Ignoring her? Whatever! Arianna was the one ignoring Drew. From this moment on, she wasn't going to bother with his poo-pooeyness. Who cared if he thought she smelled? She certainly didn't. Not anymore. From this moment on, she would have fun without him. She'd been doing it for the last year anyway, but now she just wasn't going to worry about it. The girl next to her was her new friend. And so was.....um....what was his name again? Arianna remembered his silly big ears (which she would have found nibble-worthy had he been older) and playing with those linking blocks with him. He was fun to be with. Unlike his cousin at the moment.
"Hey...where's....uh....." Arianna questioned the first year next to her. She was stumped yet again. She'd had it right there on the tip of her tongue and knew it was one of those names running through her head. But how to match the right one to his face? It would take ages for her to figure it out. "Um...first year....uh...he helped me build dragons and puppies and stuff out of those blocks he likes to play with."

"Jeremy... don't know," Drew answered, having last seen his cousin at breakfast that morning. He was noticing that Hiro still didn't get the idea behind the slingshot.
"Dude, the messages it sends are more of the dungbomb variety." Just the thought of using it prompted him to get up out of his chair and go over to the trunk to see if there was a suitable substitute.
And, of course, if Hiro snagged the chair before he returned, Drew would be fighting him for it.

"You know who I'm talking about?" Arianna pressed Hannah further. She was certain there was a boy like that around here somewhere. Though, it might've been from another house. Arianna didn't think that was right, though. She distinctly remembered finding him in one of the bathroom stalls the Ravens shared and then playing with the Legos right there on the bathroom tiles. It had been fun and he actually seemed to like her.
"He's one the Quidditch team!" Arianna burst out, glad to remember one more bit of information on the boy. "As a back up, I think....and...and...." she was stumped again. How much had she known of Jeremy anyway? Either alot had been forgotten, or she hadn't had much to remember.

Of course Hannah knew who Arianna had been talking about, but she had gotten distracted by Hiro's message he was sending to her and Hannah poked her head back into the trunk and pulled out a spray bottle. That would so go with the super hero cape, the spray bottle (which was empty) was now a super hero's saving device... to catch the victim the bad guy was hunting inside it. "Here, Arianna, this'll go well with your cape. You can catch the victim inside it and take them to a better place" Hannah told the older girl, handing over the spray bottle to her.
"You mean Jeremy?" Well, that was the only person that was a first year Ravenclaw, besides herself. "I have no idea where he is" It was true, it wasn't like Hannah spent all her time with Jeremy, she had other friends as well. It was just that she spent most of her time with Jeremy, 'course she did like being around him, after all. Hearing Drew say something about the message sending thingy sent out dungbomb messages... or smells? Hannah wondered if it would work on Trixi. Imagine, a invisible dungbomb flying through the air and the target wondering where that smell came from.
The young girl giggled at that thought and it was enough for Hannah to convince herself that on the next break, she was heading back to the Weasley's shop to see if they stocked that kind of stuff.

"Is that who it is?" Arianna asked, scratching her chin. The name seemed familiar, but she could never be sure without seeing the boy face-to-face. Of course, it was possible half the kids in the school had been giving her the wrong names....At this thought, Arianna glanced over to Drew and Hiro, wondering if they really were who she thought they were. Somehow she couldn't put it past them to introduce themselves as someone else.
"Hmm..." Arianna shoved the thought aside and turned back to Hannah, a wide grin on her face. Now she was a proper super hero! A cape for flying, weapons to get rid of the bad guys, and things to save the good guys. It was really a good thing she wasn't wearing Nic's cloak at the moment. Wearing it and the blanket would really be a bit too much.
Tucking her weapons into her utility belt (which meant the front of her pants), Arianna stood and posed in her super hero's pose, hands on her hips, head held high. She was ready to fight crime.....almost.
"I need a sidekick!" Arianna spoke up with sudden revelation. But...who? Her eyes passed over Drew, but she knew he wouldn't want to join her, then to Hero. He would probably be on Drew's side.... The only other people she saw were Hannah and Jackie. It was a hard decision. "I need a sidekick and someone to stay at headquarters and let us know what's going on. We'll communicate through these." She picked up two headbands, the bobbly kind with bouncy stars on springs, and offered one to the girls. HQ would wear one and Arianna would keep the other.

