It had been four days since Arianna had returned to Hogwarts and already she was getting a bit antsy. She used to be able to sit down and get all her homework done the very same day it had been given, but lately she just couldn't focus on anything for more than five minutes. Any class with lots of talk and no action had become rather dull since she couldn't quite process everything that was said. At the end of the day, Arianna was forced to ask Krissy for a copy of the notes so she might read over them later. These were even less fun because she tended to mix the words up if she tried to go to fast. When she tried to go slow, though, she grew tired too quickly and had to get up and walk around a bit. Today this happened every five minutes, much to the annoyance of those around her.
Letting out a frustrated groan, Arianna shoved her Arithmancy homework aside once more. At the rate she was going, it would be ten years before she got any of it done.
"I need a break," Arianna announced, probably for the tenth time in the last hour. She paid no mind to the eye rolls and smirks, but gazed around the room for something else to do. Her eyes fell upon the closet in the corner. It had been ages since anyone had used it, but Arianna found herself drawn to it.
Wandering over to the closet, the girl opened the door and peered inside. She noticed a familiar trunk set against the wall, tucked behind an old carpet and some boxes. Arianna shoved those aside, wincing at the crashing noise one of the boxes made when it toppled over. She would have to reparo whatever was in it later, when she could remember the spell.
Moments later, Arianna was struggling to pull the trunk out into the common room. She barely got it out the door before curiosity had her opening the trunk and peering inside. A variety of doodads were piled inside: towels, an old blanket, a traffic cone, and several spatulas. Arianna remembered seeing them somewhere before, but...just what were they for?
{oldies should remember this game ;D newbies, I'm sure you'll catch on soon enough}

Hannah was just coming out of the bathroom, wearing a pair of pink fairy running pants and a pink singlet top with an equally pink jumper covering the singlet top. Yes, she had decided to go with the pink outfit rather than the blue for pink was her favorite color and she hadn't really worn anything pink since the Deva had left the school.
The girl was going up to the girl's dorm for a nap after another long, day of classes, but she stopped short when she saw a familiar girl with black hair, one that she hadn't seen since the takeover, who was peering inside someone's trunk. Hannah had heard whisperings that the older Ravenclaw girl had recently gotten back from St Mungo's.
"Arianna!" Hannah exclaimed, rushing over to the older girl and giving her a big hug. The younger girl had been meaning to welcome the other girl back since she had heard the whisperings, but she just never seemed to get the time since classes had started back up. "You're back!" Hannah exclaimed, happy that the older girl was back at Hogwarts. Apart from Hiro and Celina, whom Hannah hadn't seen much around, Arianna was another of the older Ravenclaw's she liked.

Drew had been sitting in the good chair by the fire studying his Defense notes from the previous year. It wasn't so much that he didn't know the information, but he wanted to make sure that he was keeping Felicity on track. The good news (or maybe it wasn't all that good) was that he seemed to be a better Defense teacher than Alhana had been an Astronomy tutor.
Ari complained again and Drew ignored it, only half watching as she wandered to the closet that used to be Tariyar's office. As far as he knew, no one had gone in there in a few years but that didn't mean he didn't recognize the trunk that Ari pulled out.
Drew went back to his notes, not sure he wanted to play the game. So far he had pissed of all the girls in the house so it was probably best to keep to himself at this point.

Arianna pulled each item out to look over, staring at each one with interest. Blocks, mason jars, old speakers, a light bulb...There were an impossible amount of things in the trunk, each one familiar yet...not so. Arianna remembered using them for something, but she couldn't quite recall...
"Did we...use these for something?" she asked to no one in particular. She could recall using the spatulas to.....steal wands? No, that didn't seem right. Ravenclaws wouldn't storm the castle to steal wands. But that was all Arianna could think of: a fuzzy memory of the Ravenclaws parading onto the grounds and getting everyone's wands somehow.
As she pondered just what the trunk was for, Arianna was tackled into a hug, which took her by surprise. Arianna dropped the old TV remote, gasping at the sudden attack, her body rigid with fear. It took her a moment to relax and realize who had hugged her. When she did, Arianna's lips turned up into a warm smile.
"Hello," she greeted the girl, who's name had slipped her. To prevent anymore awkwardness than was necessary, she pulled the younger girl into a hug.

