Okay, so it was probably a weird place to conduct an interview, but it was the right place to meet someone. Seanna wanted somewhere for this interview to be more in the open then the closed settings of places like; the corridors, the library or even in her own quiet opinion, the great hall.
If Seanna had to leave the Huffle common room, she was going to make sure she was somewhere where there would be people going by more often than not. The Huffle thought that the entrance hall was good for that. There was the occasional person going in to the entrance hall and then there was the occasional person going out of the entrance hall. Perfect place if there ever was one.
Sitting right in the middle of the entrance hall would be where the Ravenclaw she had asked for this interview would find her. Seanna hadn't really prepared for this interview, heck, she didn't even know if this should be an interview. The sixth year was thinking it was more of an meet and greet thing, which was fine with her. Seanna liked meeting new people.
So there she was, sitting in the middle of the entrance hall, her front to the grand staircase, her back to the oak doors. The girl's eyes looking down at the marble floor, waiting. Seanna really didn't mind waiting either, it gave her time to push her own thoughts out of her mind and focus on other things. It gave her time to think of questions that she should ask the Ravenclaw when she came, those questions were much better to think about then her own thoughts, considering she didn't even know where to begin with her own thoughts.

Hufflepuff? A message recieved to meet up with a Hufflepuff Prefect. Jax was only glad to hear that it was for the paper of sorts, and not because she was in trouble. She sighed as she walked towards the ground floor towards the entrance hall where she was said to be able to find Seanna waiting. That was her name right? Jax had actually heard it before from Drew while speaking of quidditch and Jax was happy to be meeting the girl. Why not? She couldn't be as bad as some of the Huffles Jax had met.
Walking down, she saw a girl sitting on the floor and waiting for her, presumably. "Seanna?" she questioned walking up to the girl on the floor. Blond hair, quite tall looking, even from the floor, Jax nodded to herself. That must have been the girl.

Seanna looked up from the marble floor to find a not so familiar Ravenclaw girl looking down at her. "Yup, that's me" Seanna told the girl, giving the girl a small smile. "Have a seat, it's Jacquie or Jax, right?" Seanna offered the Ravenclaw a piece of the entrance hall's floor to sit on. The name was a bit confusing to Seanna when she looked it up on the list of students she had in the newspaper's office. First it had Jacquie, then Jacquelyn and then finally, Jax. The Huffle girl didn't know which name she should call the Ravenclaw girl, figuring it was better to ask the girl what name she'd preferred to get called by.
Seanna was beginning to think that she should have at least bought something to eat or drink and she thought she should have bought something a little more comfortable to sit on. Then again, there was really nothing wrong with sitting on the marble floor of the entrance hall. The spot she chose in the middle of the floor had all the right vantage points. Seanna shouldn't be thinking about that, though. What she should be thinking of was questions to ask, the problem was, she had no idea what to ask the Ravenclaw standing in front of her.

"Just call me Jax, it's easier that way and I like it better," Jax said as she smiled and sat on the floor next to Seanna. This was a weird meeting place to meet someone new, especially for a paper interview. Why was she in the paper again? Jax couldn't even fathom what the reason for it could be......unless....
Had somebody found out her secret and wished to call her out full spread in the newspaper all across the HOGWARTS CAMPUS!? A nervous sweat started to form at Jax's brow. She hadn't heard of anyone finding out other than Snake and Professor Hectis, and both said that they'd be quiet about it. Not to mention, Snake also fancied girls in a way, Jax remembered that conversation clearly, so she'd be losing too. Not that Celina hadn't already ruined the thirteen year old's prospect of being with Snake. Jax was still convinced that the Gryffindor's were under the impression that they could no longer trust any of the Ravenclaws because of what Celina had done. It was the only explanation she had for Snakes....disappearance? Jax saw it more as avoidance.
But then why the interview? "So, what are we doing then?" Jax asked, a bit on the nervous side. Hopefully, she wasn't too obvious about being a little uncomfortable.

(sorry ) "Okay, I'll call you Jax, then" Seanna agreed, she had chose Jax for this interview because while she had seen the girl around the castle, she didn't really know that much of her, except that she was a Ravenclaw and that was really about it. This also gave Seanna the opportunity to make good on the task she had set herself when she returned to Hogwarts, which was to meet new people and get to know them. "I'll be asking you a few questions in a sec, right after I find them" Seanna informed Jax, pulling a small, pale and ironically, yellow backpack towards her lap. Unzipping the yellow bag, she sifted through the contents of it, her hand finally getting hold of a few pieces of parchment which Seanna pulled out of the backpack. "Here we go" Seanna said, pulling out the crumpled pieces of parchment and smoothing them out on top of the backpack. "This interview is basically mainly to get you know a bit better, to let the whole castle get to know you a bit better" Seanna supplied for Jax, figuring she'd better let Jax know what the interview was about before they started the question and answer time. "Is that okay with you?" Seanna half figured that it had been okay, since Jax had came to meet her for the interview, but she felt it was better to be safe than sorry.

