"The best memory I could think off" Seanna thought to herself, scrunching up her entire face and trying to think of the best thing that ever happened to her and it was hard, Seanna couldn't really place a favorite memory, though one did come to mind, one memory that had been pushed back and that seemed to come forward at full force.
The memory of being told by her mother and father that Seanna could do magic, that she was different from other kids, the memory of when she first found out she was witch, though the memory was an early memory, Seanna could easily still see it as plain as yesterday. Pointing her wand again down the aisle, Seanna focused all her attention on the memory and said; "Expecto Patronum," and instead of a puff of silver smoke, there was a line of silver mist and the line seemed to stay there for awhile, before it vanished again like the one before.

Drew shook his head. It was better, but still not even close to a corproreal Patronus. Too often, people tried to rush this particular charm, thinking that a minute or two of focus would do it.
"It's coming, but it can get better," he told her. "You really need to take a long time to strengthen that memory. Really get in touch with every aspect of it, even if it takes an hour. Once you get the hang of it, the speed will come, but for now, you really want to take a lot of time to focus on the feelings the memory brings back."

"Okay" Seanna replied back to Drew, not sure if she could give her full attention to the memory and not be thinking off failing her OWL's and what she was also going to say to Mike the next time she saw him. "But that's really hard to do, how do you switch of your other thoughts and just think of one thought?" Seanna asked Drew, there were so many thoughts running through her head, she wasn't sure if she could give her complete attention to the memory.

"It's really hard to do, which is why it's a higher level spell," he told her. "But it's like doing a perfect lay-up or an excellent golf swing. Once you know how it's supposed to feel when you do it right, it gets easier to replicate."

"What's a golf-swing and a lay-up?, wait, I don't think I want to know" Seanna told Drew, turning back to her aisle, concentrating on her memory, taking in the full memory, reliving the moment when her parents came into the room and told her that she was a witch.
Seanna could see her parent's there smiling, she could see herself smiling and with picturing that, Seanna pointed her wand down the aisle again and said, "Expecto Patronum!," Seanna watched as the silver mist came out of her wand and continued down the aisle and the mist turned into what looked like a lamb, since it was a small, but Seanna didn't catch a good look at it, because once again, it vanished as quickly as the other one did. Seanna turned to Drew with a grin on her face, "Was that supposed to happen?" Seanna asked him, though it was short lived, Seanna was sure that was how the Charm was supposed to turn out.

Drew's face broke out into a grin, pleased with her accomplishment. "Yup, that's just about almost exactly what's supposed to happen," he told her. "It takes practice, but you can really work on solidifying that memory until your Patronus takes form and then you can work on speed."

"Okay" Seanna nodded, feeling pleased with herself none the less that she had finally made a sort of corproreal Patronus, even if it was short lived. "Hey Drew, I was sure that shape turned into a lamb, though I could be wrong, it was so small" Seanna said uncertainly to Drew, she wanted to try the Patronus Charm again, but suddenly she felt really tired.

"Yeah, I saw!" Drew told her, grinning even wider. Raynor had told him that Patronuses usually matched the wizard and he felt a lamb was perfect for Seanna. Gentle, kind, and a spiritualness about her that couldn't really be explained.

"Are you supposed to feel so tired though?" Seanna asked Drew, frowning at him, sitting down in one of the chairs and picking up her Charm's book to see if there were any side effects of the Patronus Charm.

"It could," Drew told her, knowing there were a number of instances where casting powerful spells drained enough energy from the wizard so that they actually felt it. "Take it easy for a while. A spell this big is going to take it's toll at first."

"Okay" Seanna said, putting the book down and then looking back at Drew, "If this spell is big, I wonder what sort of spells we're going to be taught next term when we're in our sixth year" Seanna said to Drew, thinking that she won't leave her studying to the last minute anymore.

"Harder spells," Drew answered with a return of his wide grin. "No, I told you this one was a NEWT level. I think Raynor started us early with it to make sure we had the time to really practice it. You had a good start there. You'll get it by NEWTs."

"I hope I get it right by then, I'll just have to keep practicing" Seanna said to Drew, picking up her Charm's book and looking through it once more, "I mean the other spells I can do okay, but the Patronus, I think I'm going to have to really practice that one"

"You have plenty of time," Drew assured her, looking over her shoulder as she flipped through the pages. "Even then, I don't think they expect a bunch of seventeen year old kids to make a fully formed Coporeal Patronus."

"That's good then, at least mines a something of a form before it vanishes" Seanna looked up at Drew and gave him a small smile, "Have you managed to make a fully formed Coporeal Patronus?" Seanna asked Drew, giving her Charm's book one last look over before she shut and dropped it back on to the table, then Seanna pulled over her Transfiguration book and started to flip through that.