Jax had stayed silent throughout much of the happenings, more because she couldn’t stop herself from laughing at all of what was going on. Between the younger Raven flying around the room and the fishing cap that was now on her head because of Ari, Jax was having a good ol’ time just lauging and giggling at everything that was going on.
The only thing that made her kind of sad was that Drew wasn’t joining in…but she didn’t think saying anything to him about it would do anything but upset him, and she didn’t want to upset anymore than she thought she already had. Maybe he wasn’t someone he should have been asking when it came to Felicity, but it wasn’t as if she was going to go and talk to Celina about it. She internally rolled her eyes. As if she’d do that…she had better things to do.
Then Hiro took out a sling shot from the trunk and Jax let out the most girly squee of a gasp ever. It was amazingly beautiful! Just like the ones her friends back home had, and hers which she was made to leave at home. Her father didn’t much think it was lady like to have a sling shot. Heh…if he only knew. It was then that Jax was about to inquire about seeing it closer when Ari and Hannah were talking about another first year named Jeremy…which led into Ari searching more in the trunk and then posing like a super hero.
Again the thirteen year old Raven laughed and finally, joined in. “Oh! Pick me, Cap! I’m great sidekick material,” Jax stood up next to the older girl with her hands on her hips and the cap on her head. “I even have a name…” Jax said as she trailed off trying to think quick of what her name was. “I’m….I’m….” Darn…Jax thought really hard, but couldn’t come up with a name. Didn’t that just figure!

A dungbomb shooter! What a find, that's why Drew said to add it to their stuff. Who would have guessed that muggles would make a simple device for shooting dungbombs. Wait something didn't add up...
"Why would muggles make a dungbomb shooter, sharing of magical items with muggles is illegal." Muggles were a confusing issue to Hiro. "It must have been originally for something else."

Drew stepped back from the trunk while the girls continued with their super hero game, not wanting to disturb them any. When he had an opening he dug into the trunk himself and found two empty plastic eggs, a koosh ball, and a garland of jingle bells. All would suffice for ammo for the time being.
He made his way back to Hiro, still unsure as to why the other prefect could not even guess at the possibilites of the slingshot, even if he hadn't ever used one before. The contraption was pretty straight forward.
"Not just dungbombs. Anything really," Drew answered, not even getting into the Muggle equivilents. He doubted that Muggle Studies professor would appreciate it much and he was already in deep with her...
Or maybe... just maybe Drew would feel the need to do some slingshot target practice on her door. The thought brought a smile to his face as he handed one of the jingle bells to Hiro. "Here. Try shooting this."

The first year was half listening to Arianna and half listening to Drew and Hiro's conversation as well and it seemed like something was brewing between the two of the prefects. Maybe those two were going to use their super hero powers? Hannah would have to go over there soon to find out, but right now, her listening came back to Arianna the super hero.
"Yup, that's who it is. Jeremy Taylor, brown hair, goofy grin big ears" Hannah offered to Arianna, wondering if the girl could pick him out once she had gave her that description, though, she kinda felt a little bit weird about saying that out loud while Drew was around.
Hannah crinkled her nose slightly at thought of being anybody's sidekick. The young girl was just not cut out to be sidekick material, considering she would probably argue every fact that the super hero would give out. 'Sides, didn't the sidekick get all the yucky jobs? Out of all the super hero movies she had seen, the sidekick to all of them nearly ended up dead us well. Shaking her head slowly, she passed a small smile over to Arianna. "I'm not really sidekick material, sorry"
Ears now picking up more of Drew and Hiro's conversation, she was surprised to hear something along the lines of shooting something and being a nosy first year, she just had to go over and investigate. "What're you two up too?" Hannah inquired, giving one of her smiles at the two boys, it never did hurt to give that smile to people now and again, especially when she was fishing for information.

