Aleeza could hear mumblings behind her back and though she wanted to turn around and give the old Quidditch player a piece of her mind she held her tongue because he was a professor and she didn't need anyone trying to make her life miserable. Though she hadn't done too well trying to talk to Celina. Since coming to Hogwarts everything had turned upside down and now she just wanted to go home, though it wasn't much better there than at the now dangerous school.
Feeling a hand on her arm she turned cautiously to see Celina standing behind her. It seemed that the older Ravenclaw felt as though she'd done something wrong, when in fact Aleeza had gone into the confrontation looking for trouble. Shaking her head, red curls bounced back and forth before finally she stilled and opened her mouth.
"No, I'm sorry. I've been a bit of a brat since coming here and well...it doesn't matter now, does it?" She said, looking over Celina's shoulder at Mr. Jedynak. The slight slip up of hearing his first name did not slip past her and she locked it in her mind before returning her eyes to Celina's.
"I would love to join the two of you for tea, as long as you're sure I'm not getting in the way of alone time with your brother." Aleeza said slowly, trying her best to keep her eyes focused on the other Ravenclaw girl. There was something about the man behind her and Aleeza wanted to know what it was. His cool demenor and seeming inability to care about anything that didn't directly involve him reminded Aleeza of someone and she was determined to find out who.
"I don't want to get in the way of your time with your...brother, I'm guessing."

Celina accepted Aleeza's apology silently and listened to the young girl's concerns about joining them. Celina figured it only served Alfonz for saying such things as he usually tended to do. "Oh, no. It wouldn't be a bother or anything at all. Though, I must warn you. My brother's tongue is a bit rough around the edges. He's not your typical people person." Celina turned around to face where her brother was standing and he nodded as if he already knew what was going on. Celina figured she had done this one too many times to him, but now he was on her playing field and he had to at least be somewhat civil, which Celina loved to shove in his face.
Celina sighed as Aleeza mentioned that she guessed the two of them were siblings and she nodded. "Indeed, the rumors are true....though, if you do join us....I was wondering if you could keep it to yourself that you did? He's really not one for company. He does it for me, you see.....and he hates publicity.....so, could this be just our secret?" Celina asked the young girl, an hint of pleading was evident within her expression. Plus, she knew that later she'd be hearing about how horrible of a time he had, and blah blah blah. Celina would hear him for hours about the whole excursion.
Starting to walk back to where her brother stood, Celina looked back at Aleeza with a puzzled look on her face. "My brother said something about meeting you before? When was that?" Celina giggled almost wondering how many more he had tainted with his coldness. Celina was actually surprised that Aleeza was in fact coming with her after already meeting him. Guess there's a first time for everything, Celina thought to herself.

"I've learned that the hard way." Aleeza said, thinking back to the dungeons. Professor Jedynak had been civil yes, but nothing more than keeping up appearences and that had been blatantly obvious. Celina was right. He wasn't the type for company. Then again, the redhead couldn't blame him. If he was working at Hogwarts he must be doing it to protect his sister from the threat of the Deva, something a true man would do. Aleeza couldn't fault him that.
"Oh, we met when I got lost in the dungeons and I bothered him long enough to lead me out of the hellish maze." Aleeza said, doing her best to keep positive about the situation. Having tea with one of the professors and his younger sister? Who would have thought that the day would turn out like this? Definately not Aleeza, though nothing was ever as it seemed at Hogwarts. "And don't worry. I don't talk to many people around the castle anyway. Secret is safe in here." She said, tapping the side of her head as they returned to Professor Jedynak's side.
"It's nice to see you again, sir." Aleeza said with a small curtsy, though she couldn't hide the slight smirk on her face. The redhead couldn't shake the feeling that by accepting tea with the siblings she was stepping into a world she wasn't quite ready for, but couldn't wait to jump head long into.