Jax wondered what kind of questions Seanna would ask of her as Seanna shifted through the stuff in her yellow, and rather Huffl-ly like bag. Jax nervously gulped but kept a smile on her face at all times. She had nothing to hide. Well, nothing that she couldn't lie about not wanting to hide. And Jax doubted that anything like secrets and stuff like that would come up at all during the interview. Why would it? There was no reason that it would. Unless of course someone had seen her and Snake.......Jax shook it from her mind, knowing that what happened after the Deva invasion, no one would remember anything so trivial about her.
But, why would the school want to know anything about her? It was beyond Jax, but as long as no questions came up about anything really too personal, Jax was ok with it. "Sure, whatever you want," Jax said, a bright smile playing on her lips as she positioned herself in a sort of stretched out position resting her arm on one knee she lifted up, while her other leg was laid out in front of her. A nervous tap came from the young raven's foot as she sat on the ground next to Seanna as she prepared herself for the questions to come.

"Don't worry, I really am just going to ask basic questions. At the same time, if there's anything that you don't want me to put in the paper about you, just tell me and I'll put a note by it" The huffle smiled at Jax, trying to reassure her that there was nothing to worry about it or nothing to be nervous about, as she noticed the tapping that seemed to be a nervous reaction. Really, it was just a standard interview and with her not being as prepared as she was, she really did only have the basic of questions in front of her, which she should really start asking.
"Okay then. I 'spose we should start?" Seanna asked, just to really make sure that Jax wanted to do this interview. The Ravenclaw in front of her seemed really nervous and Seanna didn't want Jax to feel like she did have to do this interview. Once again, Seanna reached for her yellow backpack and unzipped the flap, reaching into the depths of it to find a quill and some ink while she waited for Jax's answer. The Huffle knew that there was one of each somewhere inside of her bag, it was just a matter of her hand finding them.

Jax nodded, trying to came her twitching. There was going to be nothing about her in the paper she didn't want, and frankly it's not like Seanna would ask personal questions or anything, so thought Jax, so she should have been fine. "Sure, I'm all ready," Jax said, putting on the biggest smile she could. "What's first on the agenda?" Jax was really hoping that they'd touch on the Quidditch playing that she did or something like that, but she really had no idea what to expect. I guess it was just a matter of waiting for Seanna to find whatever she was looking for inside her bag....Jax almost wondered if she had any candy in there too. The bag did seem awful full of stuff.

Scraping the bottom of the bag, Seanna found the elusive ink bottle and the gold quill that she knew just had to be in the bag. "There you are" Seanna mumbled to herself, pulling the ink bottle and the quill out from the bag and setting them on the floor of the entrance hall in front of her.
Unfortunately, Seanna had no candy in the bottom of her bag, it was mainly just stuff for class and the paper that was in it. The Huffle found that it was way easier putting everything into the bag instead of lugging everything by hand everywhere, there was less chance of her spilling things onto the floor if everything was in the bag, too.
Hearing Jax say that she was ready, Seanna was glad, that meant she could finally relax and ask the questions she had prepared on her piece of her parchment, which was now still on the backpack. "First question on the agenda is... where did you go grow up?" Jax really had nothing to worry about. The Huffle had planned the questions so that she would only be asking the basics of the person and that was it.
Looking up from the piece of parchment, Seanna waited for Jax's answer and her mind began to wander. The Ravenclaw in front of her still seemed slightly nervous about doing the interview and her instincts were starting to pick up that maybe there really was something that Jax didn't want the world to know... then again, her instincts just could be way off today and could just be reading into something that really wasn't there.

Jax watched as Seanna pulled a quill and ink bottle from her bag and slumped a bit over when she saw no candy whatsoever from the bag being pulled. Ah, well…she told herself as she shrugged internally and sat ready for what the interview might bring. As Seanna said the first question, Jax puffed out he chest a bit to show Seanna that she was ready for anything.
Anything….except that boring of a question! Maybe Seanna wasn’t going to ask anything cool…Jax was a bit surprised but nonetheless gave the answer. It was only the first question, so she could hope that there’d be something interesting to talk about for this article. Otherwise, maybe Jax wouldn’t want to be known….oh, just great.
Now that the first question was asked however, she felt more at ease. If those were the types of questions she was about to get, maybe there was really no reason to be nervous. Jax smiled and answered the question. “I grew up in the country side of France about one hundred miles away from Paris. It’s a really small town that if you blink you’ll miss it called Senones.” Jax nodded, pleased with her answer and smiled again.

"Senones" Seanna mumbled to herself, trying to remember if she had ever been to that small town with her parents while they were traveling. "You say you're from France?" Seanna asked, a little bit excited that she found someone from her continent. There were a few, but really not that many that came from Europe. "I come from Italy" The Huffle informed the Ravenclaw, while again scribbling out the spelling of where Jax had came from and trying to spell it the right way.
"Well, from Milan, anyhow. Can't say that I've heard of Senones, though; what's it like there?" Seanna asked Jax, truly interested as to what it was like living in Senones. 'Well, what I meant to say was, what's it like living and growing up there?" While that question wasn't on the list of questions, it just seemed like a good follow up question to the one that she had just asked just moments before.
"While I'm asking questions, um, how do I spell Senones?" After the third time of trying to spell it the right way, Seanna had decided to give up and ask the person across from her, the girl never did get taught that much about France from her Professor.

