He had had a bad feeling all morning, and with it now just past lunch hour the fresh food in him made him feel a bit less on-edge. Perhaps it as simply illness, something he'd picked up in one of the other greenhouses, or perhaps it was some nasty omen that was another small piece of his pre-destined and pre-planned life. Whatever, it was something and he didn't rightly feel up to much.
But never the less the greenhouse door stood ajar and the room was adourned with scattered small potted plants. The plants looked alot like a entangled ball of vine, or, if they remembered anything from the year prior, another plant. However they proved in the last lesson the chances of them remembering much were good in some but highly slim in others.
Merlin, it was to be a long day.
(A forewarning: This lesson will be cut short later in the RP--RS)

Jack on his way down to the greenhouses after lunch couldn't help but feel a little put out. He had never really liked Herbology all that much, but never the less he still did quite well in it. He just didn't find plants as interesting as some of the other subjects taught here at Hogwarts. Making his way down he saw that the greenhouse door was slightly a ajar so he assumed that meant they were welcome to go into it. Pulling open the door the rest of the way he walked into the classroom only to find that yet again he was the first student to arrive to the class. He looked curiously at the small potted plants that were scattered about. Wondering briefly what they could possibly be he took a seat at one of the tables.

Talia walked down to the Greenhouses, glad she could be in her element, and entered the plant terrain. She smiled when she saw Jack and gave a small wave to him before walking over to him and looking at the pots in front of her, as a grin spread across the length of her face. "Fancy meeting you here." She said, obvious sarcasm in her voice. It didn't even surprise her anymore to run into Jack at every, single, one, of her classes. She didn't mind the company though, and he proved to be a great guy.

Jack looked up as another student entered into the greenhouse. He smiled when he saw that it was Talia, of course it would have been her or Pat because they were the usual ones to show up after him. He returned her wave and laughed as she said, 'Fancy meeting you here.' She had to be in all of his classes and not one came to his mind that she wasn't in. This was a good thing in his mind because he always knew one person and as it turned out he liked to talk to Talia so that worked to. "I know I'm stunned to see you here too." he said in a joking voice.

Talia laughed lightly, and took a seat next to Jack, since she didn't want to just stand there and wait for everyone else when she had the perfect opportunity to sit and rest her legs. She grinned at Jack, "So, what've you been up to lately?" She asked, seeing as she hadn't spoken to him in quite some time, and didn't really know what was all going on with him anyways. She knew it wasn't her job to make sure she knew everyone inside out, but she did want to know what was all going on with her friends.

Ash walked into the greenhouse, her hair was a mess. She had woken up late this morning and nobody had bothered to wake her. She had scrambled around the common room trying to get ready. Although she was at her quickest, she still managed to miss breakfast, and have a few points from Ravenclaw docked in her first period class.
Her face lightened up as she noticed Talia and Jack in the room, at least she wasn't late in Herbology. "Hey." she smiled, taking a seat next to them, she hoped they wouldn't mind it.

This was not Lauren's best day. She could tell that already. In the past hour or so before coming to class, she couldn't find her hair brush. This would've been fine if she could find her wand, to make her hair manageble, atleast enough to pull back. At breakfast, she spilled orange juice on her, promising she'd never drink the ruddy thing again. Also, she lost her schedule so she had only pure guess as to what class was going on next.
Running her fingers through her hair made it a bit less messy, but it was far from perfect. She didn't get to change her sweater so she still probably smelled like an orange, but she'd deal with that later. Lucky for her, she knew Herbology was due on the list. She hurried down there, trying not to bounce too much - fear of giving herself a headache.
Walking through the short maze of Herbology Greenhouses, she found the one she'd be in today. Quickly, she took her seat and let out a sigh.

Anna made her way over to the greenhouse not entirely in the mood for plants. In fact, she wasn't in the mood for any kind of class. Anna woke up a bit late that morning and almost forgot to bring her bag. Guess that's what you get for staying up until two in the morning doing absoulutly nothing. Walking inside the greenhouse they would be using, Anna went past several people, sat down and put her head down too. Maybe if she could just relax for just a little while then she might not be so cranky.

"Hey." Jack said to Ash as she took a seat next to him and Talia. He didn't mind in the least that she had sat by them. He wasn't saving any seats and plus this way he was sitting by two girl what else could he possible want. Now that he thought about it is seemed that he was the only boy in the class so far and was slightly out numbered.
He then turned his attention back to Talia's question. "Same o same o." he replied to Talia, "Just doing homework, practicing Quidditch, and trying to stay out of trouble. How about you?" He hadn't had much time for trouble so the last statement was pretty easy to do. After all of the Quidditch practices that Allegra was putting them through and the massive amount of homework that the professors expected them to do, not to mention the background reading they expected, he had hardly any time left for causing trouble. When he got a spare moment to himself, which was usually on the weekends, he went for walks on the grounds or just tried to hangout as much as possible outside while the weather was still semi good.

Talia smiled and nodded, as she noticed Ash, and a few other people walk in. "Hey Ash, awesome hair." She said, comenting on Ash's messy morning hair. She looked at the Slytherin girl and noticed that she had pretty much the same problem... And the orange body spray she was using was on a little bit too strong.
She turned back to Jack, and shrugged, "Meh, going to classes, jogging, hanging with friends... not to mention Quidditch, and all those other odds n' ends." She said, seeing as no one could ever really have an exciting life here at Hogwarts. It was pretty much the same old same old... Nothing special.

She grinned, "Like it?" Ash patted the side of her head and laughed a little, while setting out her books and materials. "Wonder what we're in for today..." she muttered as she glanced up at Shaw quickly and looked away, before he could catch her watching him. She never like Herbology although like most of her classes, she didn't need to like the subject to work hard in it.
Ash drummed her fingers on the desk as she waited quietly although stopped as she noticed it was getting quite annoying.

Pat entered the greenhouse, a little out of breath. He hadn't set out at his normal time, and he'd been afraid to be late; had to keep as many points for Huffle as he could, if they'd have any chance of beating Ravenclaw.
In any case, Pat chose a seat in the thick of things, right near the middle of everyone. Blowing a lock of his silver hair out of his eyes, he sat, laying his bag on the ground at the same time. "Nearly late," he said, smiling to Talia and Jack, as well as to Ash and the others. "Not up to my usual standard, am I today?" he mentioned jokingly, still smiling.

Ash gave a small smile, "I guess I'm not the only one of track."
She sighed heavily and sunk into her seat, just waiting for Shaw to begin the lesson already. She just wanted to get this over with... this day. Ash took Pocko out from her pocket, he wasn't asleep for the first time, although was obviously in a grouchy mood, when he scratched her hand. She glared at the angsty rat and stuffed him back into her pocket.

Talia grinned and let out a small laugh. "Meh, we all have our off days." She said, more to Ash and turned to Pat, "I guess I'll forgive you this one time." She said, still wondering what it was they were going to do in this class. It seemed a good handful of students were out of it today, but Talia made sure she was awake for this class, since it was basically her favorite class in the entire school, and she was glad to have friends to chat with of course.

Jack turned as he heard someone else enter the greenhouse. It was Pat and he was out of breath it looked like he had ran all the way down here. This surprised him, he had expected Pat to show up before now because normally he was one of the first people there and to see him this late, well ok so he wasn't late but later than normal, was just odd.
"Ya your a only few minutes early instead of ten." Jack said with a laugh. "Thats still not too bad though. At least you weren't late."
