And a psycho indeed. But of course, Dragos was quite the psycho at the moment too, and jumped up when Ivy did, yelling as well. "DOWN WITH ROLEN!!" he yelled, and then sat back down, "Down with freakin' Rolen." Dragos leaned against the wall again, resting his head on the cold stone. It felt nice, and it calmed him down slightly, something Ivy should probably look into.
"He shouldn't make us this mad, should he?" he asked her after he had been quiet for a few moments.

Ivy grinned at Dragos, "No, he shouldn't. He's just Michael Rolen, after all... but it did feel good to yell that out."
She walked to the ledge and screamed out at the top of her lungs to the nothingness of the night. "WATCH YOUR BACK, ROLEN!!" Her yells were so loud that they reverberated and the birds squawked and dogs barked in the distance. The Giant Squid even splashed as if to agree with Ivy. Dragos and Ivy were going to put up a great fight, and Rolen would be sorry that he ever messed with them.
"Okay... I'm finished." Ivy said, feeling a bit tired. She turned to Dragos. There was something that she had been meaning to ask him. She knew it was probably painful to talk about Vanessa, but that was the only way for him to get over her if it was possible. "So why did you come back? I remember Vanessa crying when you left... she said that you were never coming back..."

Dragos felt slightly happier as he watched and listened to Ivy yell. He looked out at what she was yelling too, and cheered as the Giant Squid agreed with her. Dragos hoped that Squid was hungry...
His smile fading slightly, Dragos hung his head as Ivy asked him why he came back. In all honesty, it was because of Vanessa that he had. "I came back for her," Dragos said quietly, looking down, "My father wanted to go back to school in Croatia, but I fought him until he gave in and sent me back here. Now I guess I should have gone back home to Croatia." Dragos turned his head to look at Ivy and he grinned weakly at her and shrugged.

"Y'know Dragos... Vanessa was really sad when you left. She really thought you were never going to come back." She didn't smile, but instead looked down at the ground. She leaned next to him, sighing again. It was really tough, and she understood that he was trying his best. "She did cry a lot, but everyone told her that it was best to move on with her life. At first she didn't want to, y'know? No one thought you were going to come back... But she couldn't cry for the rest of her life."
It sounded harsh, and she knew that she must've been hurting Dragos. "What I mean is this... don't be too hard on her or yourself. It's not either of your faults. She thought you were never going to come back." Even though Vanessa waited for only two months, it was still a long time. Vanessa had been very upset for weeks, until someone had managed to help her out. Although Ivy didn't talk to her that much, she still had to share a dorm with Vanessa. Many of the nights were filled with Vanessa's sobs-- she hadn't taken Dragos' leave easily.

Dragos sighed as he listened to Ivy telling him about how Nessa was while he was gone. He didn't want to hear it anymore, and he didn't want to believe that she had been that sad. He had been the side, minus all the crying, but he'd kept himself shut up in his room for most of the two months he was gone. Dragos wished that he didn't feel this way. He wished that his stupid heart wasn't so damn broken.
Dragos rested his face in his hands, and then ran his hands through his hair, making it a mess again, but he didn't really care. He let out a long sigh and looked at Ivy again. "I should really talk to her, shouldn't I?" he questioned, knowing that she was going to say yes. Damn.

Ivy nodded, "Yeah, and you know... even if it goes badly, just know that at least it happened." she said quietly, playing unconsciously with the necklace that Mike had given her.
Yes.
She still had it with her, and still wore it. Strangely, she didn't know why... but maybe there was still a place for Mike in her heart, even if he did get over the break up too fast for her taste. He was still a nice guy, for the most part, to her when they were still a couple. Deep down, Ivy knew that she wasn't over Mike. No, not at all. She wouldn't admit it to anyone, but she still had feelings for him...whatever they were.
"Even with the pain, if you could go back, would you never want to meet her?" asked Ivy quietly to Dragos. "I doubt it."

Dragos nodded solemnly, knowing that it would have to be done sooner or later. Later rather than sooner in his opinion, as he really didn't want to put himself, or Vanessa through the pain of having to talk this out. Despite the pain and frustration, deep down, Dragos knew this was going to happen. After all, it was him they were talking about. He'd always been terrible with girls, never able to talk to them, and when he did pluck up the courage, things usual started to fall spectacularly to pieces.
"If I could go back..." Dragos began, but stopped as he felt a lump in his throat, but he fought it down and continued, "If I could go back, I would still want to meet her. But I would make sure that I never left her."

Ivy smiled softly, still looking away. "Well, let's just see what happens..." she muttered, grabbing her bag and swinging it over her shoulder. It was kind of late, and she should probably go back to her dormitory. The bell for the curfew had rung a while ago while they were still conversing... she'd have to extra careful when walking through the halls.
"Well, Dragos... I think we should call it a night. It's really late," she said to him, straightening out her jacket.

Dragos stood up as Ivy swung her bag over her should and he nodded again. "Yeah, we probably should," he said, starting to walk towards the doorway to go back into the castle. Dragos took one last look out at the night sky and sighed, wondering how in the name of Merlin he was going to do this. He really needed to talk to Vanessa, but his desire not to was overpowering.
"Thank you, Ivy," Dragos said quietly, looking down at his shoes, "For everything. Really...thank you."
((This is my last post for the night. I'll be back on sometime tomorrow. c-ya! XD))

"No problem," Ivy said, trying to sound supportive. She didn't really do much, except encourage his hate for Mike and dictated what he knew he had to do. She gave him a small smile before nodding at him.
She turned to leave, but greeted him one last time for the night. "G'night Dragos, I'll see you later. Sleep well okay? Er..." she took out a piece of paper from her bag, conjured up a pen and scribbled on it. In neat handwriting, the words "Ivy Xin" were sprawled across the parchment.
"If you ever need anything, your owl will be able to find me."
She nodded at him one final time, waved at him and walked off quickly in the direction of the Hufflepuff Common Rooms.

Dragos took the parchment from Ivy and nodded, folding it up and putting it into his pocket. "I'm sure I'll be needing this," he commented, and then waved goodbye as she took off to her Common Room. Dragos contemplated going too, but decided against it. Instead, he sat back down on the wall and swung both legs over, facing away from the castle again. The night was even colder now, and the wind was making the skin that was exposed hurt. He didn't care. It was making him numb, so he didn't really feel much of anything anyways. Except his stupid breaking heart.
