Akina didn't know how to get in contact with the headmistress. She tried owls, but they kept coming back to her unopened. She figured there was something wrong, but the only thing she could do was come to the school in person and discuss the situation. Akina made it to the gargoyle statue, but she didn't know the password. She looked at the statue and smiled kindly to it.
"If the headmistress is in will you please inform her that Agent Stone is here to see her. This will only take a few minutes of her time."

"You do know that thing can't leave its post madam?" A voice inquired from the woman's left rear. It was a bemusing sight, and though he would rather watch the woman humiliate herself more, he did have a professional duty to not allow that to happen. Damn the professionalism, it was a most annoying piece of work. But, it was in the contract, another one of those unwritten codes.
His eyes briefly took the woman in. She had said 'Agent Stone' Sounded like the ruddy muggle FBI or MI-6. Far from that of an auror precinct. Still, he would go with it, his hand absently on his wand underneath his robes.
"I must inquire your name, as well as your purpose madam. As, if you are a member of the staff, we have yet to be acquainted." He stated plainly, the terms on the table. Fair, reasonable, unavoidable without raising an attitude of some sort.
(As you are not within the boundaries of the office, I see no reason why cutting in is not permitted.)

Akina didn't know how things worked in the British schools, but she knew in American schools that the gargoyle would communicate to the Headmaster or Mistress and let them know they had a visitor. How else would the Headmaster/misstress would know someone was there. That and that's how other people have RP'd it. Akina took in the man briefly and just as quickly was going to dismiss him, but he was staff and would help her keep tabs on the boy.
"You must inquire? Well, if you must I will give you partly what you seek. I am Akina Stone, Agent Akina Stone for the Ministry in North America Magickal Law Enforcement for Juvenile Delinquents. That is my official title by the way. You can just call me ..."
Akina wanted to stay Stone or Agent Stone, but he was an adult and she would try and keep that in mind.
"...Akina. And you are?"
{No i don't mind you crashing it gives me something to do. Til the headmistress arrives.}

That and that's how other people have RP'd it. ((Was that really necessary? Not meant to seem harsh either)) In short, the woman was an Auror, who was apparently far from her jurisdiction. Quite frankly, she was the whole bloody pond away from her boundaries, and that only roused more suspicion within him. Be that as it may, she had provided, willingly, an alias by which to be called. Which was a start. Still no reasoning as to why she was present though. "Quite a long title, madam, my name is Robert Shaw, Professor of Herbology. And I must stress, and again request, your reason as to why you are here, as Hogwarts, is quite a distance from North America, and your normal jurisdiction." Robert stated, his right hand remaining loosely gripped around his wand, both still in his robes.

{Gee I'm sorry. I didn't mean it to sound mean. I just meant to say how other sites have RP'd that and I didn't know how else to bring that in. I'm so sorry. Maybe it was harsh. Again I apologize}
Akina was wondering why this school was so darn nosey. First the students, then the staff it was perplexing and she didn't like being questioned over and over again.
"Do you prefer Mr. Shaw or Prof. Shaw? Believe me I'm here on official duty and will only discuss the matter with the people I deem necessary, such as the Headmistress and Prof. Doggerel. If the Headmistress or Prof. Doggerel request you with us I will gladly explain my reason for being here."
Akina sighed. She didn't want to put the man off. She just couldn't explain her reasons for being her, though if he thought about her title she was sure he could come up with a good guess.

A woman who knew her stuff. Or, atleast, knew the part of sounding official. Still, his suspicans were slightly perked still. The times being what they were, it was not an understatement when the words 'anything could happen' were stated.
"Whichever you feel comfortable with. I have no preference as long as it is not humiliating nor demeening." He stated in initial reply as the woman continued to properly defy his inquiries.
"Very well madam, I suppose you have a right to keep one out of the loop should you see fit. Forgive my, pryings. The times are not as safe as they were, as I'm sure you know." Robert finished with a small shake of the head.

Akina didn't know what he was talking about. She knew about he-who-must-not-be-named, but if she was correct with her History he had died years ago. That was the only thing that she would deemed 'not safe' here in this part of the world.
"No, Mr. Shaw, I do not know. Will you please explain that to me? Should I have a student removed from this school?"

