Drew, being a good six inches taller and a few pounds heavier, had expected to bring the Peruvian down to the ground with his tackle. What the Ravenclaw hadn't expected was the baby tumbling to the ground at his roughhousing. Coming up from behind Franco, Drew hadn't even seen the tyke and if he had, had no reason to think his buddy would reach for the small child at that very instant.
"Oh shees!" Drew cried out, horrified that he had been the cause of the baby's injuries. Tentatively, he approached, desperate to do something... anything to make it better. "I'm sorry! Is he okay?"

Franco was just placing Hikaru back on the swing seat when suddenly that stupid guy just approached. Just the sound of his voice rang a bell on his brain and forgetting everything Franco launched toward the guy and knocked him down.
"SON OF...H!" he yelled as took him by the collar and hit Drew's head against the floor. No matter what people could think about muggle methods, but it was more gratificant punch someone that fire a spell. Even the pain on his own fist when punching, and feel be attacked back make him feel quiet better that have simple stunned this guy.

The tackling Drew got in answer was nothing like the pounce that had started the incident. Franco was mad, and understandably considering the fact that Drew had just knocked down a baby in his over exuberance. Drew hadn't expected to be forgiven immediately, but still was surprised to have his head slammed against the floor. The shock of being driven into the floor barely had time to register with the eighteen year old before Franco's fist made contact with Drew's face. The Ravenclaw wasn't about to hit back, knowing he had deserved some sort of pounding, but still did his best to ward off any more blows from the Peruvian, all the while doing his best to proclaim his remorse over the incident.

The blonde had just reached the pair when the older boy said something rude, outright rude, though Felicity didn't blame him because of the child, but she still didn't condone it. However, she froze when she saw the man leap at Drew and just start pounding on him. She didn't know what to do, it was frightening and she wasn't sure if she should go after the child and try to protect him or Drew as her boyfriend didn't seem to be doing anything to stop the person from what he was doing.
"Drew!" she shouted, wanting him to move, willing him to fight back. He couldn't just lay there and let that man beat on him like that! When the punch was thrown and Drew still did nothing, Felicity began shouting again, urging Drew to at least fight back rather than just try to keep out of the way and apologize profusely. His words even reached her ears, but why wasn't he fighting back?
They were on a trip and when a Professor found out about what was happening, he'd be in so much trouble!
"Drew?!?!" she shouted once more, wishing he'd do more than he was. "Get off of him!" she tried shouting at the other person. And then, unwilling to watch it go on any longer, Felicity ran up behind the man and tried to get him off Drew.

Sence came back to the blue haired man in the form of a girl's voice first and then the owner of that voice trying to pull him away from the guy. Franco pulled his arms off her grabs and stepped away from Drew, just then taking control of his own emotions and trying to catch his breathing at the same time. He could feel his hand still trembling but as he placed it on the swing and help himself sat on the seat.
For a second the man did not know how to react looking at Drew on the floor, the girl between them and the crying baby on the other side. Then slowly he turned and picked Hikaru back in his lap, who was crying his lungs out now.

BAD DADDY MADE ME FALL! BAD DADDY! Hikaru still was crying while Franco tried to help him. The little one did not understand what had happened yet, only thing he knew it was the terrifying feeling as for him it was as if daddy had disappeared just like that and then the hit had come.
But things became worse for the kid when witnessed daddy lose his temper and starting against an unknown guy now. The baby gasped and looked horrified at the whole scene in shock then started crying louder, no longer because the fall but now scared for what was happening around, people gasping, daddy fighting, acting like a bad boy. The little one felt so unprotected in that moment with a daddy acting like crazy.
DADDY DADDY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! DADDY! Hikaru cried even when Franco had already stopped and picked him back again. The little one have never seen Franco acting like that for what this behavior really freaked the hell out of him.

Franco kept throwing fists and Drew did his best to push the older boy off of him, but the original pounding of his head onto the floor made him see stars. He heard Felicity's voice and prayed she wasn't getting in the middle of it. He would about die if she got hurt.
"Leave her alone!" he called out, pushing at Franco harder and suddenly Franco was off of him. Drew scrambled back, just in case Franco decided to go for a second round, and shook his head trying to get his vision to straighten out and the ringing in his ears to stop. He rubbed at the back of his head where it hurt the most and felt a bump forming. His hair around the spot was a bit tacky and when he wiped his hand across his sore face, there was blood there as well.
Two fights in a month. Felicity was going to be so mad...

When the man stopped hitting on Drew, Felicity tried to push him away, only in return to have her being pushed away. And then her boyfriend scrambled around a bit, pushing harder at the man than Felicity did and finally he relented and went away, to the child. The fighting had stopped, but she wondered just for how long? Drew was only playing, but maybe it wasn't the same person he thought it was? It couldn't have been, not when the other boy had acted that way. But seeing as the child was being taken care of, and granted Felicity felt the pull of both ways, she rushed to Drew's side, kneeling beside him and taking his face in her hands so she could thoroughly inspect him.
It worried her more than anything to see him bleeding like that, but what worried her more was the fight. What if the academy found out about it? That he'd gotten into two this year alone, though she knew not of any other fights he might have been in previously, she knew it wouldn't look good on his record.
"Drew?" she questioned uncertainly. What had happened? They were stopping in to get a bite to eat, and he must have only thought he saw someone he knew, but this? Even if the child got hurt, it didn't mean the other boy should've pounded on Drew like he did. Tenderly touching his face, Felicity used the sleeve of her sweater to try and clean some of the blood off him, and hopefully stop some of the bleeding.