"It's not really like anything," Jax jested and rolled her eyes. "Well, in the wizarding world any ways." Jax stretched putting her hands above her head and listened to where Seanna was from, taking note for those just in case times. "Senones is in the countryside. So small, you'd miss it if you blinked. I have a few friends that live there and we like to hang out and play ball and such in the fields and the pastures where the cows roam and such." Jax smiled widely and put her hands in her lap.
"Spell it? S...E...N...O...N....E....S..that's how." Jax nodded and thought about it to herself, hoping she had it right, but knowing that she did. "Milan is in Italy? What's it like there? I've never really left France at all.....heh, actually, never traveled much of that either." Jax rolled her eyes again, but mostly at herself. She really wasn't into traveling all that much and liked the quiet life of being in one place. Yup, that was Jax.

" Countryside... play ball with the cows in the countryside... " Seanna wrote furiously on the piece of paper in the margins next to the questions that she had written down. "Wait, did you say that you played ball with the cows? I've never heard of a game like that before... " Seanna trailed off, her face now in confusion. While it sounded like a sport of some sort, the Huffle wasn't really sure which and the girl wasn't a big fan of sports, besides quidditch.
Seanna looked up from her scribblings, trying not to be rude while she had her head bent down and scribbling furiously. A part of a good interview was eye to eye contact and making the interviewee not feel nervous. Or so, that's what the Huffle thought, anyhow. "You know, just in case I wanted to quote this in the article and all" It really was all it was. The Huffle wanted to make sure that this article would turn out properly, so she needed to make sure that she had her quotes right and not wrong.
"Yup, Milan is in Italy. My parents have a museum in downtown Milan" Seanna supplied for Jax, thinking that that information probably wouldn't get used for anything. Yes, she had become slightly paranoid since the attack and had to think more of what to say to people, in case it ended up in the wrong hands. "Milan is big... lots of shops for great shopping, though" Seanna also supplied for Jax, that was the only part she missed about Milan while being in London, the shopping just wasn't as good.

“Play’s ball with what?!” Jax laughed feverishly as Seanna asked her if she played ball with the cows and she laid back on the floor. It was too much. Jax held her stomach tight as she continued to laugh, knowing that that probably wasn’t too nice but at the same time…she just couldn’t help herself. “No…no….no” she huffed in between new spurts of giggles. “I play baseball in the fields with my friends. Ya know? The fields were cows eat their grass…” Jax turned herself over getting up back into her seated position, trying to act cool and collected…but it really wasn’t working as she’d giggle here and there as she imagined playing fetch or something with a cow. It was amusing to say the least.
“Your parents own a museum?” Jax cocked her head and looked utterly confused. Why would anyone own such a boring building? She couldn’t imagine it. “Is it a good one? Like hands on, where you can touch stuff….or is it just boring pictures and stuff?” Jax really was interested, but probably not one of the most tactful people to talk about certain things with. Why would anyone do something or own something that was not exciting or up to date? Jax would never know.
By that time, Jax had missed whatever else Seanna had said about the town she grew up in, so she just nodded her head in agreement. “Oh, that’s neat,” Jax replied with a general reply. With that answer, she couldn’t dig herself deep in too much goo she didn’t figure. Jax figured she’d find out sooner or later.

Seanna blinked. What on earth had she said to make Jax laugh so? Forcing herself to listen so that she could get the right quote for her article, she became a bit more confused. "So... " Seanna began, trying to absorb what Jax had said, sometimes she wondered if she should've paid more attention to when her old Professor in Italy was teaching her about the Muggle world.
"Baseball is a sport that you play with other people, while the cows graze in the same field that you're playing in?" Now finding what she had just said to Jax would've probably sounded funny and that's why the other girl was laughing for. Even Seanna allowed herself a small smile when she thought of how funny her wording might've sounded. Playing ball with the cows. At least she knew what cows were and didn't have to ask what they were, now that would have been even more embarrassing.
Seanna screwed her nose up when Jax asked her about her parent's museum of whether or not if it was boring. "If you ask me, it's boring" Seanna shrugged, it was probably boring to her because she had to live in the back of it and that was all she heard about, all day and all night. "It's not just pictures, though. My parents acquire things from both of the muggle world and the magical world" In Seanna's opinion, the museum was better at night time, when no one was around and she could explore it all on her own.
"Let's just say it's interesting" Seanna finished off, shrugging her shoulder's and glancing back down at her list of questions. "Back to the questions... what's your full name?" Seanna looked back up at Jax and wrinkled her nose at her own disgust in her unpreparedness. "I promise the questions do get better than this" Seanna explained, feeling like she owed Jax an explanation at least.