Antsy? Hardly. But as Jax ran up the stairs, down the stairs, 'Old Trustee' in hand, then 'Old Trustee' out of hand, then pacing around the common room, someone could have thought she may have been as well. Ari was announcing every other minute or so that she needed a break, and Jax was one of those who rolled her eyes and giggled a bit wondering what kind of break the older girl was really expecting on having on such a flipp'n boring day! Ah! It was driving the thirteen year old innnnnnSANE!
Jax plopped herself down into the chair sitting across from Drew, on the other side of the couch, and at the other end of the nice coffee table that no one ever put coffee on. Yes, that's where she was sitting. She stared at Drew for a bit, wondering if he'd get annoyed if she started to stick her tongue out and make faces at him for no apparent reason just because she too was incredibly bored. Then was when she heard a crash! Finching into the chair, a squeak escaped the young girl, only to have her looking around to make sure no one had noticed that she had indeed gotten scared at the sudden sound. Grabbing her wand out of her pocket, she eased her eyes over her chair and rested her nose on the top of it and just watched as another student tackled Ari.
Jax snickered in the seat and put the wand back in her pocket not even feeling in the least bit threatened anymore. What was Ari thinking? Such a silly Capt'n she tended to be sometimes. Jax didn't say it, but she was more silly now than before, even if she did become frustrated easily. Jax looked back to Drew as he did and said nothing. Maybe there was nothing to be said or done, so Jax gave a loud sigh and slumped back into her chair. "So.....what'cha doing?" she asked Drew hoping he'd be more entertaining than anything she could come up with....or at least have an idea of something she could do. That'd be nice.

Pleasantly dreaming, Noelle found herself napping on the grounds of Hogwarts after a long exhausting day of reading and attempting to stay awake. Slowly, she woke up and decided to head back to the common room, dragging each foot one by one. "At this rate I'll never make it," Coffee...she thought, as she changed her course and headed for the kitchen with one thought on her mind.
"Yes.." She commented after receiving the hot coffee, that one sip instantly awoke her and Noelle was ready to go. After she finished the rest energy pulsed through her body and she decided to find something fun to do. "Let's see what's going on at the common room," she said aloud beginning to skip all the way.
She reached the common room and opened the door slowly, in case any one was asleep and plopped herself on the nearest chair as she tossed around a little ball she found near the chair. What to do..? Noelle to a quick glance around the room, one reader, one jumpy (in a way), and two hugging briefly, next to a chest from the closet. What's in that chest?

"Studying... kind of," Drew answered, barely looking up from his notes. He pushed his glasses up his nose and showed Jax the papers. "I'm kind of helping Felicity with her Defense class and I just want to make sure what's being covered." He didn't bother to clarify that he was actually teaching Felicity defense. No need to spread that bit of information.
When Drew saw Ari pulling things out of the trunk, he was even more convinced he didn't want to play. Last time he and the rest of the Ravenclaws had ended up in deep trouble, and while he grinned at the memory, he didn't think he could afford getting busted right now.

"So...what should we do with this stuff?" Arianna asked Hannah as she pulled away from the hug and dipped her hands into the trunk once again. She really felt bad for forgetting the girl's name, but knew it would come to her soon enough. Right now she was more concerned with the trunk of goodies. Since she wasn't sure, she decided to ask one of the few people in the room who might.
"Hey....you...." Arianna turned toward Drew and halted, realizing she couldn't remember his name, either. He and Hannah weren't the only ones whose names had slipped her. Arianna could feel the names on the tip of her tongue, but found she just couldn't get them out. She had studied too much today and it was muddling up everything.
"Dee...." the girl could remember that much, but was left scratching her head for the rest. Dang, this was going to make things tough. Why couldn't this have happened earlier, when she was too busy to have to remember anyone's names?

"Hello to you, too" Hannah told the older girl, grinning at her from ear to ear as she too pulled away from the hug and peered into the trunk that had all different things in it. "Wow" Hannah thought to herself as she looked at all the stuff; she had never seen so many... interesting things in a trunk before. Was this where the Ravenclaw's put any stuff they found? or maybe it was a trunk for where stuff went missing to? Either way, there was some neat looking stuff in the trunk of... stuff.
Hannah pulled her brown eyes away from the interesting stuff in the trunk of stuff and shifted them to where Arianna was looking at Drew with a puzzled expression on her face. Hannah was beginning to think that maybe Arianna didn't know his name. "Drew?" Hannah supplied while she looked back at Arianna, a confused expression on her face, wondering if that was who Arianna had meant. There were other Raven's in the room and for the life of her, Hannah couldn't remember their names... maybe one of them was actually called Dee?

