[ Physical Character Description: ]
All her life Francesca has believed that she's more beautifuler than anybody else on the planet. Having being an only child, her Mother was always doting on and putting her in fanciful clothing, dressing her up to make her look like life-like doll. The true fact on Francesca being beautifuler than anybody else, is infact, not too far from the truth. While she is a beauty in her own right, Francesca isn't more beautifuler than anybody else, she is just your standard girl wonder.
A dark brown haired wonder, that is. Francesca's hair is of a dark brown hair color, and if you look close enough, one could see blond highlights throughout the dark brown curls that lead just past her shoulder's. These come as a result of her begging to her Mother, whom can't really say no to her daughter, the dark brown curls accentuated the high definition cheekbones which is a family trait among the Hansen's. Most times, it's what people compliment first when they meet Francesca, some out of envy, and some out of pride for being around someone with so much beauty. Well, that's what Francesca will tell you, anyhow.
Oval orbs of dark brown warmth scattered with a bit of a apprehension in them, are hidden below long brown lashes. Brown, curved eyebrows compliment the dark brown eyes that sometimes turn to light brown if Francesca is sick or not a happy camper. Unlike most people, Francesca has perfected the art of hiding her emotions, so these don't readily come available in her eyes, but she feels a blank stare should suffice for most people.
Francesca is neither short nor tall and stands in the middle of a 5”5 skinny frame. The skinny frame is dressed in the most upmarket, modern clothing her Mother could afford for her. Vintage style is often referred to Francesca's clothing range, so lace, ruffly skirts, puffed up shirts, high waisted jeans, tie-dyed mismatched outfits are all often seen on Francesca and she will tell you that what she is wearing is in right now, even if it was meant to stay back in the eighties.
[ Personality Character Description: ]
A snob is what Francesca Hansen is. A first-grade, unbelievable over-the-top snob. Francesca was bought up to believe that no one was better than her and if someone didn't reach her standards of what she thought was top-notch, well, Francesca wouldn't be a friend to them. Francesca believes that she can do things better than anybody else can and will let them know it, too. Though, truth be told, she's not better than anybody else, she just holds herself in high regard.
A go-getter, hard worker is what Francesca is. Believing that nothing is impossible, she'll continue to work on that something she finds difficult until she gets it right and makes it even better than the thing she was working on before, was. If Francesca has to, she'll suck-up to the people who she thinks can help her out with things and point her in the right direction to making things possible.
Francesca doesn't make friends that easily, because of her status of being an only child. For one thing, being the only child her Mother only had, she was bestowed with attention upon attention. Therefore, she has difficulty making friends, because she has to give her attention to them and that of course, would take away the attention from her. In ending, it's the sharing part that Francesca isn't fond of when it comes to making friends. However, once Francesca has found a friend that doesn't mind not sharing with her, she will become that person's loyal friend and stay true to them.
As an attention seeker, Francesca will blow up her problems king-size, even if they were only small to begin with. Francesca loves to create drama and never lets an opportunity go by to do so. Say if she got a T on a exam, then the world would be ending for her. Francesca will cry, stomp, yell, cry some more, make up stories about the Professor that gave her the T until basically, she gets what wants. And yes, that is all the attention in the world given to her and only her. Oh, one more thing you should know about Francesca, she hates being called Francesca. Despises it, even. Francis or even Fran is the more nicer name she likes to be called by.
[ History: ]
Ingrid Francesca Michelle Hansen was once a daughter of an elite pureblooded family that lived in high society Denmark. The Hansen's had the best of everything. Best cars, furniture, houses, you name it, they had it. Ingrid lived in oblivious bliss right up to her twenties, thinking that she was better than anybody else, because she did have the best things in life given to her. Everything she wanted, she got. It was just as plain and simple as that.
That was until she meant muggle-born, Daniel Bridgman. Daniel was the son of a well-to-do muggle family from Denmark and Daniel was already on his way to be his Father's protege and would set to inherit everything that the Bridgman's have worked hard for. A well-respected name, a mansion in downtown Denmark, and the Bridgman's top-notch real estate company that never failed and sold everything just like that.
Ingrid fell in love with Daniel the instant she meant him while she was out on a rare family function in the muggle world of Denmark. This was where her oblivious bliss turn into downright obvious bliss and bought out the worst in her well-to-do pureblooded family when they finally found out about the scandalous romance. Ingrid tried to talk her family around, tried to show them that Daniel was not like any other muggle, but more like them, but they wouldn't hear about it.
