"I know that," he answered with a deep sigh. He was upset, but he also knew it was stupid to let something that had happened so long ago bug him like this. It had been over two years ago, in the very beginning of their relationship, before they had really started dating, and in the end she had picked him... not Lucas. He had to keep reminding himself that.
"I know you love me," he told her softly, relaxing even more at her gentle kiss. It was easy for him to lable his own feelings but to be able to claim hers with full confidence was a pretty big deal. "And I love you. And I know nothing's going to happen with him beyond being friends, but it still bugs me. I know it's stupid, but it does."

Nodding softly when he confirmed what she knew, what she wanted him to know, she understood the complication. It was how she felt about other girls in his arms, but even then, they got to feel him, what it felt like to be in his comforting arms, to be held up against him, and possibly, by chance, feel his breath in their hair. Lucas didn't do that to her, he just wanted to be her friend after all she'd told him.
"That's how I feel," she admitted to him. Nothing was going to happen, but that didn't mean she liked it, and she knew that didn't stop some girls from trying. "I know you wouldn't let anything happen, but it still bothers me." Leaning her forehead against his, she wrapped her arms around his neck again, letting her body fall closer against his. All that mattered was he loved her, and that she loved him back. "So, it's not really that stupid, is it?"
Even if she didn't feel that way, she didn't think it would be stupid, maybe a little silly, but she thought it was kind of silly now. Closing her light brown eyes, Felicity kissed him again, harder this time, just wanting to feel that feeling it gave her whenever they kissed.

Drew still thought he was being stupid, feeling jealous over something that had happened years ago and would never go any farther, but to say so might imply the same of Felicity. He was being stupid, but he didn't think she was. Maybe it was a little silly, but it wasn't stupid.
And when she kissed him, that disappated the last of his jealousy. None of it mattered except he loved Felicity and Felicity loved him. "No... I guess it's not," he answered before kissing her again.

Accepting the kiss eagerly, Felicity's hands found the curls she loved so much, brushing through them as she kissed him back. And as much as she knew they had to finish their talk, she didn't break away from him too soon, wanting to just enjoy that little moment, knowing how they both felt, that they were able to talk about it without arguing, and still have time for a moment to just spend with one another, enjoying the others company. Climbing up on her knees, to get a little bit of an advantage, Felicity leaned into him as much as possible without hopefully being uncomfortable. The little voice in the back of her head was telling her to not get too involved as they still had to talk, but she was too busy letting her mind be preoccupied with him, his scent, his kiss.
"I love you so much," she mumbled against him, still unwilling to stop and talk.

Drew sighed happily as soon as her fingers found their way into his hair. He had hated those blasted curls for so long but now he loved the feel of her playing with them. She repositioned herself and he wished they were on the ground so he could lay back and really enjoy the moment, but all too soon he felt her pull away. It was only enough so she could speak, her breath tickling against him, but it was still a break.
"I love you too," he answered back before pulling her back in for another kiss. He hoped it didn't sound like a line just to get her to make out with him, but he was pretty sure she knew it wasn't.

Those words filled her with joy every time he said them to her. For over a year he'd been telling her he loved her, and she him, and it never got old in her mind. Her heart nearly overflowed to hear those precious words come from him, it was like nothing else she'd ever experienced and she couldn't get enough. When he went right back in for the kiss, she had absolutely no problem with it.
Breaking away from his lips after a few moments, she made a gentle trail of kisses along his jaw, leading to his ear, where she liked kissing on him because he had a tendency to laugh...and kiss her back.
The little voice continued to nag at her, reminding her the whole reason she had wanted to meet him right then and there, to talk about what happened, but she argued back that they deserved a small break, ten, maybe fifteen minutes, just to kiss.

Deep down, Drew knew the conversation wasn't over, but right now the rest of him chose to forget that fact. All he was concerned about was kissing the girl sitting on his lap, running one hand through her hair and clutching her waist with the other. Her gentle kisses tickled his ear and he gave a low, satisfied hum at the sensation. He found the sweet, soft spot on her neck and kissed her there, nibbling ever so gently and savoring the taste of her smooth skin.

As soon as his lips touched her, she giggled softly, at least, she did until she felt his teeth on her skin. It always managed to surprise her when he did that, which didn't seem to be often, but she just couldn't get over the sensations it gave her, and just how odd it was. Even if it felt right, it felt weird, too. And once his teeth made the sensations on her skin she moaned softly, surprising herself that time. While she had made little noises before, hums like he'd just made, that was the first time she had made that little noise, causing her to pull back, cover her mouth, and stare at him in surprise.

