Ty was up late doing so last minute homework when he became a little restless and wanted to just get out of the common room for awhile. Getting up from where he was sitting he went up to the boys dormitory and grabbed his bouncy ball out of his trunk tucking it away in his pocket along with his wand. Exiting through the Slytherin common room entrance Ty peered around to make sure that no one was wondering about. It was quite a bit past curfew, but Ty really didn’t care. All he wanted to do was find a nice deserted corridor so that he could throw his bouncy ball around without interruption.
Walking up the stairs from the dungeon he made his way up to the first floor corridor. Keeping an eye out all the way, making sure to hide at any notice of movement. Once in the corridor he glanced around. Not seeing anyone there he leaned against one of the stone walls and tossed his bouncy ball at the wall opposite to him. Preoccupied with catching and throwing the ball as hard as he could he wasn’t aware that another might have entered the first floor corridor.

Yes. It was her again- the creepy stalker girl. That's what everyone recognized her as anyway. She was stealthly and could walk around unnoticed. It was pretty scary if you thought about it-- like it belonged in a horrow movie. That girl that nobody paid any attention to. That girl that everyone saw around but never bothered to learn her name. That girl that nobody would suspect to STRIKE!
Ty Calister hadn't been behaving like a very good boy lately and if the Professors weren't going to teach him a lesson, she would. Throwing snowballs and stealing wands were under her book as unacceptable. She hadn't been able to do anything in any of her classes that required wands and it was all his fault.
She caught sight of him from the shaded corner, a small smirk appeared on her lips, " Well, well, well... we do have a very naughty boy here, don't we?" she said to herself, under her breath. The small Gryffindor tilted her head as he began to play with his bouncy ball.
As the small ball rolled to her feet, she appeared out of the shadows with a cheery smile on her face. She bent down to pick up the ball and extended her hand out, offering it to him.

The low light in the corridor had made him calculate wrong and he missed the bouncy ball when it came flying back in his direction. Bouncing off the walls he chased it down the corridor and was just about to pick it up when Chase appeared out of nowhere. “Hey Chase,” Ty said with a smile looking at the little Gryffindor who had picked it up for him. Extending his hand he grabbed the ball out of her hand.
Once he had it back in his hand he bounced it off the floor every couple of seconds wondering why Chase would be out at this time of night. He had forgotten all about the incident out in the courtyard. The one where he took her wand and hid it from her so that she wouldn’t be able to find it and was just acting like nothing had happened between them. “So what brings you out at this time of night?” Ty asked smirking.

She let him have it and followed the ball with her eyes as it went up and down, up and down. When he had asked why she had been out here so late- she could have just put it bluntly and asked for her wand; but she didn't do that.
" Well... a little of this... and a little of that... but actually, I was looking for you particularly." she kept the pasted smile on her face.
Chase didn't know how this would turn out-- it was just sort of a spontaneous thing that she had thought of in the common room. She had had enough of sitting out in classes and having participation points taken off- she needed to get that wand back.

Ty held the ball in his hand slightly stunned at Chase’s response. Why would she be looking for me at this time of night? And how did she find me when I didn’t even know that I was going to be here? he thought as he stared at her incredulously.
“Me? Why were you looking for me?” Ty asked plainly wondering what her answer was going to be. For the life of him he couldn’t think of anything she would want to track him down for.

(( OMG xDDD You make her sound like a total stalker-lol))
Chase knew her way around well enough. She was well aware of where the Slytherin common room was BUT it wasn't like she was actually waiting for him to come out or anything. No, she wouldn't go that far. She had found him wandering up the stairways and just decided to follow.
Her smile slowly turned into a slight frown, " You know perfectly well why I was looking for you." The boy had been on her mind for a long time. The Gryffindor looked at her shoes and smiled again, " You know, Ty, I've... I've been thinking..."
She didn't realize that she sounded like she was going to confess her love for him instead of threaten him into giving her, her wand back-- but even if it did sound like this-- she was in head over heels with her Bun- Bun, right?

You know perfectly well why I was looking for you.rang through Ty’s head. What did she mean that he knew, for the life of him he couldn’t figure it out. No matter how hard he tried to think of what she could possibly be referring to he drew a blank. “I have no clue what you are talking about.” Ty said utterly perplexed, still trying to think back to the last time that he had seen her.
When she got to the next part Ty didn’t know what was about to come next. It seemed like she was trying to tell him something and he wasn’t sure what it was going to be. Was she about to say what it sounded like she was about to say, naw it couldn't be that. Could it?
