It seemed to be that of a habit, venturing away from Roxy. Whenever the two went out, the woman always seemed to run into someone she knew from Hogwarts or otherwise, which ultimately led into more boring adult conversation. Oh, well. At least she was in the magical world verses San Francisco, right? She would have to get used to it, seeing as she would be attending Hogwarts soon enough.
The broom initially caught her attention. Yes, the newest model of flying brooms was displayed promptly in the shop's window, catching many eyes. A Quidditch supply shop? What the heck was this Quidditch thing? Without much more thought, the young girl had her slender hand on the door, pushing it open to enter the world of...Quidditch.
The shop seemed a bit cluttered, but Emma was still amazed. She saw famous Quidditch team jerseys for sale, and an array of brooms. As she continued to walk through the store, she could only think about the year ahead of her.

After coming from the 'magical book store' as Sabrina called it, she just started wondering around Diagon Alley. Wow this place has everything! she thought to herself. I think I'll go into this store...it looks very interesting, and there's lots of kids my age in there too. At this thought, she walked into Quality Quidditch Supplies. She looked at all the different equipment for, as what she thought, must be a very intense game. All these names were new to her though...a quaffle, bluddgers, a snitch, I'm never going to be able to know all this stuff. she thought. Well, after a second, it would probably be a really fun game to play, once you got the hang out it. She was so interested by the once again new expirence of magic, that she didn't notice the other girl right behind her. As she stepped back to find somthing else to look at, she accidentally stepped on the girl's foot. "Oh gosh!! I'm soooo sorry! Are you ok??" she asked the girl.

Emma was still partly in awe as well. She had deduced it was some sort of game, but for what she hadn't a clue. No sooner than she was reading an article on a professional Quidditch team on one of the walls, she felt a girl about her height back into her, almost causing her to tumble over.
"No, No...I'm fine, it's okay..." she said quickly, recovering. For a moment, she looked at the girl. She did look about ten or eleven years old. Maybe she was going to be a new student at Hogwarts, too?
"I'm Emma..." she started lamely. Honestly, she needed lessons on being a better conversationalist. "Um, do you go to Hogwarts?"
A moment later, her eyes shifted back to the wall.

Sabrina remembered the many lessons on manners her mother had taught her. As she stuck out her hand, she said "Hi, I'm Sabrina. And yea...I'm going to be a first year...how about you?" she askedsince the girl looked about the same age as herself. She noticed that Emma was very interested in the poster on the wall about that weird game with all the wacky balls. "Do you know what their talking about? I'm kinda new at this whole 'magic' thing, and I'm a bit confused at everything." she laughed as she confessed her little secret to this new friend. Or at least she hoped she would become a friend. wow can i sound more stupid? she thought. I mean really, who asks that kind of stuff...she must think I was born in a barn. she laughed at this thought because she never really understood the meaning of that phrase.
