"Oh, que meyo!" Franco chortled and poked the kid's belly "OK! let's change your clothes and go downstairs! A cambiarse!" he called out as if changing clothes was a funny game and pulling the drawer open he started picking clothes, asking Hikaru for his opinion as if he really would understand whatever the kid chose to use and started changing him as fast as he could.
It was not that he did not trust Drew, but he had never really trusted his home to anyone that weren't his family, and his own family had already failed him. It was better not to test the confidence he had on Drew now, he was not ready for another blow.
"OK? Ready?" he said after some moments, while put the boy's shoes on "Downstairs! Abajo!" he called out and again, as if this was another game to play, he put the baby on his feet and helped him walk down the stairs.

"Nonononononoreally," Drew tried again and though he had understood what the house elf had said, he didn't have enough clarity of mind to realize he was still speaking English. He just hoped he hadn't insulted the creature by laughing... but it had sounded awfully funny.
"Okayokayokay... seriously... you okay bean a howself?" he asked. "Cause my girlfren thinks is not cool. She's real nice. I fink youd like er. Shees... she's real pritty... I love her... Im gunna marry her... yeah... she's great.... I really love her..."
The house elf looked at him only briefly realizing the young man was going to be no threat with his head on the counter.

Just as they finally reached the kitchen Franco noticed Drew unconscious with his head on the counter.
"Que paso?" he asked as raised Hikaru up so he could walk faster to where Drew was and give a better look at him. It was not necessary the house elf's reply though... as soon as he saw Drew more closely he knew it.
"Está loco! este señor esta loco!" The house elf mumbled shaking her head giving a disapproving look at the sleeping guy.
Franco stood there for a second, thinking, then walked out the kitchen and sat Hikaru on one of the sack-seats, which were at the same time more comfortable and not as higher if the baby tries to get off it.
"Wait here! espera!" He said to the baby and then rushed to help Drew out of the kitchen, carefully, placing one of Drew's arms around his neck, he pulled him up and helped him out of the kitchen and to the seat next to the baby.
"Sit here... I will get you some water OK? Drew?... you hear me?" Franco asked but as it was in vain, he just carefully sat drew on the sacks and left his head rest on the table, then rushed toward the kitchen to get a glass of water.

Hikaru looked puzzled as felt and heard Franco getting rather funny, he was not laughing anymore but looking somehow worried. Then his eyes fell upon the sleeping guy and the baby could not help but feel curiousity about him, it was just curious see someone sleeping in the kitchen...
As daddy rushed and put him on the sack, Hikaru's first reaction was to frown and start crying but as his eyes followed daddy's actions, he sooner found out that daddy was not to leave him just like that, he was helping the strange guy to seat next. OHHH the guy need help! was he sick?... the boy wondered.
I can help too! he offered seeing dady worried running back to the kitchen, I CAN HELP DADDY! he babbled as placing his hands on the table, the baby got on his feet, still on the sack, and supported by his hands he got on the table and crawled near Drew.
"Ahhhh!" he called out while slapping Drew's cheek Hey you! wake up! you sick? Hey!!! Hey!!

"Wha? Yeah, Imokay.." Drew answered, not sure why Franco looked so concerned. In fact, he wasn't sure when Franco had actually returned. "Hey! You back! Iss Paquitokay?"
Drew wasn't sure where Franco was leading him too, but for somereason his legs were not working properly. When he was placed on a new chair, he sank into it happily, placing his head on a new table and dreaming of honey graham cracker eyes.
His sweet dreams were inturupted by a shriek and a little hand on his cheek. Drew looked up to see Baby Franco looking back at him. "Hey, Paquito! ¿Cómostàs?" he asked, realizing he probably needed to start thinking straight if he was faced with a baby.

Me? Good! and you? The baby just mumbled noises, then sat down on the table and looked back at Drew.
Why you sleep on tables? I have my bed upstairs, you can sleep there he just thought as pointed up at the ceiling It is not big but... you can go... yeah you will fit in perfectly Hikaru thought and put his hand on the boy's face again just to check 'his temperature' like daddy used to do when he was sick. Drew looked funny so far, his eyes looked funny, and his nose looked rather red... and he smell funny too.

Drew giggled as the baby splayed his little palms on his face. The cool little pressure of Paquito's hands was just enough to hold back the head ache that was starting behind the temples of the Ravenclaw.
"Hey, so where you daddy go?" Drew asked, worried that the dizziness he was feeling might hinder his ability to care for the little guy. With Franco no where to be seen, Drew knew he was the adult in charge, and probably not very competent at the moment with a headache brewing. Franco needed to return as quickly as possible. "¿Dónde está tu papá?"

