His mouth dropped. His own teammate cussed at him. For once, he did have a fat buttock. For another, he wasn't even fat. "Geez, talk like that again. I'll report it to Brittany and you'll never play for this team again!" he said yelling back. He then couldn't believe that. No way, his own teammate. He for once was never going to help that girl ever. He then looked around then back at Chase.
"Traitor," he said in a whisper.

Keagan kicked off the ground along with the rest of her team, having a positive outlook on the game. I mean, they were Gryffindor, eh? That was her mindset, anyway, until she noticed the activity of some of the Gryffindors. Chase, for one, definitely didn't have her mind quite in the game. She was too obsessed with trying to trick the Slytherin chaser than to demonstrate any real skill, and whatever she had with the Slytherin seeker definitely wasn't helping any of their game. Tristan's broom seemed to be on the verge of insanity, and it seemed to Keag that they had four chasers in the game right now.
"Cameron," Keagan called as she came up on Ty from his front, but still while she was a ways off. "We substituted you because you showed up late; get back on the ground!" A quick glance over her shoulder showed that Britt was behind her, hopefully planning to try and recover the quaffle from the Slytherin team. Two- or three-on-one couldn't be bad odds at this point. "Britt, watch the bludger!" she exclaimed as she noticed the bludger Daniel had pelted toward her.

Just as she promised, Charlie went on the defense and flew her broom to her seeker. "Heads up, mini-nuke!" Charlie said as she edged her way between the oncoming bludger and Arty. A she made the satisfactory crack that connected bludger to bat, she made an angle to target one of their chasers, if only to fend off from her seeker. When the bludger flew away, she muttered under her breath, "Concentrate, concentrate." But it wasn't for herself. It was for Artemis.
Flying back to give Arty some space, she suddenly got the rush of the game and grinned as she yelled, "YES!" It seemed like everyone else was yelling, why couldn't she?

Chase felt her eyes widen, she wasn't even chasing Ty anymore, " If winning means more than your friend's safety than you seriously need a reality check." she hissed again, " I don't care if I never get to play on this team again. When I signed up, I didn't think that team was this conceited, anyway. " she bit her lip, wanting to hit the boy with a bludger or something drastic like that. She couldn't believe her team mates.
Chase didn't feel that being a firstie had anything to do with it, this was all crap. Why were they so consumed with winning that they would hurt someone in the process?

Alhana grinned for a few fleeting seconds at the distant voice she recognized as Drew's, but it was quickly replaced by an annoyed look. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING CONNER? HE'S ON THE OTHER TEAM IF YOU DIDN'T NOTICE!" Alhana screamed at the firstie. She resisted the urge to smack the girl with some sense. It didn't make a difference anyway, Jones was keeping a close tab on Tayern.
Growling under her breath at confused loyalties, the Gryffindor sped off to chuck another Bludger at Charlie. It seemed pointless, as she was a Beater and wielded the Beater's bat, so she could easily deflect it with a blow of her own but she figured it was worth a shot. She zoomed off again, the object of her hits the Slytherin Chaser that currently held the Quaffle in possession.

"Take her out of the game!!" Noah called out from the stands. He had a strong suspicion that Chase was backstabbing the Gryffindor team to help her little boyfriend. "Take her out! She's trying to bring you down!" he cried out uselessly.
Honestly, Noah just wanted to be let in, but it didn't mean that he didn't believe that Chase was messing up the team. "It would be best for the team if you just replaced her! She's too emotionally attached to the Slytherin Seeker! I bet you she won't even let Alhana hit a bludger toward the kid!" he screamed savagely to the random person next to him. "JESUS CHRIST!" he spat on the ground in rage.
Noah was usually an easy-going and calm boy, but when it came to Quidditch or football-- the boy went on crazy rampage.
(Noah's avatar is EXTREMELY accurate)

"Keagan! Britt! Bring Cameron back in and take Chase out! She is obviously going to try and help her little friend. THE SLYTHERIN SEEKER!" he said yelling. He hoped they hear because this was a loud game. He then searched for the snitch. He heard Noah's comment. He was right, they better take Chase out before it's too late. She might just get Tristan out to let Slytherin win, and that might just so happen. His broom was acting normal right now.
For now.

Just as Charlie finished her yell of adrenaline, she spotted the bludger traveling towards her midsection. Backing up at a downward slope, she gave herself some time to use the momentum gained by the bludger, and hit it forcefully at her fellow beater, DJ. Looking to him, she waited for him to use her defense and convert it into an offensive play.