"Beliefs, madam, beliefs, they never die. Never shall. The age of the dark Lord is finished, Harry Potter saw to that. As all of wizard-kind knows. But there are always believers, heretics, if you will, who would seek to carry his torch. Surely you read the Prophet about The Mark appearing on Big Ben in London?" Robert inquired, clarifying slightly on what all knew was truth.
The rest, he had were assumptions, ones he would have to confirm with Tamis before becoming truly paranoid. Until then, all suspicion was cast.
"I do not, believe you would have to worry about the students safety in the school. This school, is sound, of that I am certain." He answered the woman's second blip with disinterest. It was an important topic. He merely was not certain fit he woman's credentials, her purpose, or for that matter, her organization existed. The only thing he WAS certain of, was she was a Yank.

With an eardrum-buckling crash, Elliot Doggerel swung his way down the hall with a sledgehammer the lenght of his leg. He'd just saw fit to knock the corner from a corinthian pilaster at the entrance to the corridor. His robes where smudged with a light powder and his face a bit flushed. The History of Magic professor gave only the breifest of attentions to the mustached professor and a woman who looked profoundly full of herself, a forced and somewhat mocking grin.
He nudged his way, sledge hammer and all to face the gargoyle. "Pumpkin Pastie," he said, but blinked when the griffon ruffled not even a carved feather.
"Now look here, you smodging dirt clod -!" he threatened, brandishing the sledge hammer wildly.

Akina was listening to the man's tales. To tell the truth she didn't pick up the paper for she was far to busy getting acquainted with this city and it was too different. Akina missed home, but this is where the boy was sent so this is where she will be. Akina moaned her discomfort at the news that this city was running rampant with Dark wanna bes.
"Are you trying to tell me that if Nicolae went outside of this school that..."
Akina couldn't finish her question. A obnoxious man with a huge tool was wildly swinging it this way and that narrowly missing Akina herself.
"Excuse me. EXCUSE ME! What in Merlin's name are you doing? You could hurt yourself or worse someone else."

She was stuck up after all! Elliot was not surprised as he looked over his shoulder to glare at her. He had absolutely no inclination to answer to her demands, whoever she was. He breifly entertained the notion that she was someone who might be able to get him fired, but he doubted it - he'd never been fired before and he'd done alot worse than remodel the Slytherin bathrooms. And at this stage, it was just a matter of bypassing a spell or two that kept such things from happening.
"I know what I'm doing," he snapped haughtily. "Don't get in a twist."

Akina gasped and would have reached out and grabbed the man by the lapels if it wasn't for that sledge hammer he carried. Akina instantly disliked the man.
"You can't possibly be a staff member? You are too crazy. I will have to report the Headmistress about this. I do not want Nicolae in your class."

"Of course I'm a staff member," Elliot snorted back and shrugged his robes into a more ordered arrangment on his shoulders. "And I'm a damn bloody good one, I'll thank ya very much for asking." Who was this woman. Beastly! He found a moment to look her over again and decided that with that attitude, and that accent she was some arrogant American something or other.
"You're not his mother are you?" he asked. Nicolae Torque was one of his American Slytherins, one of the many actually. Perhaps their threat of ousting their Head of House was not an idle one. "Because I'll not have parents skulking around telling who can and can't be in my House. He was sorted sure as shite into Slytherin, and that hat's no crazier than I am."
His mission to speak with the Headmistress was, for the moment, forgotten. He set the heavy head of hte sledge hammer down in front of him with a grating thunk, and hend the handle upright and steady to his chest. He had the distinctly boyish inclination that she wanted to take it from him.

And he was right. Akina would feel better if he would hand her the sledge hammer, but she saw the way he held it. Akina's eyes then went wide with realization.
"You mean to tell me my Nicolae is in your house? But you're crazy. I don't think I can have this. Do you, Mr. Doggerel also brandish sledge hammers at the students? How are you at authority? Can you be intimidating without an object or wand? Can you keep peace or do you create havoc yourself?"

"Pish-posh! I'll not have you gallivanting around my school, you worthless Ministry trash!" roared an infuriated figure that was stomping down the hall. Robes of a deep golden color swirled out behind her as she advanced towards the direction of her office, her loud voice most likely carrying down the hall to where the others were congregated. Her voice was the slightest bit strained and she seemed to be talking to no one in particular but to the brown-papered packaged clasped tightly in her hands.
Shaking it violently, the Headmistress jabbed it right in the middle. "Watch where you stab those things! It's bad enough you've tried to swipe my nose off completely, and now you're scratching the paint off of it!" came a small, indignant voice. "Shut," jab jab," up, bloody prat! What on this planet makes you think I'm going to consent to these ridiculous ideas of yours?" Fiona asked incredulously.
Her footsteps carried her on the path that she had walked many times, and Fiona was only paying the barest hint of attention to what was ahead of her. The group of adults and the stranger that was there went completely unnoticed by her.
