at the eyes briefly before speaking.
"This news is as much of a shock to me as it is you. If you are this concerned for my well being, stop by my office, until then, if you would please vacate the classroom." He paused as a few of them retreated toward the door. "Go on. You won't be without me forever." I hope. As the last student exited, Robert finally turned back to the woman.
"I do so humbly apologize but the less of a scene you have the better, I realize that. What I don't understand is the reason for my suspension."

Pat's eyes went to the Auror who was accompanying the Department Head as he answered Pat's open question. He made eye contact, mulling over the Auror's answer. Before he had much time to process it however, The Department Head "whispered" again to Shaw. "What?!" Pat blurted out, hands on the desk tensing. Suspended? Pat thought, not sure he should believe his ears. Why would they do that to Shaw? What had he ever done that would warrant his suspension?
Shaw addressed Pat and his classmates, asking them all to vacate the classroom, but Pat kept standing where he was, at least for the moment. It was outrageous that this should happen, and Pat remained still, not quite sure he should leave.
Again, Shaw insisted that any stragglers go on; grudgingly, Pat bent over and picked up his schoolbag, slinging it over his shoulder. He was only leaving because he could see that he could do nothing to help the situation, even if he didn't like it. Pat gave a small nod to the Herbology professor, took one last glance at the two Ministry officials, and then left the classroom. There was no possible way this would end well...

"Thank you for the courtesy, Shaw, but whether or not a scene is made is our concern, not yours." She pursed her lips. It was bad enough that she had forsaken a promising lunch for this business. She wanted this over and done with. But, the man was losing his job. This whole ordeal might put an end to any career he might ever have for a very long time.
"You are being detained for suspected suspicious behavior relating to infractions made towards the Code Eleven decree. I am asking you one last time to come with us willingly, or I'm going to have to ask the gentleman behind me to retain you. Consider your dignity, Shaw."
It was more of a warning than anything else. They could do this the hard way, or the easy, Malanda really didn't care. It just depended on whether or not, he wanted to go with them on his own free will, or arrested and dragged by an auror as well as on more charges including resisting arrest. Not to mention the latter would look horrible as they went through the halls of Hogwarts.
Again, Malanda didn't care. She just didn't want her lunch to become stone cold.

Code Eleven decree? Merlin. That was...well to sum it up, that was simply preposterous. He'd hardly been off school property spare specified vacation periods, thus Robert was now actually concerned of how much of the Ministry wasn't corrupt. Surely they weren't this desprate for an arrest that they turned to an innocent man.
"I shall let my dignity speak for itself on my record madame. However, I shall accompany you, and...Mr.--" "Corrion, Professor." The auror chipped in with a nod, barely breaking posture.
".--Mr. Corrion wherever I am to be escorted. I had no intention of delaying anything, I merely value the students education." Robert replied, walking toward the door obligingly. He was trying despratly to maintain a level posture, at least until they were behind doors where the risk of students overhearing was minimal, or more preferably, none.
It was simply unheard of, the Elvens were a rag-tag group of children, a bit misguided perhaps but children. There hadn't been a credible Eleven attack in months, with the Thorne murder as unconfirmed it was a good year. The charges had no backing, he was certain of it.
