It was not uncommon for a Ravenclaw to be found studying in the common room or library, in fact, it wasn't uncommon for a Ravenclaw to be seen studying any where on the ground, but it was uncommon for a Ravenclaw to be seen studying alone. For a couple weeks, Victoria had spent every afternoon alone, doing her homework in an empty classroom. Her mission was to find the best empty classroom for homework in the school. She had found a nice classroom at the beginning of the search and had still not been able to find a better one, so she decided to go back to where her search had started. The brightly lit room on the third floor.
As she walked up the staircases to the third floor, she thought about years she had spent at Hogwarts. She was able to walk through the halls without having to think about where she was going. She knew the school, knew the teachers, knew the students, knew the ghosts. She was a people person. As she neared the classroom, she mentally went through what homework she had to do. Her hand reached the door knob and she pushed the door open and stepped inside, closing the door behind her.
It wasn't until after she was in the room that she noticed she wasn't alone. She had seen him before at the Gryffindor table. He was a transfer from Durmstrang. She had heard people talk about him, a couple third years giggling in the bathroom about how cute he was and now that she was standing in front of him, Victoria had to agree. He had notes laid out over some desk and she just stood there mesmerized. After a couple of minutes of staring at him, she came to and decided to leave and find another room. As she turned to leave, she tripped and fell flat on her face.
