Physical Character Description: 5'9” this hearty Italian that is not afraid to show his age. His appearance is that of the working man, think callous on his hand and a face covered in wrinkles and scars. His hair has receded on the sides. A thin gray outline surrounds the black layer remaining on the top, sides, and back of his head. In stature, Michelangelo weighs 232 pounds, and does not have muscular build. He has kept in decent shape, though his body has begun to fail him in recent years. At times he walks with a cane, and a limp in his right leg prevents him from being able to run for over 8 meters. His eyes are constantly squinting with small brown iris in the center. His skin is a constant golden tan from years in the Mediterranean weather. He has a scar running the length of his forearm which he often hides under long shirts or coats. He usually can also be found smoking various cigars. A family tradition of tattooing the right hand has applied a tattoo to his hand. Though through scarring and age the tattoo has faded away, and what little was left of it is barely noticable.
Personality Character Description: Michelangelo is a man with a short temper, and a real ability to hold a grudge against a person. He is bright and quick witted, enjoying a conversation on philosophy over anything. He does see everyone else as an idiot, except for those who he respects. His respect is hard to achieve however, as he has seen his share of would-be heroes, and is quick to judge a person as nothing important. He is self sufficient, and has been for most of his life. He has a deep hatred for those without pure blood. He is not prone to physical violence, but instead will attack a person mentally, taking apart their life piece by piece through manipulation of both the mind of a person, and their relationship to other people. He does not care about people's feelings, or what happens to them. Michelangelo is a creature of habit, he has a daily routine when he wakes up in the morning, including a short jog around where ever he might be at the time. The thing Michelangelo can stand the least is failure. A person who failed in a goal, no matter how impossible it may have been, is not worth the breath to speak their name. Some compare him to the stereotypical old man, set in his ways and seems to constantly be in a bad mood. Though most consider him to act like the weary traveler more than anything.
History: Born in Rome Italy on December 22nd, 1950, Michelangelo grew up the first and only son of a wealthy pure blood family. Both parents were set to have their son become nothing less than a great wizard. And from the age of three, began teaching him magic. At the age of four they issued him his first wand, which would be followed by seven others, each of which is still kept by Michelangelo, except for one. Throughout his young life Michelangelo strove to be the very best at everything he ever did. In his youth Michelangelo made few friends, and was very selective with those closest to him. This was a natural choice for the boy, not caused by any particular event. Those closest to Michelangelo were pureblood, in part because his family kept him away from muggle or mixed blood individuals. He was taught at a private school of magic in Rome which was mainly funded by his family. The school has since closed due to lack of attendance. Which Michelangelo blames muggle and mixblood wizards for, as the school was known to support a largely pureblood population. It was not completely pureblood however, in his 5th year at the school he was beaten in a duel by a mudblood. The duel, which Michelangelo claims was sabotaged , left the boy with a scar on his right arm from that day. It still haunts Michelangelo that he lost the duel, and the injury still bothers him.
After graduating school Michelangelo started work as a curse-breaker most of his adult life. Though with the family wealth, he had no actual reason to work, other than the satisfaction of purpose it brought him. Through his work in curse-breaking Michelangelo also learned many thousands of curses, and degrees of curse. He stayed working as a curse-breaker until his retirement at the age of 45.
At 28 however, he fell in love and was married to the pureblood Diana Trovato, they had one child, a daughter they named Annetta Michelle. When she was born, on December 22nd, like her father, Anne became the most important thing in Michelangelo's life. He treated her to the best that money could offer. The best schooling, the best wand, the best life he could imagine. But she never seemed to like her father very much. To the point that she did everything in her power to rebel against him.
After years of fighting with his beloved daughter Michelangelo was devastated when his daughter became engaged to a muggle, to the point that he expelled her from the family, and vowed that she would never be happy in the muggle world. The heartbreak was made worse when Diana left him, thinking that he overreacted to his daughters choice to of husband. The loss of both his loves send Michelangelo into a recluse. The time spent alone in his mansions breed hints of insanity in the man, and great jealousy. Though both were temporary, once he found interest again in curses and magic in general, Michelangelo regained his sanity. At least for the most part.
