Anna snuck away from her parents while talking to some friends in the Leaky Cauldron. If she had to stay there for another moment listening to how things were at the ministry and embrassing stories about her child, she might have died from bordem. Knowing that they would probobly murder her when she came back to them, she continued to stroll around Diagon Alley, money pouch jingling with galleons. Wizards walked in all directions, not even paying attention to the fourteen year old walking passed them. Where should I start first?" Anna thought to herself.
Seeing Quality Quidditch Supplies out of the corner of her eye, Anna stopped and turned to go inside. "Can't believe I almost missed this place!" she thought. Inside, there were rows of beater bats, gloves and balls. It was easily one of Anna's favorite stores. "Maybe I should get a beater bat so I can practice at home" So she made her way over to where they had the bats and looked at them.

This was Tristan's second favorite store in Diagon Alley. He goes here to purchase the Chudley Cannons products. He couldn't resist this store just like the Weasley's store. Looking at the brooms was amazing. He walked in the door and was amazed that this was his nine hundred and eighty times in the store.
As he was walk around in the store he looked at the people and then he saw her. "Hey Anna," he said to her hoping he didn't scare her. He hasn't seen her since school. He couldn't wait until he went back to school to learn more magic. He then waited until she said something.

Anna was still looking at the bats when she heard someone call her name. "That better not be my parents!" she thought nervously. Turning around slowly, she saw that it was Tristan. "Oh Tristan! It's only you!" she said giving a small sigh of relief. "Not that I'm not happy to see you!" she added quickly smiling. It had been awhile since she saw Tristan. Well, since school ended anyway. "Anyway, what's going on?" she simply asked.

He smiled. "Uhh.. just checking stuff out. How has been your summer?" he asked. He was having fun in his summer. Ever since Samuel had to leave, Tristan has been taking over his old room. Luckily Samuel left his skateboard which Tristan took as well. Tristan even learned how to fly a broom from Glenn. He didn't even know that Glenn would have a moment but he realized it wasn't hard to fly one.

Anna shrugged, "My summer's be alight. Nothing too eventful. Except when my older brother came down from France to visit us and I was able to practice some quidditch with him."she said. For most of the summer, Anna was stuck with her parents. Which would explain why Anna escaped from them in the first place. It sort of made her anticipate the beginning of school again. Mainly because she could do more magic at the school. "What about your summer?" she asked him.

"My summer has been great so far," he said to her. Although almost killing himself too,"And I learned how to ride a broom finally, so really it's been cool so far. So are you still a Beater?" he asked her. Of course Tristan couldn't play a position yet for he wasn't that good on a broom. He needed some training for moves and all but that will come in handy someday.

"Yep, I'm still a beater." Anna told him. "At least, I'm pretty sure. I hope I'll be on the Gryffindor Quidditch team again this year." Even though she was a fair beater, she wanted to keep practicing so Gryffindor would have a better season than the previous year. If they lost to Slytherin again, she just might kill herself. "That's great that you learned how to ride a broom!" she continued. "If you want maybe I can show you a thing or two if you have any problems."

"Thanks, I would need the learning," he said to her. "My brother was supposed to teach me more but he had to leave Hogwarts. He is now living in a criminal magical school until his 18th birthday. He isn't arrested though," he said to her. Thinking of it makes him want to bring back Samuel but he couldn't do nothing and Samuel had no choice.

"Why was your brother sent to a criminal school?" Anna asked puzzled. "Didn't he like Hogwarts or did he do something stupid?" It did seem rather confussing at least for Anna. After all, if she had to go to a criminal school, her parents would kill her. But her brother might just make fun of her and maybe act a little nicer.

"No, no, he did like Hogwarts. But, the Ministry thought he needed more improvements. In his past he stole over 50 galleons, over 70 knuts, and probably over 200 sickles. And that's the only reason," he said to her,"to me it's a stupid reason," he added. Feeling sad for his brother made him even madder but luckily Tristan knew how to control his anger.

"So, they sent him to a criminal because he stole some money?" Anna asked. "That does sound a bit twisted. Couldn't he just pay it back or something." Anna always thought that criminal school was for people who had problems braking bad habits such as consitant stealing or if you were arrested. "So there is no way you can get him out before he's eighteen? Because that seems like a while away."

"No we can't. He probably did more than stealing money," he said to her. Sighing, he really wished he could do something but could he do? But just as he thought he remembered another thing he did," Oh yeah, he stole a Nimbus 2001 from a kid. And some others I believe," he added. Clearly this was still a stupid reason but you can't stop the Ministry.

Anna just stared at him. "Well, your brother seemed to have caused quite a bit of trouble for a kid his age. Stealing a Nimbus is pretty bad though." Sometimes the Ministry reacts a little to harsh. At least, that is what her father would tell her and he works in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. "That's really too bad though about your brother. Maybe I can ask my dad to see if he knows anything."

"I guessed he went crazy when our parent's we're murdered that night. Then when he heard it the next morning he went nuts," he said to her without looking at her. It was true that Samuel went crazy after that day. Tore up almost the whole house which now is abanonded. "Samuel might just kill himself in that magical school, I need to get him out someday," he told her.

"That's sad." Anna said frowning. "I know the night my grandfather was murdered, I sat in my room for weeks. My parents had to force me out of the house to try and get my life back in order. Just don't try anything rash that will land you in a spot of trouble if you want to get him out." She just hoped Samuel wouldn't kill himself like Tristan said. She would have to ask her father about criminal schools. Since she herself didn't know too much about them to begin with.