As Celina walked along side the younger girl, she listened to where she had met her brother and was actually surprised. He led her out of the dungeons? It was almost a shock to hear that Alfonz had helped the younger girl out anywhere, but it didn't surprise her at the same time. Celina knew how important it was for him that he stayed at Hogwarts, though she really wished it wasn't, and Celina also knew that in order to stay in the game he'd do anything. She'd heard the lectures about it one to many times to not know why he was here, or what he'd do to stay here. It was probably the only reason why he was allowing the young girl go have some tea with them.
"That was nice of him though. Most surprising in some cases, but Alfonz can be like that sometimes...full of surpries, I mean," Celina said, not taking note that she had called him by his first name again. As long as no one else did it, they'd be fine, but for fifteen years she'd been calling her brother by his first name, and she wasn't about to stop that now. When they got over to where Alfonz stood, Celina looked up at him and smiled appreciatively.
"Well I guess introductions are not needed," Celina said sweetly as Aleeza curtsied and Celina noted how proper the girl seemed to act. She must have had good schooling, Celina thought to herself as Celina continued to smile brightly. "Are you busy, Alfonz? Or can we all sit down for some tea and chat for a bit?" Celina asked her brother, thinking that that would probably the next best course of action to take.

Celina looked back at him from where she had stopped with the young girl and he nodded, not exactly knowing what Celina was asking of the girl but figuring that it had something to do with both of the Jedynaks. Oh, joy, Alfonz thought to himself as he figured that he had probably just invited the younger girl over. Celina was like that, always asking of him something with a look, and him being foolish enough to agree without even knowing what was being asked of him. If it wasn't for her damn smile, Alfonz knew he'd be able to control himself, but Celina was his younger half and therefore, he'd do anything to keep her smiling.
As the two Ravenclaws walked back over to where he stood, Aleeza curtsied and Celina laughed. Alfonz couldn't help but smirk as he bowed just slightly at the younger girl, lingering a bit to give her a wink just for show. If Celina wasn't there... he kept thinking to himself the entire time, not really wanting the girl over, or her mouth to open at how much of a "great guy" he was. Alfonz could have choked on that thought, but he kept it together for a bit longer as Celina asked of him exactly what he had agreed to do.
"Tea? Why, of course. I'm free for a couple of hours....please, this way," he said gesturing for the both of them to follow him. Looking around to make sure no one was watching, Alfonz took out his wand and tapped three times on the nearest door. It of course wasn't where his quarters were located, but because of the spell he had on them, the door would appear there and let them in. Alfonz didn't bother telling the girls, for Celina already knew and Aleeza....well, Alfonz just found it amusing to see people react when they go in one place and out another. Because of the complexity of the spell, Alfonz had it only set to the ground floor, but it'd still be something to see if they ended up somewhere near the courtyard, which was all the way at the other end of the floor.
A door appeared with A.J. engraved in it with golden letters. "What do you think Celina? I decided that something to mark it may be nice, for those rare occasions someone needs me...." or can find the door, Alfonz finished it to himself looking at both younger girls and opening the door to let them in. He gestured for them to enter first and bowed slightly again. "Ladies first," he smirked almost wanting to laugh at how lame he felt, but did nothing of the sort.
He save it for later when there was no one around to hear him judge how foolish some people really are.

Aleeza hesitated, letting Celina be the first to walk into the room. She felt a bit strange sitting down to tea with one of the teachers because she felt that there was a line, a very big line, between teacher and student and she wasn't sure how having tea with the new teacher would be. It was obvious that Mr. Jedynak, or Alfonz as Celina called him, was only at Hogwarts to keep his sister safe and that was a good quality in an older sibling. God knew Micky wouldn't do that for her.
"So Celina," the silence was making her uncomfortable and she didn't like it. "What year are you?" Aleeza didn't know what there was to talk about now, but she knew that there had to be something that the three of them could discuss. The bag slung over her shoulder bounced against her hip with each step and it was slowly annoying her.
As she walked she let her mind wonder over what her life had been like since coming to Hogwarts. Everything seemed to be flipped upside down and she didn't know which way was up anymore. Everything was different and she didn't exactly like it. There was something to be said about keeping things the same. Change was not always good.