Kellen still wasn't properly awake. St. Mungo's hours could be brutal, especially for trainees, and the double shift he'd ended at midnight the night before hadn't given him much time for nice, refreshing sleep before he came to Hogsmeade that day. Really, he'd have preferred to take the day off but Hogwarts day in the village only came so often, and there were people he'd hoped to see.
One of those people was Drew, though he wasn't sure where to find the young man. What he was sure of was that he needed coffee or some other caffeinated drink if he were going to keep from falling asleep mid-stride today.
He'd never seen the Three Eyed Dragon before, but it seemed like a good place to try. He did not expect, when he walked in, to see a collection of customers--mostly students, by the looks of it--gasping and staring at one particular spot in the resturaunt. It was clear something was wrong, though he didn't know yet what.
It didn't take long to figure out, however, as he saw two young men on the floor in what looked like the aftermath of a fight. There was a young child crying loudly, as well. He didn't know what was going on but his Healer sensibilities took over and he quickly closed the gap between himself and the fight aftermath.
"Is anyone hurt?" he asked automatically, before registering that he knew one of the fighters quite well -- and the other seemed familiar, too. "Wait, Drew?"

Drew winced as Felicity touched his face, closing his eyes agains the sun that seemed too bright and only made his head hurt even more. He wasn't exactly sure what had happened, but had a suspicion that the toppled baby wasn't just any kid. Drew squinted at his one time friend holding the child and just couldn't believe it.
Franco had a kid? He wasn't even a full year older than Drew and by the look of things the baby had probably been born when Franco was 18. How the heck had that happened?
It hurt his head too much to think about it at the moment. That or the fact that one of his best firends had just pummeled him. A good punch had probably been deserved, but not the beating Drew had gotten.
"I'mokay," Drew answered groggily as he leaned slightly into Felicity, hoping the slight pressure would stop the throbbing. It took him a moment to register that another person had joined them on the porch and his name had been spoken twice. "Kellen?"

From a very cursory look over, nobody seemed too hurt. In fact, it struck Kellen more as a muggle fight than a magic one. That was definitely a good thing. "Yeah, it's me. What are the chances?" he answered Drew's confusion. "I'll get you fixed up here in a bit."
He moved toward the other young man. If he could get a good look, he'd probably be able to figure out who the other fighter was, though he seemed more concerned with the young child. "What about you two? Are you all right?"

Franco hardly was paying attention at the others as he was trying to figure out what was wrong with the baby, it did not seem seriously injured however Hikaru did not stop crying which was not common on him. Normally the baby would calm down after some seconds, but now he just keep crying louder which made the man fear that something was really wrong this time.
"He doesn't stop crying!" he just said sounding rather desperately as did not know what to do. True was that the swing was the higuest Hikaru has ever fell from, but it was not as hight, not for Franco at least, he was wondering if it was enough distance to get a baby hurt badly "I.. I need a healer!" said the unexperienced man while stood up nervously adjusting the little on on his arms as worse and worse thoughts came up into his brain as the seconds passed and the baby continued crying.

"You're in luck, as it turns out," Kellen said, trying to get the man's attention. "Hey, listen. I'm a healer. I'll make sure you and he are all right," he insisted, taking command of the situation as best he could.
The little boy was crying loudly, but at the very least being conscious was (nearly) always a very good sign. It would make a diagnosis of problems easier, not to mention speeding up whatever healing needed to be done. "Are you all right?" Kellen first asked the man. "And what's his ... your son, nephew? What's his name?"

"No your not," she insisted, contradicting Drew's answer. He wasn't all right, she could tell just by looking at him. No, he wasn't really hurt, but he was bleeding and he didn't look all that wonderful either. His face was going to be sore in the morning, but at least she knew he'd be all right. What in the world happened though? There was no way the person could be who Drew thought it was, why would someone Drew thought to be a friend do something like this? Even if a child was hurt, it was no reason to resort to this kind of violence.
Turning when she heard another voice Felicity vaguely recognized the boy but he didn't matter to her at the moment. Right then Felicity's focus was on the Ravenclaw boy she loved, and it looked like the child was going to be getting the needed attention, so she was going to give Drew the attention he needed. The blonde wasn't aware of the bleeding on the back of his head, as she had only seen his face and Drew hadn't said anything, so she was only working on his face, keeping the pressure against where he was bleeding, not caring that her sweater was cleaning up the blood. The sweater didn't matter, but she hoped it didn't make Drew worse off by getting anything in any abrasions.
"Drew I don't think that was who you thought it was," she tried tentatively, trying to get him to focus on her like she was on him. He shouldn't distract the boy that just joined; not when he was trying to help the child.

Franco looked at the guy who claimed to be a healer with more attention now, relief showing a little on his worried face. For a second he was not quiet sure where to start, there were so many things going on his head at the moment, then he took the easier path of thinking, just answer and do what he was asked.
"...Y-yeah I am, fine , uhmm..." he replied stuttering looking at the healer and the baby in turns "It is- it is my son, he is one year old, and he fell from the swing in four... I think he hit his head, see? it is red there and, and..." the man looked desperately and sighed "He never have fallen this high... It is not high enough to get hurt badly, is it?" he asked hopping the man's answer would comfort him and assure him he was just overreacting about the baby's getting hurt, but Hikaru's cries did not help at all.