"Shooting sling things." Hiro replied honestly to his little first year pal. Hiro took the jingle bell from his friend and placed it in the band part of the slingshot. Holding the base with his left hand he pulled back with his other until it was tight. Trying to aim at nothing in particular Hiro let the bell go. The jingle ran through the air and the band made a slight snap when it stopped.
"Sweet." He said simply, this could be really useful.

"Yeah...that sounds like him..." Arianna THOUGHT Hannah was describing the right person, but that didn't mean she was picturing the right kid in her head. Oh well. If he stopped by, she might have to ask for his name again anyway. Arianna didn't have time for that, though. There was super hero stuff to take care of.
"Okay, well....let's get going, Sidekick Sporkinator," Arianna wrapped an arm over Jackie's shoulder as she handed the other boinging headband over to Hannah. "You keep us up on what's going on, okaAAAAGH!"
A black ball of fur suddenly sped out of the shadows and, with claws out, climbed up Arianna's pant leg to her waist before jumping onto her shoulders, spending only a moment there before jumping toward Jackie. Even more painful than the claws in her legs was the new scratch Arianna had stretching from just under her right eye, clear to her ear. She looked over to see her cat scrambling to get away from something. What that was, Arianna didn't know. Who knew where Juni was slinking when Hiro let loose that jingle bell?

Jax's smile grew wider as Ari's arm flung around her and a name was given, though, it was a bit weird? "Sporkinator?" Jax asked just as she caught a black glimpse of something scurry across the floor at the capt'n. It wasn't long after the black mound of fur was climbing up Ari, and Jax was struggling to get away from her hero as fast as she could. Jax turned to run away, not knowing where the fur ball was going next until the claws sank into her back as well.
Before Jax could make a yelp from the pain however, the cat, which now Jax could fully see, leaped it's way at Hannah and Jax tried and failed to grab the cat to make it stop leaping from person to person. "Oh! Watch it!" Jax managed to yell out through her own gritted teeth, trying to ignore the pain the cat's claws had done to her.

(I want it to go on record that I didn't mean to shoot the cat)
Almost as soon as the bell was released things started happening. It seemed like one of the raven pets didn't like the slingshot as much as the boys. As he was apologizing to whomever owned the cat he was disrupt with a warning. Instinct kicked in when he heard the cat leap from Jax. He wasn't sure where it was heading but his reflexes decided to shield Hannah. Ever since they met Hiro felt like a guardian to her and his instincts were right. Judging by where the cat landed on him it would have probably get near her face. It was probably karma that led the panicked cat to the one who shot at it.
"Like I was saying." Hiro said as he pulled the cat off of him and tried to pet it. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hit anything."

A jingle bell shooter? That invention would be so great at Christmas time, you could make it shoot jingle bells through the air anywhere to make a jingly, christmasey, christmas time tune. Hannah thought the idea was very sweet. The young girl was even thinking that it would be a cool thing to take while caroling too, especially while singing jingle bells, imagine people's surprise when jingle bells were suddenly started to shoot through the house while you were singing Jingle Bells to them.
Yes, a surprise, especially for those who had cats who liked playing with jingly bells. Actually, that probably wouldn't be a good surprise for that cat's owner, or the people surrounding the cat owner. Hannah was about to accept the boinging headband from Arianna to keep her up to date on what was happening inside the blue house while she went superheroing outside, when Juni the cat jumped on the older girl, then Jax and was making it's way to Hannah but thankfully, Hiro had stopped the cat from getting near her.
Hannah's brown eyes widen in shock and she realized that Hiro had saved for the second time that year. Hiro really was like a hero to her, if it wasn't for him she'd still be on that platform. Throwing Hiro a smile of thanks, she looked over at Arianna, a playful grin on her face. "Maybe your cat wanted the jingle bell to be put around his collar so he could play music" Hannah suggested, shrugging her shoulder's slightly. The young girl thought just quietly that it probably wouldn't be a bad idea for the cat to have some kind of noise attached to it's collar, if it did have a collar, that was.