She glared at Tristan, even if they did want to take her out, she won't go without a fight, no way. When she was out of the game, they would probably smack Arty with alot of bludgers, she couldn't let that happen. Chase clenched her teeth in anger, whatever, stupid older kids.
She shrugged them off, continuing her pursuit on Ty, who cares what Fat A** thought? Or that other lame Gryffindor in the stands. He didn't evern know her. Sighing dramatically, she leant forward and shot, full speed on her broom.

Looking to him, she waited for him to use her defense and convert it into an offensive play. Well. The entire midget scene was definitely hilarious. The Seventh Year couldn't help but grin at this comment, for the moment that they started bickering, everyone starting yelling at each other. Keeping their mind off the game. The bludger hit in his direction by Charlie in hopes to be changed against the other team was definitely not expected, and he only managed to hit that one in Keagan's direction less then a couple of seconds before it would have come crashing down upon himself. Biting his lip, he tried to keep in focus with the game and not the light bickering.

Ty who still had the quaffle and was taking evasive maneuvering to dodge whatever the Gryffindor team threw at him, but at the moment it seemed that they were more into bickering then on him . The bickering just went in one ear and out of the other. The only thing he was concentrating on was getting the quaffle through one of the hoop. Now about ten feet out of shooting distance he laid lower on his broom to gather more speed so that the momentum would follow through on the throw. He could sense that there was some of the Gryffindor team coming up on him, but was determined to get a shot off.

As quickly Beni appeared by the Gryffindor rooms, she disappeared into the bleachers. Nearly panting as she put her wand to her throat and amplifying her voice, she started her commentary. "Woo..." She panted again until she was sure she got better wind. "Something tells me why I'm not out there playing with my Lions. Speaking of which, it's game two of Qudditch season! Everyone cheer! Game two ought to magical, folks! Yes, today we pit two of the most legendary rivals together: Grrrryffindor!" She waited for a cheer. "And Slyyytheriiin!"
Swigging some water that she had, she continued. "Here comes our majestic and most handsomest ref, Ryder Hailey! Look at him whistle, and throw those balls up! Such skill, such technique... oh, yeah, and the game begins, too. Calister of Slytherin takes to the quaffle, and charges for the Gryffindor post. Watch out, Faulkland! Wait, how odd. Lions' Chaser Chase Conner seems be trying to get Calister to give her the quaffle. Sorry the plan didn't work, Conner. Try the 'come hither' approach next time.
"In the beater's side of the world, Slytherin Jones is up and at 'em with a defense approach to save Seeker Tayern from Lions' Starbreeze's bloody bludger!
"The bludger seems to be trave--oh. Wait a minute. Conner seems to be having a fit of sorts. She's just... yelling. What about, I don't know, but it's caused a domino effect of yelling, as some others seem to be yelling, too. Conner, I'd advise you to lay off the lungs. Play, my child, play! Oh Merl, it seems like Gryffindor's in a roarin' frenzy while Slytherin just slithers by.
"Er... back to the game, I hope. Jones takes another hit from Starbreeze, but bounces it back to other beater Jackson." She bit her lip. This game felt like a disaster. Not because of the points, but because everyone had a bad reaction to it.
Then she saw it. "Holy Merl's beard! Calister's catching on! He's slithering-- so to say-- to the hoops!"

As Ty approached the hoops to score, Keagan dodged the bludger Daniel had sent her way, finally crossing the Chaser's path...And she stopped there. If he didn't come to a stop quickly, or take action to get rid of the quaffle, he was gonna lose the quaffle for his side and, quite possibly, his seat. The only barking Keagan was doing was to get her team off to a good start...or at least a legal one. That plan had failed a bit, but it didn't get Keag out of the game. She was in it for a good showing now, even if they did end up losing.

Dressed in complete Slytherin garb (hat, scarf, socks, and even a rubber snake around her midsection) Arianna eased herself amidst the Gryffindor crowd and into a seat beside Drew, resting her feet upon the chair in front of her. She grinned widely at the looks and grumbles she received, tipping her hat as if thanking them for their insults.
"Am I late?" the girl asked the boy next to her. Reaching into her robes, Arianna produced two bottles of pumpkin juice. One she handed off to Drew and keeping the other for herself.

"Just started," Drew told Ari, rubbing his head with one hand and taking the offered pumpkin juice with the other. Watching the Gryffindors play made it clear why they had been out of the cup running for a few years now. They couldn't even hold their own team together.
"Since when did you become a Slytherin fan?" he asked, wondering if this was more of an anti-Gryffindor statement than actual support for the Snakes.