Then came the day of confrontation with his daughter, and her husband. On February 10th 2002, At the time, Michelangelo originally went to the house to apologize to the girl, but on seeing her husband, and their two children, the man went into a rage, and attempted to kill the family. He was outright defeated by his daughter and fled the scene, leaving his wand behind, he was presumed to be mortally wounded.
At this point Michelangelo searched desperately for someone to heal his wounds, from the fight, and found a Turkish witch named Ebru, who had been in town on a vacation. After cleaning up his injuries she offered him a place to stay in Turkey, which he quickly accepted. He spent the next year of his life in Turkey learning spells in the area, which sparked in the quickly aging man, a new goal in life.
From Turkey, Michelangelo has traveled around the entirety of the wizarding world, both to gain knowledge of spells, and follow the plight of those scarred by mudbloods as he had been. His ability to pick up new spells quickly was a great help to the man in his seven years of travel, and he has learned, written down, and sometimes mastered hundreds of spells many wizards in the UK have never heard of. Gaining the new knowledge, and several companions on his trip, it came to an end in the United Kingdom, where he learned of the Deva. His interest sparked the now 58 year old has searched far for hints of the organization with the intent to aid the group in any way he can.
Pros and Cons :
Pro:
1. Some might claim that Michelangelo is a genius. But in fact, he is simply of a different mindset than those around him. Instead of acting out his feelings, Michelangelo has learned to cause events to occur as he wishes, rather than react to how something unfolds before him. He actively plans at least three possible outcomes to each situation and it is extremely rare that he is surprised.
2. Michelangelo is very dedicated in his beliefs, almost to the point of blindly following what he thinks is right. He essentially follows the concept of the old man stuck in his ways.
3. Michelangelo is old. And that might not seem like a pro, but years of experience have allowed the man to learn many things. His age causes those around him to consider him far less a threat than he actually can be. And the patience that comes with age, is something that he uses to the greatest advantage.
4. Michelangelo has spent more than 30 years of his life mastering curses and their removal. In both his career and travels around the world he has learned how curses function, as well as how to manipulate curses already on an individual or object. He is also experienced in magic combat, being in several fights and countless duels in his time.
Cons:
1. Michelangelo is old. His body is not as forgiving as it once was. The man is almost completely unable to run most than a short distance, and occasionally walks with a cane. His hearing is also slowly deteriorating, though he is the last to admit this flaw.
2. He holds several plots of revenge, against various individuals. He is likely to go out of his way in order to exact this revenge, though he often plans to such detail that a minor motion to the side of his current agenda will not effect the plan.
3. He is quick to anger, and has no sense of humor. In fact, he rather hates those who consider themselves a funny individual. He only laughs at the idiocy of others, though it is often not because he is amused. But rather, that he is unimpressed with the person.
Credentials:
Michelangelo never took the N.E.W.Ts, as he went to school originally in Italy. But in terms of scores he did very well. By Hogwarts standards he's grades were as follows:

Writing/Role Playing Example: Michelangelo knocked on the door, flowers in hand. He had practiced his apology for several days now, and finally got the courage to confront the family on the other side of the door. He looked down at his clean suit, and took his free and, touching his unshaven face. Perhaps it would have been better to shave rather than spend the time buying a new suit.
Neither mattered when the door opened, and a small boy stood holding the handle. He recognized the eyes almost instantly. “My god” he said under his breath, his face scrunching into a look of disgust. “My name is Dante,” the small child said with the smile of his mother. Michelangelo swallowed, turning his frown to a false smile. “My aren't you tall Dante” he looked over the boy into the living room beyond them. “But I am not here to see you yet, first I need to talk with your father, is he home?” He looked back to the abomination before him. This child was everything he hated, every last bit. But at the same time, it was everything he loved. The offspring of his daughter stood before him, innocent and guilty at the same time. He was quickly losing his cool. The plan he had set so long ago was deteriorating in the eyes of this child. He had to think of something new quickly.
His mind was to clouded with anger though, and his hand went to the wand in his pocket. “My boy, I ask again, is your father home? I must see him.”