Banned from the family after a rather nasty fight, Ingrid had nowhere to go except to Daniel's place. After arriving at his door with nothing but herself, they lived in bliss for a week. That was until Daniel asked about her family and why they were so against their relationship. Ingrid's life took another topsy-turvy road, and she told Daniel that she was a pureblooded witch. It was then that Daniel told her to get out, it was too confusing to him to understand that his partner was a witch and he didn't want anything to do with it.
Once again, Ingrid was on her own and wondering the streets of Denmark, this time, with a difference, even she wasn't aware off. Ingrid was three weeks pregnant. It didn't take long for Ingrid to find somebody she knew, and a cousin called Christensen that was half-blood and banished from the family as well, took her in at his place. A month later Ingrid realized that she was pregnant and the surprise even threw her, but it was happy feeling and she vowed to bring the child into the world and give her the best she could, even though it wouldn't be much.
Both her and her cousin Christensen decided to move away from their family in Denmark and decided that London would be their destination. With little money they had, they bought an run-down house just outside of London.
Eight months later on April 15th, Francesca Michelle Hansen was born into the world. Ingrid believed that her last name was better than Daniel's last name, because he had thrown her out after he came to know what she really was. From the time she was born, Francesca was a handful and her Mother thought she was the most beautiful child there ever was, putting her in baby competitions from the time she could smile and winning such competitions. By the time that Francesca was eleven, she already thought she was better than everybody else and when she got a letter to Beaubaxton's Magic School, she thought she was even better.
That was until Francis got to the school and found out from her learning that was another, even more greater school than Beaubaxton's and that school was Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. Begging her Mother to change schools, she finally got a yes out of her and she was on her way to the best school and to being the best witch there ever was, even if she only thought so.
[ Pros and Cons : ]
Francis has many Pro's. The girl is a Pro when it comes to learning new things. Learning new things... then making something even more terrific out of that new thing she has learned. Francis needs to be doing something to keep her occupied, for she hates sitting idle and not doing anything. Doing nothing is not her style and anything that she learns she often learns quickly and if she doesn't get it straight away, she will keep on trying to get it right, and like previous said, make something better out of it.
Francis has the ability to make a unbelievable story, believable. Even if the story is so far-fetched when she first started it. Francis will make a story up, add to it, add to it again and make it sound like the story did actually happen, even though the story never did happen. Stories to her is a little bit like drama. Adding drama to an otherwise boring subject is a Pro off hers.
Not being offended is another of Francis's pro. If someone insults her or is just plain mean to her, it's like water of a duck's back. Because she thinks she is better than anybody else, hurtful words don't heed her much because they don't reach her ears and she makes light of the hurtful words and turns into a positive, more than a negative.
Well, Francis does believe that she is better than herself and with that being said, is a con. It's not very helpful that she does think this of herself, for it doesn't help in finding and making friends, because she has a set of standards that each individual must pass in her mind to be her friend. If they don't pass that set of standards, they don't become her friend.
Being oblivious to everyone's world around her, besides her own is another flaw in her personality and is a family trait. Francis for the most part, lives in her own little world, where everything is just right and perfect and no amount of telling her otherwise can make it bad. Even if her world is not so perfect, she tells herself it is and continues on thinking everything is dandy.
Attention seeking is another con of Francis. Any opportunity she gets, she tries and get the attention she is seeking. It's like a drug, an addiction to her. A bad addiction that even she doesn't realize she does it half the time, but finds it hard to get out of.
[Role Playing Example:]
Francis looked around at her new home, her dark brown eyes masking the excitement that was behind them and emitting a blank stare that could be mistaken for resentment if one took it that way. Francis was, though, by no means resenting coming to her new school. Like in the book she had read at Beaubaxton's, it was absolutely, positively, a marvelous place. Francis could see that Hogwarts held the best of everything, that was plain to see while she looked at the grand staircase and the wonderful, marble floor, plus the great big oak doors that she had came through.
Now it held her as well, the best witch to come out of Beaubaxton's, even if only she thought so and as her blank eye traveled around, she couldn't wait to meet the people inside it and become friendly with the best people in it that were up to her standards. Beaubaxton's had been good, but Hogwarts was greater. Francesca Michelle Hansen was glad that her Mother finally relented and allowed her to come to this school... she could tell she was going to have fun here.
