Administrator
→Provides overall management and supervision for all site-wide activities, including overseeing all staff volunteers.
→Responsible for all administrative functions, including rules/regulations, technical issues, roleplay issues, and staff/member management.
→Ensures that all rules and regulations are being followed, and issues warnings and "strikes" as necessary.
→Responsible for ensuring all staff positions are filled and all areas of the site moderated
→Supervise and manage member activity, including regular member purges for those who are inactive.

→Logs any and all infractions against rules and regulations.

Hogwarts Section Leader
Duration: March 1st - August 1st (6 Months)
Average Daily Commitment: 20 minutes (+/-)
→ Review (accept/deny) Hogwarts Staff and Student Applications.
→ Serve as first point-of-contact for Hogwarts Member Groups (Staff/Students).
→ Moderate and supervise the category Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
→ Moderate and supervise the category Hogwarts Houses.
→ Start IC threads specific to Hogwarts Section events.
→ Inspire, encourage, & develop site-wide/Hogwarts specific plot lines.
→ Respond to Questions and Concerns board, when appropriate.
The Hogwarts Section Leader is the primary point-of-contact for Hogwarts Section members, including; hogwarts students, hogwarts staff, and any residents currently residing at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The Hogwarts Section Leader assists Hogwarts group members with plot-related questions while encouraging good role-play etiquette. If there is a conflict between members that is beyond s/he, the Section Leader passes it on to the co-admins. Additionally, the Hogwarts Section Leader moderates Hogwarts-related RP boards and ensures that all of HR Rules and Regulations are adhered to within those boards. The Hogwarts Section Leader helps coordinate and organize Hogwarts "special events," such as the Sorting Ceremony, Hogsmeade Trips, and Dances, encourages site-wide plot development and involvement, interacts with Hogwarts members on a regular basis, and reviews character applications and biographies related to Hogwarts.

→ Serve as first point-of-contact for Wizarding World Member Groups (Unaffiliated/MoM).
→ Moderate and supervise the category Places in the Wizarding World.

→ Start IC threads specific to Wizarding World Section events.
→ Inspire, encourage, & develop site-wide/Wizarding World specific plotlines.
→ Respond to Questions and Concerns board, when appropriate.
The Wizarding World Section Leader is the primary point-of-contact for Wizarding World Section members, including; adult witches & wizards, Ministry of Magic employees, and recent Hogwarts graduates. The Wizarding World Section Leader assists Wizarding World group members with plot-related questions while encouraging good role-play etiquette. If there is a conflict between members that is beyond s/he, the Section Leader passes it on to the co-admins. Additionally, the Wizarding World Section Leader moderates Wizarding World-related RP boards and ensures that all of HR Rules and Regulations are adhered to within those boards. The Wizarding World Leader helps coordinate and organize Wizarding World "special events," such as the annual Festival of Yule, encourages site-wide plot development and involvement, interacts with Wizarding World members on a regular basis, and reviews character applications and biographies related to the Wizarding World.

The Phoenix Regiment Section Leader is the primary point-of-contact for the Phoenix Regiment Section members. The Phoenix Regiment Section Leader assists Phoenix Regiment group members with Phoenix Regiment plot-related questions while encouraging good role-play etiquette. If there is a conflict between members that is beyond s/he, the Section Leader passes it on to the co-admins. Additionally, the Phoenix Regiment Section Leader moderates Phoenix Regiment-related RP boards and ensures that all of HR Rules and Regulations are adhered to within those boards. The Regiment Leader helps coordinate and organize Phoenix Regiment "special events," such as resistant measures against the Deva, encourages site-wide plot development and involvement, interacts with Phoenix Regiment members on a regular basis, and reviews character applications and biographies related to the Phoenix Regiment.

The Deva Section Leader assists Deva group members with Deva plot-related questions while encouraging good role-play etiquette. If there is a conflict between members that is beyond s/he, the Section Leader passes it on to the co-admins. Additionally, the Deva Section Leader moderates Deva-related RP boards and ensures that all of HR Rules and Regulations are adhered to within those boards. The Deva Leader helps coordinate and organize Deva "special events," such as an attack on the Wizarding World, encourages site-wide plot development and involvement, interacts with Deva members on a regular basis, and reviews character applications and biographies related to the Deva.

The Hogwarts Section Aide helps maintain the technical aspects of the Hogwarts Section. The Aide ensures that all Hogwarts-related material, including rosters and supplementary threads, are kept up-to-date and in order. This is integral to the site's function and overall efficiency. The hogwarts staff detail is responsible for records associated with Hogwarts Staff characters. If the Section Leader has not reviewed a Hogwarts Staff application in 48 hours of it being posted, or if the Section Leader is on leave, the Section Aide will review the application. In addition, the hogwarts staff detail keeps an up-to-date roster of current Hogwarts Staff members, with links to their respective biographies. The Aide manages O.W.Ls scores, records N.E.W.Ts classes in the Hogwarts Staff board, and creates & distributes Class Schedules to students via PM. Finally, the Hogwarts Aide reminds professors when they should be posting lessons, and maintains a thread for professors to post lessons accordingly.

The hogwarts student detail is responsible for records associated with Hogwarts Student characters. If the Section Leader has not reviewed a Hogwarts Student application after it was posted within 48 hours, or if the Section Leader is on leave, the Section Aide will review the application. In addition, the Hogwarts Section Aide keeps an up-to-date roster of current Hogwarts Student members. The Aide manages elective classes registration, manages the House Points Records thread in the Hogwarts Staff Board, and updates the House Points Score on the Main Page of the site.

This is integral to the site's function and overall efficiency. The Wizarding World is responsible for records associated with Unaffiliated and Ministry of Magic characters. If the Section Leader has not reviewed an Unaffiliated and/or Ministry of Magic application in 48 hours after it is posted, or if the Section Leader is on leave, the Section Aide will review the application. In addition, the Wizarding World Aide keeps up-to-date rosters of current Unaffiliated members and Ministry of Magic members. The aide is also responsible for ensuring that all threads posted in the Wizarding World-related plot boards adhere to HR's Rules and Regulations.

Magical Maintenance helps maintain the technical and behind-the-scenes functions of the site. Their assistance is integral to ensure that the site as a whole operates efficiently and maintains an up-to-date appearance as well as maintain current records. The archiving and board management detail archives old and dead threads once every month to keep the boards free of clutter . In addition, this detail updates the current Month and Season graphics accordingly to match the current Month and Season IC. This detail also updates and maintains current board moderators and board descriptions.

As a part of this task, this detail moderates the Character Biography boards, removing old bios to the Biography Archive as needed. In addition, this detail helps maintain an Avatar Roster to manage reserved "Played By's" for characters.

Their assistance is integral to ensure that the site as a whole operates efficiently and maintains an up-to-date appearance as well as maintain current records. The advertisement detail regulates our advertisement board and leads "advertisement sprees" conducted by HR. This detail reviews incoming ads to make sure they adhere to our advertisement requirements and then either posts an advertisement back or removes the advertisement and contacts the infringing site's administration. This detail encourages members to post advertisements for HR and does so frequently his/herself. In addition, this detail helps create and maintain the visual appearance of the site to ensure that it retains a modern feel.

The IC media enhancement detail accomplishes this by regularly writing Daily Prophet articles both to stir up & inspire plots and in response to plots that have taken place on the boards. This enriches the role play environment and gives a means that everyone can react to. In addition, this detail encourages members to write editorials and other articles both for their own character enrichment as well as the overall plot. To help accomplish this, this detail edits and posts any Major Headline News submitted by members, making sure to credit the author of the article.
