"Okay" Sliding off the chair, Hannah moved forward on the blue carpet, getting closer to the table and away from Jeremy. Yes, she did tell her Dad to get the lego's for her, but she still secretly thought that her brother's gave her Dad some help when he went shopping for them. Which meant that it might've been Jake that actually went shopping with her Dad in Target and Hannah hid a smile when she thought of her Dad shopping in Target, he never did like that shop.
"The tower part seems awfully complicated" Hannah remarked, putting together some of the blocks for the bottom of the tower. Looking over at the box that Jeremy had, she realized that the whole thing looked really complicated. Maybe not the fire shooting things, but the rest of the toy looked really complicated, but she was sure they could build it together quickly. "Have you ever seen the Bionicle movie?" Hannah asked Jeremy, knowing there were quite a few Bionicle movie's out there, but forgetting the name of the first one that had come out. The girl was sure it was either Master of Light or Mask of light, but then she wasn't exactly too sure, either.

"No, I haven't seen the movies," he answered. Truth was, he had never asked to see them, just figuring everyone would say no.
Jeremy looked over the instructions and pulled the pieces they needed for the tower. "It won't be so bad if we try together," he told her with a small smile, sounding uncharacteristically optimistic about it. There were times when he was with Hannah that he started thinking that things might not be as bad as all that.

"Yeah, we might even get it done quicker if we try and build it together" Hannah returned the smile and pushed her pieces of the tower over to where Jeremy's was, shuffling her way over to Jeremy so that she could be closer to him. Only to build the lego, though. Hannah couldn't really help Jeremy build the tower if she was over the other side of the table, after all.
"The bionicle movies are really good. A bit boring here and there, but they have plenty of action in it" The movies were only boring to Hannah because she had to sit through them a dozen times when she was at home. "Maybe the next time you come to my place we can watch them together" Hannah suggested, her smile brightening a bit. Sure, the first year thought the movies were boring, but she could probably sit through them again if Jeremy ever came to her house again.
"So... where do you think we should start building the tower?" Hannah asked Jeremy, not sure if building it from the bottom was the best idea or not. Especially considering she wasn't that terribly good at putting together lego. The young girl figured that Jeremy knew more about putting lego together than what she did.

"We could do that," Jeremy answered, not sure if he really wanted to deal with Hannah's sisters again. They made him glad that he had Sarah and not some other girl for a sister. It looked like he'd have to put up with them if he wanted to see that movie though.
"It says to start here with this thingie and that one,"Jeremy told her, holding up the pieces from the picture. Eventually, it looked like it would be the bottom of the tower, which made sense to him.

"Okay, that sounds like a good idea" Hannah told Jeremy, looking up at the two pieces of lego's, feeling confused again which seemed to be her favorite emotion for the day. "So, are they for the foundation of the tower?" Hannah asked Jeremy, wondering if they were or not. The picture of the tower on the box looked awfully big and a tower that big would need something solid to make it stand tall, otherwise, Hannah was thinking that the tower would all come crashing down.
No, she wasn't very good at making things out of lego's at all. 'Course she could, but most of the time she tried it all her lego creations would end up looking topsy-turvy or not like the picture on the lego box. The young blond was beginning to think that maybe it might be better if Jeremy made the tower and she watched, that way they would have some of the day leftover to do other things.

Jeremy looked up and noticed that Hannah was trying to figure it out from the box. Well that would never work. It's why the included instructions. He had one set that had a whole book on how to put the Legos together right. That one was really cool.
He scooted over to sit next to her, showing her the pamphlet that came with the pieces. "See, we start with this stuff and then work from there," he told her, pointing to the diagrams.

Hannah had forgotten about the instructions, she was more hoping the picture on the box would help her out, because that was always the way her and her brother's did it when she had been home. That, and they had just told her where to put the lego pieces. Most times in the end, her brothers gave a pile of legos to her that had nothing to do with the current project and Hannah would wind up making her own lego masterpiece that was completely different than the picture on the box.
"Tell you what, how about if you make it and I'll watch?" Hannah suggested, looking over at the diagrams on the pamphlet and feeling overwhelmed by them. So yes, maybe she had said in the first place they could make it together, but the Ravenclaw girl thought it would be much better if she just watched Jeremy, Hannah couldn't see no harm in just watching Jeremy build the bionicle lego.

Jeremy's shoulders slumped slightly. He was actually starting to like the idea of the two of them working together on a project. "I can do it later then," he said, starting to put the pieces back into the box. He'd feel stupid putting the whole thing together while she watched. Besides, it would probably take him a while all by himself and she'd probably get bored.

"Do it later?" Hannah echoed, feeling a bit perplexed by what Jeremy had said. Sneaking a look out of the corner of her eye, she wondered what was wrong with just her watching and him making, then she wondered if maybe she came off sounding a little too bossy. Hannah knew she had a tendency to be bossy now and again, but she didn't mean to be, she just hadn't learnt to be tactful yet.
It wasn't that Hannah didn't want to make the lego creation with the boy sitting next to her, it was just that she didn't want to ruin it for him. Then again, Hannah knew that and not Jeremy, so maybe he did probably deserve some kind of explanation for her sudden outburst. "I didn't mean to sound so bossy, I just didn't want to ruin the tower for you while we made it together" Hannah began, sneaking another glance at Jeremy, wondering now if he was mad at her for not wanting to help.
"How about if you tell me where to put the lego pieces... only if you want too, that is. Maybe I won't ruin the final outcome of how the lego would eventually turn out, if we did that way" Hannah ended, stopping the sneaking of looks and just fully turning to look at Jeremy, hoping that she didn't sound as bossy as she did before and hoping that he would understand.

"You can't really ruin Legos," Jeremy answered with a small shrug, hoping she didn't really think he wanted her to do it with him. Of course, he didn't want her to feel bad either. That would be mean. "If you put something in the wrong place, you just make something different."
Putting together the tower as it was on the picture would be cool, but it was way more cooler to make up your own stuff. That was the best part of Legos.