"Ahhhh Papppppaaaaaaaaa!!!!" Hikaru called out turning his head looking for daddy. But as he could not catch sight of him, the baby, helped by his hands, pushed himself up, standing on the table.
Oh! There you are! Hikaru raised up his neck a little trying to catch a better sight of him, his feet trying to support his body without fall sat on the table.
"Oiiiiii!!! Paaaaaaaa!!!" he called out again and waving his hands gesturing to come. "mmmphhh! Paaa! Ven!!! Ven!"

"Yeah yeah! I am coming!" he called back as filled the glass with water, drying up his hand with the side of his pants he turned to where both Hikaru and Drew were, and what he saw almost made him stumble.
"Hikaru!" he said as rushed toward them "What are you doing on the table! Get down! Abajo! Que es eso!" He just said as holding the glass with one hand, he bended down a little and lifted the little one up with his arm around the boy's waist. Then he placed him back on the sacks and the best he could and sat just beside him, in the same sack.
"Drink" he told Drew while handed him the glass "are you still hungry?" he asked while pulled Hikaru on his lap wondering whether Drew would throw up any moment or not.

The baby stood up and Drew had enough presence of mind to know that probably wasn't a good thing. With one hand clutched to his ear to block out the little guy's screeching, his other arm was around Paquito's middle, keeping him steady until Franco made it back with a drink of something or other for Drew.
"Whasisit?" he asked, taking the cup and wondering if it was more of that root stuff. It really didn't matter and Drew didn't wait for an answer before taking a long drink. Whatever it was, it tasted great and helped with the headache that was starting. "Burgers... we were having burgers and papas fritas, right?"

"Ermmm... yeah..." Franco replied and gave a quick look at the kitchen where the house elf was already taking care of that. However he was not all sure now if he was good idea feed Drew, he already did not look good...
"Papas fritas!" the house elf announced as walked fastly toward the table and placed the plate on it. Then gave a look at Drew, not a nasty one but it wasn't too friendly either. His state was not of her liking at all.
"Hamburguesa" she said also placing that plate on the table and without further words she walked back to the kitchen.
Franco looked at the food still uncertain but smiled anyway trying not to show his worries too much and taking a fried potato he handed it to the kid before the little one dared to do it by himself.

Drew helped himself to fries when they were placed in front of him. It had been ages since he had enjoyed a proper french fry and these just seemed to melt in his mouth. "These are really good," he stated with a happy sigh just as the hamburgers were brought out.
As he grabbed one off the plate, he noticed the look Franco was giving him, and he wasn't sure he understood it. "Hey... you okay?" he asked, looking at the father and son over his hamburger. The buzzing in his head had subsided and the room had stopped spinning, so why did Franco look so concerned?

"Yep... fine" he said with the best smile he could affort. Was it too obvious that he was rather worried? He wondered and tried to be more casual and forget the matter.
"Do you want mustard or ketchup?... mayonnaise?" he offered as summoned the container for Drew to pick at his will "I have a hot sauce i make myself also... it is veeery hot though" he warned his friend.
"And is not for you" he added to the little one as saw him already giving a look at the pot. He could not blame Hikaru though, even the color was atracting, bright red-orange with bits green onion "You get mustard instead... you like it don't you?" he said grinning and distracting the boy so he would not touch the other container.

Drew gave a loud hiccup before taking another long drink of water. The hamburger smelled really good, but at the moment, it was the water that was most appealing. When the glass was emptied, he gave a contented sigh and one more hiccup before pulling the condiments closer.
Slathering his burger with both ketchup and mustard, he contemplated the salsa before putting a good sized serving on his plate. Franco had said it was hot, but how hot could it be? It looked like it was mostly bell pepper. Taking up a forkful, he popped it into his mouth... and quickly realized it was not bell pepper.

Franco could not help but burst in laughter watching Drew choke, gasp and get all red in the face and though he knew he should summon massive ammounts of water, he could not stop laughing for some minutes.
Finally, pulling himself together enough to perform basic magic, he made an entire bottle of water appear on the table tried to fill Drew's empty glass.
"There there!" he said still chuckling 100% sure that all the drunkenness must have left Drew with that single taste of the sauce. He knew that milk worked better for those occasions but he was not sure that mixing the milk with the alcoholic drink from before was a good idea.
