Everyone was in the great hall. It was all set up. The table had been cleared and the great hall divided into five rooms. The students were to wear plain, black robes, as so the killer might not be identifiable by house, though she knew some students were wearing their uniforms underneath their robes.
The five rooms were set up differently, but only four were accessible to the "living." One was a more fancyish type sitting room There were two chairs, a couch, and two end tables. Bookcases filled with fake books lined the walls. Another was a ball-room type setting, with a polished hard-wood floor and low hanging soft lights. The third was like a kitchen with an island counter and cabinets. Realistic rubber knives lay in drawers of the cabinets. The last room was filled with fun house mirrors. The 5th room was set apart for the "dead." Upon being killed and investigate, a victim, was allowed to leave and go here, provided the next victim was killed and they left behind the clues from their killing. This room was well lit, with comfy chairs and a table of snacks and drinks. There was also a sort of magical security screen. It showed pictures of all four rooms, but no sound. There was a charm placed upon this room so that no one could say the name of who had murdered them.
Everything was ready and it was time to begin. Time to find the first victim. A little first year, Leah Queben, had volunteered to be the first victim. The first victim would be found soon. There was the cue. She was in the ball room, and suddenly the room went dark with classic Weasley Wizard Wheeze's Instant Darkness Powder. When the darkness lifted, small, red-haired, pale-skinned Leah was lying sprawled on the ground. Selena hurried over to her and felt for a pulse. "She dead," she whispered. The killer had left no clue this first time. "Sicco Versus" she said, outlining the victim with a bright black line, so when she moved, it would leave evidence of where her body had been.
She waved her wand in the direction of the doors. All could hear them shutting and locking. "No one must leave until we find the murderer. He or she is among us. No one is safe."

Brendan just looked at the little red-head upon the floor through troubled brown eyes. It was all too gruesome for him, he couldn’t take such gruesome scenes, maybe signing up for this hadn’t been the greatest idea. Chewing on his bottom lip slightly, he rose onto his feet and looked past someone’s shoulder at the little girl. It might be a game, but he had always been partial to red-heads himself. Yes, it was a very bad scene indeed.
Brendan couldn’t help but jump when the door clicked as the nurse locked the doors. He was in a room with a murderer. A pretend one, but still cold comfort. Brendan stuffed his hands into his pockets and looked for any obvious clues. He couldn’t find any however. So intently, he continued chewing on his lip waiting for someone else to respond to this scene.
"No one must leave until we find the murderer. He or she is among us. No one is safe." Brendan heard soon after the doors locked. He looked at the nurse through his deep brown eyes and nodded slowly.

Reina leaned against the fireplace. {All murder scenes have a fireplace.} Reina watched the flames intently before glancing at the dead firstie. Reina slowly smiled nodding her head before catching herself and stopping. She didn't want anyone to think she ws the murderer.
"Well, now that we know one of us is killing the others let's find something out. Who all knew this firstie? That should narrow it down, right?"

"They didn't have to know the firstie," Lily spoke up from where she was staring at the little girl laying on the floor. "How do we know it isn't a random act? How do we know that the murderer didn't just want us to think that they knew her when in actuality they didn't?"

"Well, maybe she wasn't the one intended to die." Bailey spoke, walking over closer to the first year. It was always a possibility. She had watched her fair share of muggle television shows at her grandparent's house. Over half of them were about some type of murder.
Looking down at her, the first thing she noticed was her hair. Absentmindedly, Bailey brought a hand up to her own red hair. The mood was ere. Something she did not like, at all.

"That would make sense," Rael said in agreement with the girl. "The more random the act, the more likely we begin to trust people that didn't know her." She had never liked games when she didn't know the true outcome, and murder had no outcome but death. True it was a game, but the Great Hall still felt heavy like what had just happened was real and had really been witnessed by all of the people standing around waiting for the next victim to fall.

"And then as soon as we trust them," Lily said, picking up where Rael left off. "We're dead too and nothing more is of us." She shivered, afraid of her own words, and afraid of this situation, though she knew it was a game. Who was the murderer?

"But if no one trusts each other, then if anyone finds a clue they'll keep it to themselves and then when another clue is found no one will know, so no one will be able to piece them together so we will all end up being killed." Jade knew this was only a game, but she was still really freaked out. Then another thought came to her, "But if we trust each other with clues, the murderer might plant false clues and we'll all end up dead anyhow. What happens if the murderer isn't caught?"

"I believe that would mean we all die, except for the murderer," Keagan replied with a nod, standing beneath one of the low hanging lamps so as to avoid being caught in the shade. "I think the only way to go about this is to accept that there may be false clues left and false accusations made, but share our information anyway. Otherwise nothing will ever be accomplished."

Listening to all of the comments, Bailey bit her lip lightly. Walking around the victim, she made a complete circle trying to find any sort of clues she could so far. She would need to examine her more closely, but not yet. Glancing at each whom had spoke, she tried to remember their faces in her mind for future reference.
She was not sure how she felt about the clues and trust issue so far. She could not trust everyone. But a select few was a different story.

Cameron sighed. She sat down on the floor. She saw the body laying on the floor from a distance, and didn't want to get close to it. She didn't want to see somebody dead. At all. It made her sick to her stomach. Cameron couldn't look at anybody bleeding, or dead. She just couldn't. Cameron closed her eyes.

Jade smiled shakily at Keagan's words. At least someone could keep a cool head in this situation. Jade didn't know why she was so scared. She was usually not easily frightened and this sense of fear she could feel coursing through her body was new and not something she wanted to experience again. The thought of a murderer, even a false one, being locked in the same room as her was just too much. Jade felt slightly faint. She needed to sit down and find her happy place.

"I'm going to check out some of the other rooms," Lily announced, raising her eyes from the floor. "I'm not sure everyone knows about the murder yet, but they need to be told. No one is safe." She was a bit worried about going alone but she wasn't going to ask if anyone wanted to come with her, it could be a trap.

Daniel, unlike Jade nearly snorted with Keagan's comment. Him? Share the clues? As if! He wanted that card to himself. He walked over into the little group, and leaned casually against a book end watching Cameron through questioning eyes. She surely looked suspscious at this point. Shaking his head slightly, he looked back at the body upon the floor. Yes a little first year. Even though only a game, he couldn't help but feel glad. He had never liked children.
Daniel straightened himself off, and brushed off his robes, as if he was wearing a suit, and headed off into the fun house mirrors room. It was more for pleasure then not, as he enjoyed watching himself through such mirriors.

"Do you want company?" Jade asked the girl who had said she was going to check the other rooms. Jade knew that she wouldn't want to go alone if it were her. 'But then again, the girl might just suspect that I'm the murderer and that I'm just going to kill her' Jade thought. She definetely wouldn't mind stayin behind. There were more witnesses. 'Oh my God!' Jade thought suddenly, 'What if that girl is the murderer!' But there was no taking back her offer.
