Their trip to the Slytherin Lair had gone off with a minimal amount of problems (or at least none that Drew hadn't expected) and the Eagles made their way to the Den of Badgers.
Passing the kitchens and weaving through the hallways, Drew looked behind him to make sure they hadn't lost anyone. If anything, it looked like they might have picked up a few. "You guys ready?" he asked as they reached the Hufflepuff common room. though he knew the password, he still knocked on the entrance and shouted out the traditional greeting:
"TRICK OR TREAT!"

"TRICK OR TREAT!"
Matty grinned after hearing this. The fifth year had been around for long enough to know that this was tradition from the Ravenclaws, and she found it entertaining every year. The girl hoped up from her lounge chair and grabbed one of the various bowls of candy they had lying around this evening. Matty opened the Common Room doorway, her eyes falling on the many Eagles gathered there. "Whoa, you'd think it was Halloween or something." she said sarcastically, however with a beaming smile on her face to represent that the girl was just kidding. Matty thought the Blue house had pretty cool costumes this year. The girl was simply dressed in the black dress with a vintage print, part of her costume for later. "Here we go, Candy for all!" the teenager then said, extending the bowl to let the Ravens help themselves.
After all, there was plenty more where that came from.

Jeremy had followed the group without saying much. It had been pretty neat to see where the Slytherins lived and he wondered if that meant he could go and visit Brenton whenever he wanted to now. He'd have to ask Drew later.
But for now, they were at Hufflepuff and Jeremy slunk behind his cousin, not sure what to expect. He didn't know any Hufflepuffs and wasn't sure if he liked them much. There was one girl in his year, but she avoided him.
A girl opened the door which made the small second year slip even more behind Drew. "Can we eat this stuff?" he asked the Head Boy quietly.

Lounging on one of the chairs in front of the fire, Seanna was snoring slightly, exhausted from the big week beforehand. Fair enough, she could've gone to bed, but that would require actually lifting herself up from the chair, up the stairs and finally to her dorm room. The deal didn't sound like a good one to Seanna and the common room chairs had always been cozy, anyhow. All that talk about getting up and walking to the dorm would require her to do something, and suffice to say, she didn't want to do nothing.
Which was why Seanna didn't hear the Ravenclaws cry of trick-or-treating and she continued on sleeping through the announcement. It wasn't until she heard Matty's voice saying something about candy for all did she wake up properly. Stretching and yawning, Seanna turned her brown head around and her eyes widen at the sight of Drew and the other Ravenclaws.
"Oh, oh! I forgot!" Seanna had been forgetting a lot of things lately and the girl had just put it down to her busy schedule. Though, she frowned at herself for forgetting that it was Halloween, the most creepy night there was and one of her favorite times of the year. Standing up, Seanna reached for a bowl of candy that was laying on one of the tables, and made her way over to the entrance.
"Happy Halloween!" The girl exclaimed, giving the Ravenclaws an apologetic smile for forgetting all about their annual trick-or-treating outing. Looking down at the bowl she had picked up, only made Seanna grin more, "Hope you like eating teeth, they're the best kind!" Taking a teeth candy herself, before she extended the bowl to the Ravenclaws in front of her.

TRICK OR TREAT, she had yelled with Drew and the others. She stood at the end of the groups, still able to be seen due to her height, and smiled when the two Hufflepuffs answered their call with as almost enthusiasm as they had given in knocking. "Ah... we knew we could cout on Hufflepuff," she said with an approving smile. "At least we'll have something edible."

Maddy had been relaxing by the fire, when she heard the traditional cry come from the mouths of the Ravenclaws. She grinned, remembering when she used to go around with her brother, sister mum and dad, back wehn she wasstill at her real home. It was sad that she didn't get to go anymore, but it didn't bother her anymore, she got over it last year. In her second year, she knew that there was no chance of going. The young girl had no idea that the Ravenclaw's were going around, until she deemed it too late to join them.
Maddy ran after Matty and Seanna, grabbing her assortment of chocolate toffees wrapped up in brightly covered papers. "Not fair, I wanna go!" She joked to the group.

Drew always thought that the Huffle girls were some of the coolest people he knew, and when Matty and Seanna opened the door to their common room, Drew did a little happy dance at the sight of them.
"So what've you guys got for us?" Drew asked with a wide grin showing from under his Dread Pirate Mask. Seanna offered up her bowl of teeth and Drew happily placed one in his bag before peeking to see what the little Badgerette held.
"So, come with!" Drew told her as he took a couple of toffees. "We're hitting the professors up next and then heading up to Gryffindor."

Jeremy was all for taking their candy, but wasn't too keen on asking the Hufflepuffs along, especially that Maddy girl who seemed awfully giggly to him. Jeremy was pretty sure the older Huffle girl was okay though, remembering her from quidditch the previous year. Very carefully, his hand snaked out from behind Drew and grabbed one of the sets of teeth she was offering. He had seen a lot of wizarding candy before, b ut never anything like that and decided he wanted another one just in case.

Jax smiled brightly though she was a bit upset that Gryffindor wasn't the next stop. However, as she thought about it, it wasn't really logical to go all the way to Gryffindor only to come all the way back down to Hufflepuff, especially when Huffle and Slytherin were so close, so she didn't complain. "Trick or treat," she actually spoke up this time as Drew did, hoping to get some candy, and maybe even see Lianna so she could pick on her some. Unfortunately, Lianna didn't show up at that time and Jax wrinkled her nose in annoyance again. "You guys know where Lianna's run off to?" Jax asked Seanna more or less than any of the other Huffles that were there.
Looking around again, she didn't even see Alexander, the guy who had helped her way back in January. Her brows pointed in as she was seeing no one that she knew and even less that she really liked all too much. "Or, even Alexander at this point. I'm sure I have some silly string in my bag with both of their names on it," she whispered to Seanna and giggled.

Spotting the hand snake around Drew, Seanna held out the dish of teeth candy further, so whose hand it was could have some more. Teeth were the best kind of candy, and she hadn't figured that out until she came to Hufflepuff and spotted the more muggle candy laying around. Swallowing the teeth candy she already had in her mouth, Seanna popped another piece of teeth candy in her mouth and maneuvered it around until it sat underneath her top gum.
Grinning a teeth candy grin at the Ravenclaws, Seanna raised an eyebrow at Jax and her suggestion of silly string. Swallowing that piece of candy before she opened up her mouth. "Nope, haven't seen 'em" Seanna hadn't seen Alexander since the camp out and she hadn't seen Lianna around for awhile. "I'll be sure to let them know what you're planning, though" The Huffle smirked at Jax, her eyes wandering over to her yellow bag that still contained one or two water dungbombs from her previous er... lesson with Tristan.
Though, Seanna didn't want to make it that obvious that she had a prank to pull and didn't want to spoil the candy that was out in range, but there was still time to pull a prank if she wanted to. "If you hold on a second, I'll come along" Seanna said to Drew. Even though now was not a time to pull a prank, it didn't mean that she wouldn't and hearing Drew say that they could come along, provided her with the perfect opportunity to go grab some stuff.