Looking at the door and the A.J. that was engraved within it, Celina smiled brightly. It was a big step, she felt for her older brother. Though it was still a hidden door, but Celina found that it at least looked good and somewhat like a label. "It's really nice, Alfonz. Very classy," she giggled looking at Aleeza whom looked more nervous about going in and having tea than one should. Celina placed her hand on the younger girl's arm again and smiled reassuringly. There was nothing to worry about, especially since Celina herself would be there.
Celina smiled up at Alfonz and let herself into his quarters when the door opened. It was set up much like entering that of a professors office, a door in the back that obviously led to the bed chambers, closed tightly and Celina figured that they were more than likely locked. Alfonz liked his own space to himself and not in reachable stance to anyone, especially visitors. In the center of the room, a small table with two chairs and tea cups already set up. "Were you expecting other company, Alfonz?" Celina asked her brother walking in and taking a seat in one of the vacant chairs.
Aleeza then spoke up and Celina gestured to the younger girl to take a seat next to her in the other vacant chair. Alfonz would get the one that was behind his desk in the corner of the office. Why Alfonz had a desk, Celina would never know, but it did have some trinkets here and there on it, so at least it looked like it got some use. "I'm in the fifth year," Celina answered Aleeza. "Please sit."

Walking in behind the two girls, Alfonz flicked his wand moving the chair from behind the desk toward the small table and placed it on the other side of Celina. Shutting the door behind him, he looked out the small window in the door and could see flashes of different parts of the ground floor fluttering by. He really did like that spell. It kept him hidden when he really felt he needed the peace, and when he really didn't care for anyone finding him. He looked back toward the table and walked over to it to sit down.
"Other company?" he scoffed and rolled his dark eyes. "Not likely." Alfonz rarely expected company, unless of course it was Celina, but then even her visits seemed random at times. It was like living at home again, except better. Now the siblings could spend their time together, without bother, and without harm, and still having a good time. Of course, Alfonz didn't really like the bothering intruders, but he could deal with them for Celina's sake. One had to make sacrifices, and Alfonz found that working at Hogwarts everyday was a huge sacrifice that he had to make for Celina's sake.
Setting up the tea, he waved his wand again and instantly the tea pot on the table poured the three a glass of tea. "Lemon is what the tea is," Alfonz said, not really giving any other choice to what he had decided the tea should be for that day. It would only be an added bonus if Aleeza didn't like lemon, but Alfonz knew that Celina had no preference when it came to her tea. "So, your courses are well, girls?" he said, still not really caring, but striking up conversation all the same. The sooner tea was done, the sooner this whole session would be over.

Aleeza smiled and took a seat next to Celina. Her eyes roamed the room slowly as she took in every detail of what was around her. Somehow this room felt exactly as she would expect Professor Jedynak's quarters to be, and yet nothing at all. Everything had it's own place and stayed there. For some reason Aleeza had expected the professor to be a bit more...disorganized wasn't the right word but it was the only one Aleeza could come up with so it stayed. For a writer there were times when words escaped her and this had to be one of them.
"Lemon tea is fine." She said softly, taking her bag off of her shoulders and setting it on the ground. She didn't really like tea much at all but she wouldn't do anything to put herself on either of the Jedynak's bad side. Celina was one of the first people she'd met that didn't simply brush her aside. She didn't want to do anything to compromise that possible friendship. "Have you always been at Hogwarts?" She asked, picking up her tea cup and taking a slow sip.
There was a mysterious air in the room, something that Aleeza couldn't put her finger on, but she knew that it made her want to write. Even if there was no real mystery here Aleeza felt that she could write one, make something up to fit the room and the man that seemed not to care at all what happened, but spent so much time around the school anyway. There had to be something there, something that kept him around Hogwarts and Aleeza wanted to know what it was.