He was totally oblivious about the sounds he made when he was with her, but he adored the little giggles and squeals she made when she was especially happy. He loved it most when he knew he had been the cause of those special little sounds.
But this was a new one. It was surprising but not something he disliked. That low sound stirred something deeper than the usual giddy butterflies and he looked at her blankly for a moment before slowly breaking into a smile. Gently slipping his hands between hers and her face, he uncovered her mouth and gavbe her one small, tender kiss before leaning his forehad against hers. She was obviously embarassed but he saw no reason to be. "I love you," he told her again, mentally adding this new sound to his list of favorite things.

She knew she hummed like Drew did when he did things she liked, when he kissed her, she knew she giggled when he touched her ears, and nervously so when he kissed her neck, or that time he kissed her shoulder on her birthday, but never had she ever made a noise like that. In fact, she wasn't allowed to make a noise like that, she wasn't old enough, nor were she and Drew that far in their relationship (which was still light years away in her opinion) to be able to make that kind of a noise.
Surprise still in her eyes, she watched as he removed her hands, replacing them with his lips, and her eyes were never taken off of him. She understood that he loved her, unconditionally, he'd shown her that many times. But what about that noise? Why had he smiled? Why did he smell so good?
When he was so close to her, she knew there was little chance of resisting anything, especially without her parents around. She could feel his breath tickle her lips when he spoke, and next thing she knew, she was pushing him back against the backrest of the swing, eagerly pressing her lips hard against his.

Her agressiveness caught him off guard, but not for long. As she pushed him back, he grabbed her middle and pulled her with him, kissing her back forcefully and moving to his side to get in a better position. With one hand entwined in her hair the other caressed her side, playing with the edge of her shirt before slowly moving his hand down to her hip.
She was in her pajamas and he was kissing her. He really wasn't thinking about continuing their conversation anymore.

It didn't take much of his strength to get her to move forward with him, she was all ready on her way, not wanting to break away from him just yet. Felicity did her best to move when he did, trying to comfortably follow him on the little porch-like swing they were on. She could feel his hands moving along her waist, edging further, playing with her hair, and she loved it. It excited the feelings in her stomach, filled her mind with this weird haze, and only made her want to keep it up and never break from him.
His fingers touching the edge of her tank top sent even stranger feelings through her stomach, but she knew those were definitely not feelings she was allowed to follow, so instead placed one of her hands in his hair, so she could play with the curls she adored so much, and the others palm pressed against his collar bone, her fingers lacing themselves beneath his collar so she could feel the skin of his shoulder, massaging as best she could.
When his hand traveled past the hem of her shirt, she hummed carefully, making sure she didn't let another one of those other noises escape. Pressing harder against his lips, she parted hers just slightly, trying to let him know that she wanted to kiss him differently again, and that she still was quite ready to talk again. A few more minutes, that's all she needed.

The slight parting of her lips was the only invitation he needed and he accepted it willingly. He liked those soft gentle kisses, but he thought it was pretty nice when she got a little forceful like that. He really wasn't concerned about feeling things he shouldn't be feeling. All he knew was he was enjoying feeling them an awful lot.
He pulled her in tighter, letting his hand drift down from her waist to a place he hadn't tried in a while. He wasn't quite thinking that he wasn't allowed there, more that he just wanted to be as close to her as he could get.

As soon as he picked up on what she wanted, she pressed her body closer against his, not that there was much room beforehand. At that moment, things just felt right, and in a way, they felt too right. The kiss was exactly what she wanted, and she kissed him back, easily, though, she thought she bit him again... It wasn't the point, she was trying to better that kiss on her end, though she thought his was absolutely delicious.
His grip on her tightened, and if she could melt, she knew at that moment she would've. Things went back to feeling too perfect, too easy, too right, and while she knew those feelings had to be stopped, the other feelings, the normal ones, they didn't need to be.
Well...except that one.
Sitting bolt upright, not even sure whether he had time to move his hand or not, Felicity was sitting up, breathing hard, eyes wide with surprise once more. Had he really...? She'd been thinking about it for a few months now, and suddenly he...? Did she imagine he...? Did he know she wanted him to...?
"Drew?" she called for his attention. Surprised, thrilled, excited, definitely not ready to stop, but did he really read her mind?

Whenever his hands decided to think for themselves, she usually repositioned them without breaking the mood of whatever they were doing. Drew's hands got the hint quickly and usually remembered there were lines they weren't allowed to cross.
But this time she pulled back, sitting up and looking at him with an expression Drew couldn't read. He looked up at her slightly dazed, not quite sure what he was supposed to do. With the broken kiss he got a bit of clarity and realized exactly where his hand was. He wasn't entirely sure what to do about it. Was she mad? Had she even noticed?
Of course she had noticed. His hand was on her bum. How could she not notice? He pulled his hands away to tug at his hair instead, for his own stupidity. He had gotten lost in the moment and all he could do now was hope she didn't think he was trying to get a hold of something he wasn't supposed to. "I'm sorry," he mumbled. What else could he say? That it hadn't been him and his hands had been acting on their own volition?