"Oh...yeah..." Arianna's face flushed as she smiled apologetically at Drew. It was so weird. She could look on everyone in the room and remember all the fun times they'd had, know her relationships with each of them, but names for some reason always seemed to disappear when she needed them, hiding just out of reach. She was having the same problem with studies: she knew what each spell did and remembered all the wand movements, but recalling the names had proved to be difficult. Especially after a day of studying and sometimes even after a therapy session.
"Uh...Drew?" Arianna tried again, still smiling a bit sheepishly. "Uh...Do you remember what we used this stuff for?"

Hiro came down from the dorms when he heard a loud crash, something was happening and he planned to find out what. He had known that Ari was back and that she had some head trauma as well, it seemed to be recognition problems. In either case Hiro was going to address whoever had broken something when his walking cane tapped on something unusual. It was unusual for a trunk to be in the middle of the room but judging by the conversation it wasn't claimed by anyone.
Hiro decided to reach in and pulled out a camera. Hiro didn't know much about muggle inventions but he could make a guess for the question that wasn't meant for him.
"Isn't it obvious? This must be an anti-pixie spray." Hiro said holding up the item. He was fiddling with it until he found the button. "See here's the activation device."
(I think this is what you were getting at, otherwise I'm way off)

Arianna seemed to be preoccupied and speaking to Drew as Drew answered back to Jax about what he was doing. "Oh, really?" Jax asked a bit too enthusiastically. She had seen Felicity in classes and spoken with her, but Jax really didn't hang out with her outside of it. Jax hopped from her chair and onto the arm of Drew's a bit and peeked over into what he was looking at. "Oh, cool!"
Jax looked a bit like she wanted to say something and indeed, she did. "So, how's she really doing?" She asked Drew, not really meaning to ignore Arianna....she wasn't being talked to any ways, so it wasn't as if she was being rude. Right?

"It's just a box of junk," Drew answered Arianna, really not wanting to get into another takeover mess. Hiro seemed to be dealing with the situation, leaving Drew to handle the over-excited third year. Jax was always confusing him... but then again, most all of the Ravengirls did that.
"How's who doing?" Drew asked, wondering if she was talking about Ari or Felicity. Either way, the girl could ask them herself. It wasn't his place to give out information on other people.

Arianna shrugged at Drew's reply. He was giving her weird vibes again, but she wasn't sure what to do about it. He'd seemed excited to see her back, but also a little stand-offish whenever Arianna tried to get into his personal space. Maybe she smelled funny? Arianna was sure she'd taken a shower today. At least one, maybe more. She couldn't quite remember when she'd last taken one and thought maybe she should take another, just in case. But not until she figured out this "box of junk."
Turning back to the trunk, mostly to stop herself from worrying if Drew could smell her from so far away, Arianna noticed the new arrival. Again, the name slipped her, so she called him the only thing she could think of.
"Hey, Hero," it was way he had his eyes covered, of course. It reminded her of a few movies she'd seen where the hero's worse masks like Hiro's. If only everyone else had something so easy to distinguish them from someone else....
"Pixie spray?" Arianna asked, knowing that wasn't quite right. She knew that wasn't what the object was for, but since her brain didn't want to tell her it's rightful name, she decided to go with it. "And what do you suppose this is for?" she grabbed for the TV remote (such an odd thing to have in a castle of witches and wizards). "A...um.....Ogre.....eater?"

Jax cocked her head. Had she stuttered? He had just said he was helping Felicity with her Defense class stuff, right? "Felicity.....ya know.....since Celina....." Jax trailed off and shrugged. Maybe Felicity was doing as bad out of class as she seemed to be in class. Though, maybe Drew really hadn't said anything and Jax had just imagined him saying anything at all. "Ya'alright Drew? You seem a bit....." mean was what Jax thought to herself, not knowing how else to describe his, what seemed to be to the young girl, brushing her off.
If he wants me to leave him be, he outta just say so.... Jax thought to herself, and sighed.
