Sitting in her chair at her desk was a very relaxed looking professor. She was staring at the back of the class as though she had just discovered something and in fact maybe she did. Especially if any of the students thought about what they were to learn today they could all assume she had.

Mike slowly made his way into the Potions classroom, he had been suprised that he had done so well in his O.W.Ls class that he had made it to this stage.
"Mornin Professor"
He said as he walked past her, a slight swagger in his step, as he put his bag down next to his cauldron, chewing lightly on some of the gum Kayden had given him.

Slipping quietly into the room, Arianna glanced around once and took a seat in the front of the room. Again, the girl was amazed she had passed her OWL for potions and was going to do everything she could to beat her NEWTs, too. This meant sitting front and center and taking as many notes as possible.

Natalie Bane was the next one to enter the room and one could tell by the content look on her face that she looked forward to this class. She had her supplies in her satchel and she quickly made her way to the front of the room.. Ironically she was the first if not only Slytherin here.. Well, she thought that her house mates would appreciate the usefulness of this subject. No, most would probably want to spout out some sort of hex, albeit sloppy, and get it over with in one big whack. Not Natalie, she could appreciate the slow achievement that a potion could give you, not to mentioned you could be more clandestine with a potion.
She sat down on the front row, not far from the Ravenclaw- yet not next to her. She was more interested in this class than any social gabbing that was surely going to ensue.

Krissy came bounding into the potions classroom. Sure she wasn't the best at potions, but had scraped up a decent grade in her owls. And potions was something she these days loved to do. Ever since she had started experimenting in potions to work out some new pranking items she had gotten better at it. she had realised the usefullness of it and so she was liking it now, which is better than in her first years. But still, she managed to blow alot of stuff up still, which meant she wasn't getting absolutely good, but it did teach her a million and one ways to not do things. Which she considered learning.
Krissy looked around the room as she bounded in. One person she liked. One person she didnt. And one person she didn't even know yet. Perfect. Just a good time to get to know them. She smiled to Ari as she walked in. and noticing both Ari and the Slytherin were both in the front row decided to sit in between them. That way she was close to both of them. "Hey Ari" she said to her friend with a smile. She then turned and looked to the other girl. "Hello, I don't know you. I'm Krissy" she figured she would get straight to the point of saying hello.

Lainee shook her head. She seemed to lose more and more students every year. That wasn't a problem for Lainee she actually preferred it thus. "Alright everyone who knows what truesight tea is? What it's capable of doing? Why we would even use it?" Lainee closed the door with a snap of her fingers and leaned against her desk staring at her students.

Knowing that she was going to be late, Nessa ran down the hall from her Common Room, still trying to pull her arm into the sleeve of her robes. She bolted down to the dungeons and slowed herself so she wouldn't make to noticeable of an entrance. She saw the door close in front of her. If it was locked, she was in trouble. Nessa's heart sank at the mere thought of it, and tried the knob. It was still open. Oh thank Merlin! Nessa said in her head, thankful that she wasn't locked out.
Nessa entered the room quietly and saw the professor standing against her desk. Sorry! she mouthed to the woman, and tiptoed over to an empty desk and sat down, taking out the things she was going to need.

Gail saw another student running in front of her as she sprinted toward her Potions class. She had been kept late after her last class, and was now literally running to catch up. The sight of another in her situation made her feel slightly better, but the girl ahead of her was most of the way down the hall already. Gail knew she would make a separate entrance scene.
The door had not been closed for 10 seconds before she opened it again. Professor J, leaning against her desk, had opened her mouth to speak, but the sight of Gail rushing through the door seemed to stop her.
Gail ducked her head a bit sheepishly and found a seat close to the door. She knew a speech or at least a comment about responsibility was coming. Especially with two students late on the first day of class. Glancing at the board, Gail thought it interesting that they were making truesight tea and began to get her supplies from her bag.

"15 points from the house of Hufflepuff." Lainee was just about to ask her question again when the door opened again. Lainee sighed loudly. "15 points from the house of Ravenclaw." Lainee waited wondering who else would dare come late to her class. "Who knows what truesight tea is? What it's capable of doing? Why would we even use it?"

Arianna groaned quietly to herself as one of her own arrived late. It really wasn't that difficult to get to class on time, was it? Perhaps she could earn a few points back by answering the professor's question.
"It's a tea that increases your eye sight," she answered, raising her hand as she did so.

{Since it's not in hp lexicon i'm gonna make this one up a bit.}
"Half correct. 5 points to Ravenclaw. Not just your oridnary eye sight, but what else. What else could this tea do to you, for you, make you realize?" Lainee wasn't going to give them the answer, but she would point them in the right direction. "Come on, you can do it."

Lily raised her hand. She knew bits and peices about divination, which could be called a sketchy subject by most, Lily sometimes included. Mostly she just stayed far, far away from it. She didn't want to know her future until she could handle her present and her past. "It helps with your inner eye professor. Prophetic visions and dreams and that what not." At least that's what Lily thought she had heard. Hopefully she wasn't so off base.

Lainee smiled. "Yes, 10 points to your house. Good job. It shows you about your future. Though most claim it works a lot also claim it's fraud. Some say it's all what you want it to be, what you want to see. But the real question is if you drink it do you only see your own vision or others?" Lainee walked around letting that bit of information sink in.