As Alfonz pulled a chair near Celina she looked up at him and smiled. Lemon tea was her favorite kind, though she didn't think Alfonz knew that. He knew she liked it, but then again, Celina rarely ever argued about taking something that was offered to her, even with her own brother. It wouldn't have been polite other wise. "Lemon's my favorite," Celina said softly taking a sip of the hot beverage and listening to Alfonz.
Courses were going well for Celina this half, not that they hadn't always gone at least well, but they were going better than last. She was able to focus more with Alfonz there, which made little sense to the Raven girl. Maybe it was more because she rarely found herself doing anything but her studies and visiting him.
Sure she spoke to her Gryffindor friend, Felicity, but not as much as she had in the last half. There was just too much still troubling the Raven's mind about everything and she found it easier to sink back slowly into the invisible abyss she had once come from. "My courses are well..." Celina was then interrupted by Aleeza as she asked her how long she had been there. "Oh, me?" Celina asked, though she knew the obvious answer. "Yes, since my first year." Celina shrugged. It wasn't all that important to her.

Looking back and forth between the Jedynak siblings it was hard for Aleeza to come up with something to say. She didn't really know either of them, and to be sitting in a room having tea with a teacher felt strange beyond belief. Then again, that could have been the fact that she hadn't had the chance to socialize in years. Her sister had taken that privalege from her and now she was left to learn how to speak to people her age on a test and go basis.
"Lucky. Being here since your first year, I mean. My sister wanted me to learn the magics, but she didn't want to send me off to school, so she hired me a tutor and pulled me out of public school. She said it was my birth right to do magic and even if my parents didn't want me to do it because of their own problems I would have to learn sooner or later. And she didn't want me to try and use it around people my own age who didn't know about magic." Aleeza ran on before shutting herself up quickly and taking a slow sip of her tea.
The ability to talk was not exactly the problem when trying to socialize, but what to say. In moments like this she would run on and on and on without thinking or being able to string coherent thoughts together and then people would end up looking at her as though her head was about to explode.
"How long did you play Quidditch, Mr. Jedynak?" Aleeze looked up, tilting her head to the side slightly. If she was going to have tea with both of them it would of course be rude not to address the older man at some point.

birth right?
Alfonz snorted into his tea glass as Aleeza spoke, and a kick from Celina under the table. He was trying to restrain himself and act polite. Was it truly his fault if it wasn’t going so well? To him, it sounded as if her parents knew what was more right for her than her sister did. But Alfonz wasn’t about to say any thing, it looked as if Celina already had that covered anyways. Celina’s eyes wide with wonder and excitement as always when meeting new people, Alfonz just tried not to be there at that moment.
Hadn’t trusting people so easily gotten her into trouble before? Multiple times if Alfonz remembered correctly. And it had gotten himself into trouble with her trusting so many people by their father, as well. He was supposed to protect and watch out for his younger sister so that no one used her like they had tried to in the past. It was only at that moment that Alfonz saw why it was so easy to manipulate Celina. She trusted way to easily and thought the best of everyone. It sickened him, greatly.
Your sister was then a witch, as well?
Celina’s question rang though out Afonz’s head and he just wanted to roll his eyes. He didn’t, instead he just drank from his tea and listened to the two girls speak. It surprised him, however, when it was his turn to be addressed.
How long did you play Quidditch, Mr. Jeydnak?”
A question that didn’t make him think long, Alfonz set the glass down and looked as if he had to think about it. He had played in school since his third year, became captain by his fifth year of the school team he was on…his seventh he was getting offers from some minor league teams and starred his first pro team just about a year ago, before being transferred to his father’s team. Yea, that was about how it happened. “Ever since I was in my third year of school at Drumstrung….that’d be seven years, give or take a few months.” He nodded and shrugged.
It wasn’t the fame he was after when he played, it was the game itself. The strategy, the enjoyment…everything else wouldn’t matter if one didn’t need money to survive. And then most of the money he made was saved or speant on Celina; that was evident from the few items that he had moved from his apartment that all fit into his quarters. Though everything looked cozier here, put all together in a smaller space, one could clearly see that Alfonz Jedynak didn’t own much in the department of material goods. What was the use in it?
